Stent and securely-installed artificial valve replacement device having same
A stent and a securely-installed artificial valve replacement device having the same, the stent being of a cylindrical structure; the top of the stent is provided with a fixed ear (60); the fixed ear (60) has a neck portion (601) connected to the top of the stent, and a head portion (602) engaged with the fixed head of the stent; the head portion (602) has a bending structure for improving the overall radial thickness; and the artificial valve replacement device is comprised of a stent and a prosthetic valve fixed on the stent. The stent with a bending structure overcomes the problem of easily disengaging from the fixed head of the stent, while not affecting the release of the stent.

DEVICE FOR GUIDED BONE AND TISSUE REGENERATION
This disclosure describes a membrane configured to guide bone and tissue regeneration for a bone defect. The membrane may comprise a first layer, a second layer, one or more perforations, a binder, and/or other components. The first layer of the membrane may be configured to contact bone. The first layer may include pores configured to promote ingrowth of bone regenerating cells into the first layer. In some implementations, the first layer may be a continuous sheet of microporous material without large perforations. The second layer may be configured to substantially prevent fibrous connective tissue from growing into the bone defect. The second layer may comprise a relatively dense structure. The second layer may be fixedly coupled to the first layer. In some implementations, the perforations may comprise co-axial through-holes having common dimensions through the first layer and the second layer. The perforations may be configured to enhance ossification.

Osseointegrative adjustable ossicular prosthesis
An otologic prosthesis is disclosed. In accordance with some embodiments, the device includes a set of crimping prongs comprising a lattice structure provided on a surface of each crimping prong in the set of crimping prongs to support and promote osseointegration. In accordance with some embodiments, the stem and the TM plate are separate pieces configured to be attached by a snap-fit mechanism. In accordance with some embodiments, the device is an adjustable length prosthesis with an internalized sizing mechanism. In accordance with some embodiments, the device is adjustable by a rotatable joint that facilitates rotation of a first stem section with respect to a second stem section for adjustment and readjustment on a patient-specific basis.
