A glove has a palm side and a back side joined at a side edge to form a glove body. The palm side and the back side are constructed from a stretch material. Panels attach to the stretch material on the palm side to form finger parts, palm parts and a back part. The panels are separated from each other by the stretch material to allow relative movement. Elastic bands attached to the panels on the back side adjust the fit. A thumb part has a gusset of the stretch material. Grip surfaces have an embossed texture with indentations.

ANTI-IMPACT GLOVES

The present application discloses anti-impact gloves, which include a glove body and an anti-impact protective layer arranged on the back of the glove body. The anti-impact protective layer includes a finger protection layer, which includes a thumb protective layer and a plurality of universal finger protective layers; an anisotropic flex slit is arranged on the first dactylus of the thumb protective layer near the first knuckle, and a flex cut structure is provided at the metacarpophalangeal joint. A plurality of full flex cuts are positioned at the fingertip part of each universal finger protective layer; the hand back protective layer includes a plurality of vertical protection blocks and a plurality of long strip-shaped flex slits arranged alternately; the bottom layer is fixed on the back of the glove body. The anti-impact gloves of the present application can buffer an external impact force, and a finger protection layer adapted to the corresponding finger is set according to the shape and movement law of each finger, which not only protects the finger in all directions but also ensures the free movement of the finger.

An MMA fighting glove is disclosed herein which has a smooth front profile especially at the top and lateral side of the glove when the glove is clenched. In this manner, the glove is less likely to cut an opponent's skin or training partner's skin when the lateral side grazes the opponent or training partner. Moreover, a sleeve may cover a strap mechanism of the MMA glove described herein or a prior art MMA glove to cover any protrusions or aberrations of the strap mechanism to further mitigate cutting of the opponent or training partner.

BODY-PROTECTOR

Body-protector (1,1′) comprising: a wearable article (2,2′); a shock-absorbing pad (3) anchored to the wearable article (2,2′); wherein the shock-absorbing pad (3) comprises a first member (4) configured to absorb shock energy by an irreversible plastic deformation and a second member (5) configured to absorb shock energy by a reversible elastic deformation and wherein the first member (4) is embedded in the second member (5); wherein the first member (4) comprises a plurality of cells (6) interconnected each other via their sidewalls (7) to form a pliable sheet (8) configured to absorb energy through irreversible deformation of said sidewalls (7) or said interconnections in response to a compressive load applied to said sheet (8). Said wearable article (2) being a glove (2′) wherein said shock-absorbing pad (3) is anchored to a back of the glove (2′).

The present invention relates to textile articles and clothing such as outdoor garments, indoor garments, and commercial protective wear exposed to contact mixtures of water and oil, swimwear and winter wear exposed to mixtures of water and air. At least part of these textile articles possess a surface provided with at least one of 1) a high surface area, 2) hierarchical pattern, 3) contact angles such that hydrophilic portion of a contact mixture possesses a high contact angle and the hydrophobic portion of a contact mixture possesses a low contact angle, and 4) hysteresis angle greater than 5 degrees. Hydrophobic/Hydrophilic contact mixtures of the present invention can be surfaces where water and or ice are present in combination with oil and or air. The textile articles of the present invention resist slippage on surfaces possessing hydrophobic/hydrophilic contact mixtures.
