As a result of gas chromatography analysis, a first total amount of components detected in a range of a peak detecting time of hydrocarbons having 5 to 9 carbons is 500 ppm or less in terms of styrene; a second total amount of components detected in a range of a peak detecting time of hydrocarbons having 10 to 18 carbons is 5,000 ppm or less in terms of styrene; and an amount of a component corresponding to a maximum peak of peaks of hydrocarbons having 10 to 18 carbons is 3,000 ppm or less in terms of styrene.
Electrostatic latent image developing toner
An electrostatic latent image developing toner includes toner particles each including a core and a shell layer disposed over a surface of the core. The shell layer contains first resin particles having a number average particle diameter of 60 nm to 100 nm and second resin particles having a number average particle diameter of 10 nm to 50 nm. The first resin particles contain a charge control agent. The first resin particles have a higher softening point than the second resin particles. A ratio of a mass of the first resin particles to a sum of the mass of the first resin particles and a mass of the second resin particles is 0.7 to 0.9.
