Interchangeable fashion accessory
An interchangable fashion accessory is disclosed that may be used with different articles of clothing. In a first configuration, the fashion accessory may be worn around a user's waist to provide a different appearance for a dress. In a second configuration, the fashion accessory may be secured around a hat or other article of headwear.
CLOTHING ACCESSORY
A clothing accessory includes a flat envelope formed from at least two pieces of fabric mated to form the envelope. The envelope defines a generally rectangular shape with a first long edge and an opposing second long edge. The envelope also defines a first short edge and an opposing second short edge. The clothing accessory includes a plurality of attachment structures that are provided adjacent each of the opposing first and second long edges within the envelope.

A garment includes an upper portion adapted to fit an upper portion of a wearer of the garment and a lower portion extending from the upper portion. The garment also includes a first adjustment component disposed within the garment, the first adjustment component being attached to a portion of the lower portion and a first tab disposed on a first location on the garment and extending from the first adjustment component, the first tab being is selectively attachable to a portion of the upper portion. The first adjustment component draws the lower portion toward the upper portion in response to the first tab being moved toward the first location.

A garment includes a first portion adapted to fit a first portion of a wearer of the garment and a second portion extending from the first portion and adapted to fit a second portion of the wearer of the garment. The garment also includes a first adjustment component disposed within the garment, the first adjustment component being selectively attachable to a portion of the second portion. The garment also includes a first chamber disposed on the first portion, the first chamber being adapted to retain the first adjustment component. The garment also includes a first tab disposed on a first location on the garment and extending from the first adjustment component, the first tab being selectively attachable to the garment. The first adjustment component draws the second portion toward the first portion in response to the first tab being moved away from the first location.

The present application discloses a headwear with the inflatable cushion including a main body and the inflatable cushion. The inflatable cushion is coupled to the main body. The main body includes a top portion, a right side portion, a left side portion and a rear portion. The inflatable cushion is coupled to the right side portion, the left side portion and the rear portion. The jacket with the inflatable cushion including a clothing and the headwear is also disclosed. The main body is coupled to the clothing. Methods for wearing the headwear and the jacket are also disclosed.
Placket truss and garment incorporating the same
A placket truss comprising an elongate member including opposed end portions, wherein each of the end portions includes at least one slot sized and adapted to engage the thread of a corresponding button. Each end portion may include a clip, wherein each clip includes at least one slot and the elongate member is adapted to confront the back side of the placket. The slot or slots may extend in the same direction as a length of the elongate member. Alternatively, the slot or slots may extend in a direction transverse to a length of the elongate member. Each clip is adapted to confront the front side of the placket whereby each of the clips is capable of grasping the placket. The elongate member may comprise a strip of resilient material and may be substantially flat.
GARMENT ASSEMBLY AND RELEASE APPARATUS AND METHOD
A vest utilizing an assembly and release apparatus and method incorporating a C-shaped clip defining a channel and a smaller slot extending along the channel, attachable to a first location on the vest. A pin of the apparatus is slidably receivable in the channel through the open end to assemble the C-shaped clip and the pin together. The pin has a tab or strip that extends through the slot, for attaching the pin to a second location on the vest. The apparatus includes at least one detent element associated with one of the C-shaped clip and the pin, cooperatively engageable with the other of the C-shaped clip and the pin for retaining the pin in the channel, and releasable in a predetermined manner to allow slidably removing the pin from the channel to provide a quiet and rapid manner of operation.
