Bulk resistive glove
Gloves are disclosed that are worn by a user while manipulating an electronic device equipped with a capacitive touchscreen. The gloves allow the wearer to manipulate the capacitive touchscreen device without removing the gloves, which is very advantageous in cold environments. The gloves enable full hand functionality, allowing the user to type, swipe, squeeze, pinch, and select on the capacitive touchscreen device as if they were using their bare hand. The gloves are made with a low resistant yarn knit or woven into a comfortable fabric that connects the body's bioelectricity through the glove to a capacitive touchscreen. Ordinary gloves will not work with a capacitive touchscreen. In the manufacturing process, the low resistant yarn is first twisted around at least one other yarn having a specific performance property, such as thermal resistance. This twisting assists in uniform knitting and improves the consistent resistivity of the finished glove.
HAND MOUNTED MIRROR AND INDICATOR DEVICE
The invention is a universal safety device for cyclists which can be used by anyone in any country with no modifications. The safety mirror and an indicator device (100) for wearing on a hand comprises: a first face (10A) housing a mirror (20) and a second opposed face (10B) that interfaces a wearer's hand in use. A strap (50) is provided for securing the device to a wearer's hand. A light (30) powered by a battery (70) is arranged on an end (40) of the device (100).
The light (30) and the strap (50) are arranged such that the light (30) projects past the hand of the wearer so that the light (30) is not obstructed by the wearer's hand when viewed from a position in front of the wearer during use. The device (100) has a switch (90) operatively connected to the light (30) to activate the light (30) when triggered.
APPARATUS FOR GRIPPING SPORTING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF USING IT
A sports equipment grip apparatus having a grip member having a side wall, a lengthwise opening disposed between a first end and a second end permitting insertion of a sports equipment item, the side wall being configured to snugly conform to the sports equipment item; a plurality of coplanar rings extending radially from the side wall, being equal in size and fitting onto a user's fingers; wherein the apparatus trains the user in holding and using a sports equipment item with a relaxed grip and in a suitable position, by forcing the user to place the sports equipment item near user's finger base into the grip member before gripping the sports equipment item, such that the sports equipment item is gripped primarily with user's fingers, and in the relaxed grip by providing a supplemental grip of the sports equipment item exercised by the grip member.
Scraper glove
A scraper glove is provided and includes a glove body and a scraper element. The glove body is mitten-shaped and includes a thumb sleeve and a fingers sleeve. The scraper element is attached to an exterior surface of the fingers sleeve and includes a receptacle portion to accept one or more fingers of a user when positioned within the fingers sleeve, and a scraping portion extending from the receptacle portion and integrally connected to the receptacle portion. The scraping portion includes a scraping edge with one or more teeth, and the scraping edge is configured to scrape pulp of a plant-based medium to hollow-out the plant-based medium. The scraper element further includes a textured leverage point on an anterior external surface of the scraper element between an end of the receptacle portion and the scraping edge.
AID FOR PLAYING A STRINGED MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
This invention relates generally to an aid for playing a stringed instrument in the form of a glove comprising a plectrum protruding from the glove thumb tip and/or from one or more of the glove finger tips. The field of use in hand devices for playing stringed instruments. The aid for playing a stringed musical instrument, comprises: a glove with a glove thumb comprising a thumb plectrum rigidly connected to a rigid thumb portion of the glove thumb, wherein the rigid thumb portion encircles or partially encircles the glove thumb to hold the thumb plectrum snug on a thumb of the glove wearer.
WEARABLE SENSOR SYSTEM WITH AN ARTICLE OF CLOTHING AND AN ELECTRONICS MODULE, ARTICLE OF CLOTHING FOR A WEARABLE SENSOR SYSTEM, AND ELECTRONICS MODULE FOR A WEARABLE SENSOR SYSTEM
A wearable sensor system has an article of clothing and an electronics module. The electronics module includes a housing, a circuit board, and a contact element. The article of clothing includes a glove, an operational element, and a holder for attaching the electronics module having a receiving space and a mating contact. The guide being configured such that the contact element performs one of a linear movement and a pivoting movement toward the bottom when moving to the final position with respect to the mating contact.
Further, an article of clothing and an electronics module for the wearable sensor system are shown.
LIGHT INDICATOR OF DIRECTION
The present invention relates to a safety system device for the benefit of cyclists, and in general of all drivers of two and three-wheeled and it can also be used by runners, when they circulate in the streets.
The invention comprises a light indicator that is suitable to signal, when a cyclist makes a change of direction, and the rider tries to signal this maneuver by moving outwards the arm corresponding to the side towards which the direction of travel is changing.
This device integrates: a lighting element designed to switch on and off according to an appropriate electrical command, an electrical power supply unit, a triaxial accelerometer and an inclinometer sensor. It also comprises calculation means for processing the signals supplied by the triaxial accelerometer and the inclinometer sensor, carrying out an interpretation of the meaning of the movement of the arm.
Multiuse Glove with Impact Protection and Ratchet
