GLOVE WITH FINGERTIP REGIONS OF A REDUCED CIRCUMFERENCE
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The fingertip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
Rubber formed article and protective glove
A rubber formed article includes a laminate in which a rubber layer of nitrile rubber is laminated on a fiber base material. The nitrile rubber contains a copolymer having 52 to 78% by weight of conjugated diene monomer units, 20 to 40% by weight of ,-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units, and 2 to 10% by weight of ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer units. Stress at 50% elongation of the laminate is 20 N or smaller. A ratio of an area where rubber is visible when the laminate is viewed from the back side to an area of the laminate is 15% or less. The thickness of the rubber layer is 0.30 mm or less.
Elastomeric article manufacturing system and process
An elastomeric article processing system includes a conveyor chain driven by a prime mover, and a mounting mandrel configured to receive and support an elastomeric article. The mounting mandrel coupled to the conveyor chain. The mounting mandrel including an arm configured to support the elastomeric article, a movable engagement member that engages a portion of the elastomeric article to expose a printing area of the elastomeric article, and an anvil that engages the elastomeric article to support the printing area. The elastomeric article processing system also includes a printer configured to apply a marking to the printing area, and a glove inversion device configured to invert the elastomeric article while the elastomeric article is supported on the mounting mandrel.
Aqueous resin composition and glove
To provide an aqueous resin composition including: an anionic polyurethane (A) having an aromatic ring; an acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (B); an aqueous medium (C); a vulcanizing agent (D); and a vulcanizing accelerator (E). The anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably a product of reaction of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a carboxyl group-containing glycol, ethylene glycol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate, or a product of reaction of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a carboxyl group-containing glycol, butanediol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. An object of the invention is to provide a mixture of aqueous polyurethane and NBR having excellent storage stability, even in a case where the vulcanizing agent and the vulcanizing accelerator are added.
Glove with fingertip regions having a bullet-tip configuration
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.

METHOD OF PREPARING POLYUREA RESIN COMPOSITION, POLYUREA RESIN COMPOSITION PREPARED THEREBY, AND INDUSTRIAL GLOVE COATED WITH POLYUREA RESIN COMPOSITION
A method of preparing polyurea resin composition comprises forming a prepolymer by mixing about 50 parts by weight to about 80 parts by weight of a polyol, about 4 parts by weight to about 8 parts by weight of a dispersant, and about 20 parts by weight to about 30 parts by weight of a first monomer containing an isocyanate group; forming a first composition by mixing the prepolymer with about 2 parts by weight to about 4 parts by weight of a second monomer containing an amine group; stirring and emulsifying the first composition with about 100 parts by weight to about 200 parts by weight of a solvent; and forming a second composition by further adding about 0.2 part by weight to about 1.5 parts by weight of the second monomer to the emulsified first composition and stirring the resulting composition.
ELASTOMERIC COMPOSITION FOR AN ELASTOMERIC ARTICLE
The present invention relates to an elastomeric composition, wherein the elastomeric composition comprises an additive selected from any one or a combination of fluorine and silicone compounds in the production of a hypoallergenic elastomeric article.
Stacking of folded gloves
A glove stacking apparatus forming a stack folded gloves has a supporting surface for supporting the stack as folded gloves are added to the stack along a stacking axis. First and second flaps are pivotable about first and second pivot axes opposite first and second sides of a glove stacking area. The supporting surface is relatively movable as folded gloves are added to the stack. A cyclic flap actuation system is configured to drive a folding action of each flap in which the flaps alternately pivot about the corresponding pivot axis so that each flap folds a first portion of a deposited glove overlapping a flap towards a second portion of the glove at the glove stacking area; the folding action alternating as gloves are added to the stack. Each flap in addition to being pivotable is also laterally movable both towards and away from the stacking area.
