Cover, seal fitting device, and seal fitting method
A cover having a container portion whose one end is opened and whose other end is closed by a bottom surface, includes: an annular groove formed into an annular shape along an outer circumference of an opening of the container portion; a plurality of communicating portions that are formed in a side wall partitioning the annular groove and the container portion so as to connect the annular groove and the container portion in a radial direction; and an annular seal member fitted to the annular groove.
ENCODER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An encoder and a manufacturing method thereof, by which the encoder can be manufactured by a few processes at a low cost. The encoder has a rotating slit rotatable about an axis, a printed circuit board for measuring a rotational displacement of the rotating slit, a flange to which the printed circuit board is fixed after positioning the printed circuit board, a first connector fixed to the flange, and a second connector mounted on the printed circuit board and connected to the first connector. At least one of the first connector and the second connector is a floating connector having a structure configured to absorb a displacement at least in a direction perpendicular to the axis 12.
Resolver having decreased permanence error due to harmonic components
A resolver includes a resolver rotor fixed to a rotating shaft, and a resolver stator disposed around the resolver rotor. The resolver stator includes an annular stator core having a plurality of salient poles which protrudes radially inward and which is disposed at regular intervals in a circumferential direction. The resolver rotor has an outer peripheral surface defined by an outer radius Rm() which is obtained by blending, with respect to a first function Gp() where an air gap between the resolver rotor and the salient poles is proportional to a sine wave (sin ) related to an angle of the resolver rotor, a second function Gip() where the inverse of the air gap is proportional to the sine wave (sin ), at a predetermined ratio .
Motor with enhanced protection against noises
A motor may include a motor main body having a turning shaft and a motor case; a magnet that turns together with the turning shaft; a magnetism sensing element that faces the magnet; a circuit board on which the magnetism sensing element is mounted, the circuit board having a signal ground that is connected to a ground terminal of the magnetism sensing element; a circuit board holder that covers the circuit board from a side of the magnet; and a first shield member that covers the circuit board from a side opposite to the magnet. The first shield member and the circuit board holder are each made of an electrically-conductive material, and electrically connected to the signal ground.
MEASURING INSTRUMENT
A measuring instrument that reads a measure including a plurality of reading patterns arranged in a length direction of the measure, each reading pattern including a plurality of patterns arranged in a width direction of the measure, includes: a flattening member that increases a flatness of the measure; and a first reader that optically reads the plurality of patterns arranged in the width direction included in a single reading pattern from the measure in a state where the flatness is increased by the flattening member.
Rotary structural body
A rotary structural body includes a rotation body that rotates in cooperation with a rotation shaft. The rotation body includes an engaging portion engaged with an engaged portion arranged on one of the rotation shaft and a transmission member that transmits rotation of the rotation shaft to the rotation body. The rotary structural body further includes a detector that detects a rotation angle of the rotation shaft in accordance with rotation of the rotation body and a support arranged on the engaged portion to extend across a circumferential gap between the engaged portion and the engaging portion.
FLIGHT CONTROL CABLE SENSOR FOR AN AIRCRAFT
Disclosed herein is a flight control cable sensor for detecting actuation of a flight control cable of an aircraft. The flight control cable sensor comprises a draw wire encoder, comprising an extendable-retractable wire. The flight control cable sensor further comprises a first connector, co-movably fixed to the extendable-retractable wire, and a second connector, co-movably fixable to the flight control cable and configured to removably co-movably engage the first connector up to a predetermined pull-off force.
Resolver
Disclosed is a resolver robust against external noise and having a reduced error in the detection of a rotation angle, which includes a stator made of a magnetic material and having a plurality of teeth and a plurality of slots alternately formed at an inner side thereof, insulation covers respectively having a tooth insulating unit formed at an inner side thereof corresponding to the teeth and mounted to the stator at both upper and lower surfaces of the stator, and coils wound on the teeth with the tooth insulating unit being interposed therebetween, wherein regarding winding widths of coils located at an outermost circumference among the wound coils, a ratio of a shortest winding width to a longest winding width is 0.69 or above and 1 or below.
ROTARY ENCODER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A ROTARY ENCODER
A rotary encoder includes a rotor, a stator, and a casting compound. The casting compound has a first surface facing the stator. The first surface has a first predetermined shape and is fixed in relation to the stator. The casting compound has a second surface facing away from the stator, the second surface having a second predetermined shape.
ROTATION DETECTION DEVICE
A wheel portion allows a shaft body that serves as a detection object to be inserted therein in a direction of a rotational axis from a position in front of the wheel portion, and is rotated about the rotational axis when the shaft body is rotated. The wheel portion includes a tubular portion in which the shaft body is inserted and a projecting edge portion extending away from the rotational axis at a front end of the tubular portion. The housing portion includes a cover portion having a hollow tubular opening portion in which the shaft body is inserted. The cover portion and the wheel portion are engaged with each other such that the opening portion is located on an inner side of the projecting edge portion.
