A faucet may comprise a main body, a ceramic control valve, a locating sleeve and a faucet head, and a pulling rod is connected at a lateral side of the faucet head for the operation of the faucet. The faucet head with the pulling rod is positioned at a front side of the faucet, which is convenient for a user to operate the faucet and saves water during the process of operating the faucet.
FAUCET ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED ANTI-SCALD DEVICE
Improved fluid supply assemblies for fluid systems are provided. In exemplary embodiments, the present disclosure provides for improved fluid supply assemblies and related features, systems and methods of use. More particularly, the present disclosure provides for advantageous faucet assemblies (e.g., electrically or mechanically actuated faucet assemblies) having an integrated anti-scald device and having an integrated temperature mixing valve. The present disclosure provides for a faucet assembly having an integrated temperature mixing valve, and/or having an integrated anti-scald device configured to stop the inlet flow of hot water in the event the mixed outlet water temperature exceeds a user-selected set point. Advantageous faucet assemblies of the present disclosure can prevent scalding as defined by ASSE 1070. Improved, convenient and effective systems and methods for utilizing improved faucet assemblies in fluid systems are provided.
Fluid mixing valve
In the disclosure a fluid mixing valve for mixing a first fluid and a second fluid is provided, comprising: a housing; a balance valve module for balancing pressure between the first fluid and the second fluid, comprising a first fluid inlet, a second fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet in fluid communication with the first fluid inlet, and a second fluid outlet in fluid communication with the second fluid inlet; an adjustable valve module disposed on the balance valve module, comprising an inner casing member, flow-rate adjustment seat secured to the inner casing member, and a temperature adjustment shaft received in the inner casing member; and a mixed fluid discharging passage.
Temperature Limiting Faucet
A faucet includes a housing defining hot and cold inlets and an outlet and hot and cold fluid conduits in communication with the hot and cold inlets. A mixer within the housing receives fluids from the fluid conduits and outputs one of the fluids or a mixture thereof. The mixer includes a valve and an actuator configured to move the valve to different positions establishing various ratios of fluids output by the mixer. A temperature actuated flow reducing device within the housing downstream of the mixer restricts a flow of fluid to the outlet when a temperature of the fluid exceeds a predetermined temperature. A first pressure compensating flow regulator upstream of the mixer controls a flow of fluid from the hot fluid conduit to the mixer while a second pressure compensating flow regulator downstream of the mixer controls a flow of fluid through the outlet.
Control cartridge having high volumetric flow and a variable mixed water outlet
The invention relates to a control cartridge for single-lever mixing taps, comprising a housing having a cylindrical housing wall and a base having a borehole for an inlet for cold water and a borehole for an inlet for hot water. Three ceramic disks are situated one above the other on the base, namely, a lower base disk having a borehole for the inlet for hot water and a borehole for the inlet for cold water, a rotatable and displaceable ceramic control disk which rests on the base disk and has a control edge on the circumferential surface, and an upper bearing disk which is sealed off from the housing or the housing wall. In order for mixed water to be dischargeable either laterally or vertically with the same installation space or the same installation height and installation diameter, it is proposed that the base and the base disk each have a mixed water outlet in addition to the two inlets for cold water and hot water. The inlets for hot water and for cold water and the mixed water outlet are situated one above the other in the base and in the base disk. The base is sealed off from the housing wall, and, depending on the requirements, the housing wall has an opening for a lateral mixed water outlet or no opening in the housing wall for a vertical mixed water outlet.
Smart water heater system, method and computer readable media
A smart water heater system (SWHS) for a domestic water system having a plurality of fixtures has a water tank having a cold water inlet and a heat source configured to heat the cold water. The SWHS may also have a mixing valve to blend cold water with the hot water to produce blended water, wherein the blended water is directed to the domestic water system. The SWHS may have a controller in communication with the mixing valve configured to identify which fixture is being used when the domestic water system is drawing water from the water tank, determine an average water temperature utilized by each fixture, and adjust the mixing valve based on which fixture is identified such that a temperature of the blended water is generally equal to the average water temperature for the identified fixture.
Pressure balancing mixing valve and water valve including the same
A water valve includes a valve body, a stationary sleeve, and a movable sleeve. The stationary sleeve is received in the valve body, and the movable sleeve is slidably disposed in the stationary sleeve. A partition plate is formed in the movable sleeve to partition the movable sleeve into a cold water cavity and a hot water cavity at two ends respectively. An external wall of the movable sleeve is formed with an annular groove positionally corresponding to the partition plate. When the partition plate is pushed under different pressure of cold water and hot water, the movable sleeve is moved to regulate flow ratio of cold water and hot water. Besides, water is received in the annular groove and the gap between the stationary sleeve and the movable sleeve for cushion and lubrication. Thus, the movable sleeve is easier to move for regulation.
WATER PRESSURE BALANCE ASSEMBLY AND VALVE CORE WITH SAME
Disclosed is a water pressure balance assembly comprising a water-passing member provided with a hot water hole through which hot water passes and a cold water hole through which cold water passes, and a water-stopping member housed within the water-passing member The water-stopping member is provided with a first and second water-passing sections corresponding to the hot and cold water holes respectively. A partition is provided between the first and second water-passing sections, wherein the first and second water-stopping sections are provided respectively outward of the first and second water-passing sections. The hot or cold water holes can be occluded completely or partially by the first and second water-stopping sections through movement of the water-stopping member. The water-passing and/or water-stopping members are/is made of ceramic material. A valve core with the water pressure balance assembly above is further provided.
MULTI-FUNCTION VALVE CORE WITH DRINKING WATER CONTROL FUNCTION
The invention discloses a multi-function valve core with a drinking water control function, which comprises a housing, an upper cover, a handle, a rotor, a drive plate, a movable ceramic disc and a stationary ceramic disc, wherein the housing and the stationary ceramic disc are respectively provided with a hot water inlet hole, a cold water inlet hole, a mixed cold and hot water outlet hole, a drinking water inlet hole and a drinking water outlet hole at corresponding positions, and the movable ceramic disc is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity. In this technical solution, the functions of two valve cores are integrated as a whole, thus simplifying the product structure.
