Environmental monitoring device for air pollution
The present invention belongs to the technical field of environmental monitoring, in particular to an environmental monitoring device for air pollution, comprising a monitoring frame, a monitoring shell arranged on a top end of the monitoring frame and an environmental monitor fixedly installed inside the monitoring shell through a connecting plate. An air sampling assembly is installed inside the environmental monitor; the air sampling assembly comprises air intake covers, and an electric push rod, a rack I, a gear I, a spur gear, an internal gear, a rotating disk, limiting blocks, limiting rods, a cross limiting track, an L-shaped frame and a strip-shaped plate which are used for driving the air intake covers. A cleaning assembly is installed on the air sampling assembly.
ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS SYSTEM
An analysis system includes an analysis device; a first pipe including a first end portion, a second end portion, and a first location between the first end portion and the second end portion; a first valve between the second end portion and the analysis device; a gas supply source supplying purge gas; a second pipe including a third end portion connected to the first location, and a fourth end portion connected to the gas supply source; a second valve in the second pipe; a third pipe including a fifth end portion, a sixth end portion, and a second location between the fifth end portion and the sixth end portion; a third valve between the sixth end portion and the analysis device; a fourth pipe including a seventh end portion connected to the second location, and an eighth end portion connected to the gas supply source; and a fourth valve.
AEROSOL DETECTION SYSTEMS
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a system includes, a collection arm configured to collect an aerosol sample from a cloud and a detection module operatively connected to the collection arm configured to analyze a composition of the sample from the cloud. In certain embodiments, one or more of the collection arm and/or the detection module can be configured to couple to a mobile platform, including for example, a land vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft. In certain embodiments one or more of the collection arm and/or the detection module can be configured to couple to a stationary structure, for example a building
REGENERATION METHOD FOR AN ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSOR AND CORRESPONDING SENSOR ARRANGEMENT
A regeneration method for an electrochemical sensor (1), in which the sensor (1) includes at least two electrodes (2), the at least two electrodes (2) are operated in a first connection in a normal operation of the sensor (1). The regeneration method differs from the normal operation in terms of a modified connection of the at least two electrodes (2).
SELF-CLEANING SMOKE DETECTOR
Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a monitoring system. An example includes: a housing defining an internal test chamber; one or more passageways allowing air flow into the internal test chamber from a surrounding area; a source of compressed gas; an air channel in the housing to direct gas from the source of compressed gas to dislodge contaminants in the one or more passageways; an actuator to activate the source of compressed gas; and a controller to operate the actuator.
System and method for chemical contamination detection and decontamination certification
A portable chemical contaminant detection system and related methods are provided. The contaminant detection system includes a portable detector having a probe and detector circuitry for detecting a predetermined contaminant in a sample. The system may also include a mobile device configured to wirelessly receive contaminant detection data from the portable detector and transmit the contaminant detection data from the portable detector to processor in real-time. The mobile device may be further configured to receive and display on the mobile device real-time contaminant level data processed by the processor from the contaminant detection data.
