Automatic analysis device and automatic analysis method
An automatic analysis device has a plurality of types of photometers having different quantitative ranges, and an analysis control unit for quantifying the desired component in specimens based on measurement values of one or more photometers selected from among the plurality of types of photometers. The analysis control unit: sets a switching region in an overlap region of respective quantitative ranges of the plurality of types of photometers, said switching region having a greater width than does the variation in quantitative values of the desired component based on the measurement values of photometers having the same specimen; compares the quantitative value of a quantitative range portion that corresponds to the switching region and the quantitative values of the desired component based on the measurement values of the photometers; and selects a photometer to be used in quantitative output of the desired component from among the plurality of types of photometers.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THERMOCYCLIC BIOCHEMICAL OPERATIONS
Process and apparatus for the optimization of DNA detection and comprising: charging a plurality of reaction vessels with reagents and primers suspected of being suitable for the particular sample, in various quantities; placing in each reaction vessel a sample of the target DNA; subjecting each vessel concurrently to PCR; simultaneously observing optically the whole PCR process in each reaction vessel.
Automatic analysis device, and automatic analysis method
To enable determination of if there is an influence of foreign-body reactions on the result of quantitative determination conducted with a scattered light measurement method. Proposed is an automatic analysis device including a light source configured to irradiate a reaction solution with light, a plurality of light receivers configured to receive scattered light generated from the reaction solution at different light-receiving angles, a first data processing unit configured to process reaction process data measured by one of the light receivers to quantitatively determine a concentration of a substance in the reaction solution, and a second data processing unit configured to determine if the quantitative determination of the concentration of the substance has been performed normally on the basis of a ratio of a plurality of computed values, the plurality of computed values having been calculated from a plurality of pieces of reaction process data measured by the respective light receivers.
CHEMICAL ANALYSIS DEVICE
There is provided a chemical analyzer equipped with a hollow fiber degassing module that can maintain the original degassing performance even after long periods of continuous use, and can also suppress the proliferation of bacteria and the like. More specifically, a hollow fiber degassing module includes a housing and a hollow fiber membrane disposed in an internal space of the housing. The housing includes a liquid supply unit for connecting an outside of the housing and an internal space of the hollow fiber membrane to each other, and for supplying constant temperature water W, a liquid discharge unit for connecting the internal space of the hollow fiber membrane and the outside of the housing to each other, and for discharging constant temperature water, and a gas discharge unit for connecting an internal space of the housing and the outside of the housing to each other, and for depressurizing the internal space.
