The analyzer comprises a rack slot configured to receive at least one rack, wherein the rack slot comprises a front end, at which the rack is manually loadable into the rack slot, and a rear end, which is opposite to the front end and at which the rack is fully receivable in the rack slot, and a spring device arranged at the rear end, wherein the spring device is configured to provide a biasing force towards the front end, wherein the biasing force is adapted to move the rack towards the front end if not fully received in the rack slot, wherein the spring device is configured to fix the rack in a final position if the rack is fully received in the rack slot. Further, a method for loading a rack into a rack slot of an analyzer and a system comprising an analyzer and a computer controller are disclosed.
ANALYSIS SYSTEM, SERVER APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD, AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM
An analysis system includes an analysis apparatus that analyzes a specimen managed in an analysis center and a server apparatus managed in a service center. A server apparatus stores a first reference specimen ID for identifying a first reference specimen and a first range based on a first reference value, in association with each other. The analysis apparatus analyzes the first reference specimen provided without notification of the first reference value and transmits to the server apparatus, the first reference specimen ID and an analytical value of the first reference specimen with which the first reference specimen ID is associated. When the server apparatus determines the received analytical value of the first reference specimen as not belonging to the first range stored in association with the received first reference specimen ID, the server apparatus provides an abnormality signal.

Automatic analyzer
An automatic analyzer achieves both restraining unnecessary usage of a consumable supply and reducing burdens on an operator in a re-execution processing in a case where pipe functions are suspended/stopped, and is capable of completely efficiently performing an analysis preparation processing or an analysis terminating processing. In the automatic analyzer, a storage unit stores information on pipe functions, and information on re-execution setting for setting a re-execution maintenance item from which re-execution is started with respect to a suspended maintenance item if pipe functions of a plurality of maintenance items are suspended halfway, and a computer sequentially executes the plurality of maintenance items, based on the information on pipe functions, and re-executes maintenance from the re-execution maintenance item associated with a suspended maintenance item, based on the suspended maintenance item and the information on re-execution setting, if the pipe functions of the plurality of maintenance items are suspended halfway.
AUTOMATIC ANALYZER AND METHOD
The present disclosure relates to an automatic analyzer for determining a parameter of a sample fluid, including a dosing device comprising at least one dosing chamber, a first fluid flow path connecting a sample receiving vessel to the dosing chamber via a first pump, a tank containing a dilution medium, a second fluid flow path connecting the tank to the dosing chamber via a second pump, a measuring cell in communication with the dosing chamber via a third fluid flow path via a third pump, and a measuring and control system connected to and configured to control the pumps, wherein the first, second, and third fluid flow paths can selectively be blocked or unblocked by at least one valve unit and the measuring and control system is configured to control the at least one valve unit to block or unblock the first, second, and third flow paths.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DEVICE SPECIFIC QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control tests for a diagnostic instrument can be run in an efficient manner by using a subset of the potential quality control materials to perform tests for identifying failures in the diagnostic instrument's components. Such subsets could be defined in a variety of manners, and could allow component failures to be tested relatively more frequently in a more efficient manner. Additionally, issues for particular components of diagnostic instruments may be identified based on analysis of quality control results. This identification may be part of a method that comprises receiving a plurality of quality control results wherein each quality control result from the plurality of quality control results is obtained based on performing a measurement of a corresponding quality control sample using the diagnostic instrument.
CALIBRATION DEVICE
Calibration device for a diagnostic device, the diagnostic device comprising a digital imaging device arranged to record an image of at least one sample container containing at least one biological sample. According to the invention, methods include of digitally imaging said at least one sample container, thus obtaining a first image processing the first image, thus obtaining a second image printing a representation of the second image onto a substrate by means of a printing method, thus obtaining the calibration device, wherein said processing of the first image comprises applying at least one transfer function to the first image. The invention further relates to a corresponding calibration device, and a method of calibrating a diagnostic device by means of the calibration device.
