LIGHTBOARD SYSTEM
A lightboard system providing the multiple advantages required by presenters to audiences. Wheels support and render mobile a base. Supported by the base, a frame defines an opening and includes pairs of vertical struts and corresponding vertical tubes, the tubes sliding along the struts in a telescoping movement to raise and lower the frame height. A clear screen is fixed within the opening; the height of the screen is adjusted as the frame telescopes. The screen has a front face displaying content from presenters and an opposing rear face, and induces paths for and scattering of light to highlight the content. A dimmable light source is embedded in the frame and illuminates the screen. Attached to a telescoping mount on the frame, a video camera is directed toward the rear face, streams or records the content to create images, and automatically flips the images for viewing by audiences.
Light frame
A light frame (10) that is accessible from one side, while mounted, in order to easily replace content being displayed. The frame (10) includes a transparent front panel (11), a frame (12), a rear panel (18) and a light guide panel (15). In use, the rear panel (18) and light guide panel (15) are displaceable, e.g. by a hinge or releasable connection, from the front panel or frame to provide access from the rear through the frame to content being displayed adjacent to the front panel. When hanging (e.g. by virtue of a cable system) in a shop window, the light frame can be opened from the rear side without having to disassemble it to replace content.
Apparatus for Selectively Displaying Associative Vehicle Operation Safety Related Indicia Repeatedly Visually Perceptible to a Vehicle Operator
Vehicle operation safety related indicia (VSRI) displaying apparatus(es) disclosed display, adjacent or proximate a vehicle surface at least generally vehicle operator facing, VSRI on a vehicle operator facing surface of a VSRI display member, slidably positionable between a VSRI non-revealed and a VSRI revealed state displaying VSRI extended outwardly from a side of the apparatus. VSRI subject-matter, optionally-illuminated and/or electro-mechanically positioned, depicts one or more objects extending outwardly from at least one side of a vehicle having an in-use VSRI display apparatus, or from a vehicle rack or towed device. VSRI display apparatus variants include a housing or body appearing and/or shaped like the vehicle, or side(s) thereof, having an in-use apparatus. Secondary indicia displaying surface-areas also provided, concurrently display additional VSRI and/or advertising, promotional or cross-promotional content associated with a maker, proprietor or service-provider of VSRI depicted subject matter, wherein all VSRI is repeatedly visually perceptible and viewable at-a-glance.
Illuminated sign assembly
A sign assembly such as an exit sign can be mounted on either a wall or a ceiling of a structure. The sign assembly includes a housing with a frame that supports a square lens. The frame has one wall section that is removable to enable the lens to be removed and reinserted in a different orientation relative to the frame. As a result, the lens can be oriented properly when the sign housing is turned to be mounted on either the wall or the ceiling. The lens is free of electrical contacts and electrical terminals.

Hybrid illuminated indicator sign
A hybrid illuminated indicator sign for visually displaying indicators when the hybrid illuminated indicator sign is electrically powered and for at least a period of time when the hybrid illuminated indicator sign is no longer electrically powered comprises a light guide plate having a light receiving edge and a light emitting face, an intermediate translucent photo-luminescent layer at least partially covering the light emitting face of the light guide plate, an outer indicator layer at least partially covering the intermediate translucent photo-luminescent layer, and an electrically powered light source mounted adjacent the light receiving edge of the light guide plate.
Staggered Arcuate Interlocking Frame Adapted for Silicone Edge Graphics
A modular interlocking frame system for silicone edge graphics having dual layer frames interconnecting with dowels. Preferably, each frame is made with multiple layers such that each arcuate frame member is interconnected with dowels to adjacent members.
Light-emitting housing
A light-emitting housing is disclosed. The light-emitting housing includes a light-emitting module and a housing. The light-emitting module includes a light guide plate and at least one light-emitting unit. The light guide plate includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and a plurality of dot regions, the dot regions are located on the lower surface, and the at least one light-emitting unit provides a plurality of light beams incident to the light guide plate. The housing is disposed above the light-emitting module and located on the upper surface of the light guide plate, and the housing includes at least one transparent region. Some of the light beams emitted by the at least one light-emitting unit are reflected through the dot regions and penetrate the upper surface of the light guide plate and the at least one transparent region. In this way, from the outside of the housing, the light beams penetrating the at least one transparent region can be observed, and a visual effect that a specific position on the housing emits light is generated.
System and method for controlling amount of light emitting from illuminating screen
A system and method for controlling amount of light emitting from an illuminating screen including: a frame defining a space, a screen mounted onto a front side of said frame, a back plate mounted onto a back side of the frame, opposite the front side, at least one light source and a concealing element. The at least one light source is positioned within the space defined by the frame and is configured to illuminate the screen. The concealing element is located inside the space defined by the frame and is configured to block light from illuminating the screen. The amount of light emitting through the screen is controlled by a ratio between the area of the concealing element positioned in a section located between the at least one light source and the screen, and the total area of the section.
