BLC down utility jacket and vest
The invention relates to composite memory foam and its uses in the manufacture of jacket for exclusive body supports. The invention also relates to a method of adding or removing composite memory foam when dry cleaning is required. The composite memory foam includes a polyurethane foam and granules of a polyurethane polymer embedded in the polyurethane foam where the memory foam is exclusively added in collar, elbow, and back panel of jacket to improve the support and comfort level.
PRESSURE-DISTRIBUTING UNDERGARMENT
This invention relates to undergarments for use in active environments, where the wearer of such an undergarment is engaged in an activity that results in accelerating movements. In some preferred embodiments, these undergarments may be athletic or sports bras that redirect momentum related to a wearer's accelerating movements, for example, during exercise.
Apparel pocket system
Aspects herein provide for a pocket structure for an apparel item. The apparel item comprises an outer panel of material, an inner panel of material, a pocket panel, and a double-layer trim piece such as a waistband. A top edge of the outer panel is affixed to an outer layer of the waistband, and a top edge of the inner panel is affixed to an inner layer of the waistband. The pocket panel is positioned between the inner panel and the outer panel, and a top edge of the pocket panel is affixed to the outer layer of the waistband, and a bottom edge of the pocket panel is affixed to the inner panel of material. A pocket space is defined between the pocket panel and the inner panel of material. An opening to the space is formed through the outer layer of the waistband.

Garment and garment liner
A garment includes an outer shell with a liner coupled to the outer shell and arranged inside the outer shell. The liner includes a first panel and a second panel coupled to the outer shell. The first panel and the second panel are coupled to each other at a first seam positioned at an interface between the first and second panels. The first seam is configured to be located proximate a perineum of a user. A third panel is coupled to the second panel at the first seam and to the first panel at a second seam. The first panel and the third panel cooperate to define a pouch with an opening through the panel and leading into the pouch to allow a user to insert their genitalia into, and be supported by, the pouch.

ZONED INSULATION GARMENT
Aspects herein relate to a garment having zoned insulation features. The zoned insulation features comprise projections that extend in the z-direction with respect to the surface of a base material forming the garment such that the projections face toward a body surface of a wearer when the garment is worn. The number and/or size of the projections may vary over the garment depending on the amount of insulation needed in different areas of the garment.
MOISTURE WICKING AND COOLING CAPSULES HAVING AN OUTER SHELL COMPRISING A SILOXANE AND METHODS FOR MAKING SAME
Microcapsules or macrocapsules have a core composition that includes a phase change material (PCM) encapsulated within a polymer wall with an outer shell having a siloxane tethered to an exterior surface of the polymer wall by a surfactant. The siloxane may form a crystalline or a sol-gel outer shell. Methods of making such capsules and textile fabrics and clothing incorporating such capsules include treating pre-formed capsules with a surfactant solution followed by treating with a compound containing a siloxane functional group. The surfactant connects or tethers the siloxane to the exterior surface of the polymer wall and the siloxane forms an outer shell of the capsules.
