Improved, convenient and effective systems and methods for utilizing improved faucet assemblies in fluid systems are provided.
Thermostatic mixing valve
A thermostatic mixing valve for mixing cold water and hot water and for setting a mixed water temperature, having an electric motor that is controllable by a control unit and acts via a gear stage on a valve body, which is stroke-adjustable over a setting range and with which the mixing ratio between hot and cold water can be varied depending on a target mixed water temperature, presettable on the user side, and having a sensor element for detecting at least one set position in the setting range of the thermostatic mixing valve. The gear stage has a linearly adjustable linear displacement element, arranged rotationally fixed and provided between the electric motor and the valve body, and the sensor element works together with the linear displacement element to detect the set position.
WATER CONTROL VALVE
A water control valve may comprise a valve shell, a sliding block, an operating valve piece, a fixing valve piece, a valve base and a check valve. The sliding block, the operating valve piece and the fixing valve piece are stacked sequentially and positioned inside the valve shell. The sliding block has a valve rod which is formed at an upper portion thereof and sticking out of the valve shell, and a bottom portion of the sliding block is engaged with the operating valve piece such that, through operating the valve rod, the sliding block is configured to drive and have movements with the operating valve piece concurrently to perform different aligning patterns between the operating valve piece and the fixing valve piece, thereby enabling the water control valve to control on/off operation of a faucet, the amount of water flow and the mixing ratio of hot/cold water.
MIXING VALVE
In the present invention a mixing valve is provided, comprising a valve seat provided with first and second fluid conduits and a mixed fluid conduit and including a first plug-fit portion and a first mounting portion, and a valve core defining first and second stop surfaces. The valve core comprises a valve housing provided with a second plug-fit portion configured to be mated with the first plug-fit portion, a valve shaft disposed within the valve housing and provided with a valve plate comprising a first regulating aperture and a second regulating aperture, a stop member mounted on the valve shaft, the valve core defining an initial position in which the stop member engages with the first stop surface and a final position in which the stop member engages with the second stop surface, and a valve module. The mixing valve further comprises a pressing cover provided with a second mounting portion to be detachably mounted to the first mounting portion, wherein the valve core is tightly pressed between the pressing cover and the valve seat. In the present invention a valve core and a mixing valve assembly comprising such valve core are also provided.
System for Supplying a Regulatable Inflow Fitting, and a Method for Filling the System
A system for supplying a regulatable inflow fitting, a vehicle with such a system, and a method for filling such a system. The system for supplying the regulatable inflow fitting with temperature-controlled water includes a cold water feed, a water heater, a bypass line and a mixing valve. At an input side, the water heater is connected to the cold water feed. At an output side, the water heater is connected to a hot water inlet of the mixing valve. The bypass line directly connects the cold water feed to a cold water inlet of the mixing valve. The mixing valve is connected at the output side to the inflow fitting and is configured to provide temperature-controlled water depending on a valve position. A flow element is integrated in the bypass line that at least temporarily at least limits a flow rate through the bypass line.
Pressure balance valve of internal retention structure
A pressure balance valve of an internal retention structure includes a control head, a valve housing, a balance valve assembly, and a valve seat assembly. The balance valve assembly includes a balance valve body, a piston, and sealing elements. The valve seat assembly includes a valve seat, two water stop sleeves, and a plug cap. The valve seat is integrally formed with a valve core chamber receiving therein balance valve assembly and closed by the plug cap. The valve seat assembly forms sealed and movable engagement with the control head by means of the water stop sleeves. Positioning between the valve core the valve seat and the valve housing can be made more accurate and more reliable and sealing performance of the valve core is improved.
MULTISTAGE AUTOMATED THERMAL BALANCING VALVE
A multistage automated thermally actuated valve utilizing a thermally expansive substance to substantially close the valve at a first temperature and a spring to open the valve at a second, lower temperature. A multistage automated valve comprising a first thermal assembly to balance fluid flow at a first temperature and a second thermal assembly to balance fluid flow at a second temperature in order to balance fluid flow in a system operated at a first temperature as well as at a second temperature. A method of utilizing an automated thermally actuated valve to balance and manage hot water supply in a piping system.
PRESSURE BALANCING MIXING VALVE AND WATER VALVE INCLUDING THE SAME
A water valve includes a valve body, a stationary sleeve, and a movable sleeve. The stationary sleeve is received in the valve body, and the movable sleeve is slidably disposed in the stationary sleeve. A partition plate is formed in the movable sleeve to partition the movable sleeve into a cold water cavity and a hot water cavity at two ends respectively. An external wall of the movable sleeve is formed with an annular groove positionally corresponding to the partition plate. When the partition plate is pushed under different pressure of cold water and hot water, the movable sleeve is moved to regulate flow ratio of cold water and hot water. Besides, water is received in the annular groove and the gap between the stationary sleeve and the movable sleeve for cushion and lubrication. Thus, the movable sleeve is easier to move for regulation.
CONTROL CARTRIDGE HAVING HIGH VOLUMETRIC FLOW AND A VARIABLE MIXED WATER OUTLET
The invention relates to a control cartridge for single-lever mixing taps, comprising a housing having a cylindrical housing wall and a base having a borehole for an inlet for cold water and a borehole for an inlet for hot water. Three ceramic disks are situated one above the other on the base, namely, a lower base disk having a borehole for the inlet for hot water and a borehole for the inlet for cold water, a rotatable and displaceable ceramic control disk which rests on the base disk and has a control edge on the circumferential surface, and an upper bearing disk which is sealed off from the housing or the housing wall. In order for mixed water to be dischargeable either laterally or vertically with the same installation space or the same installation height and installation diameter, it is proposed that the base and the base disk each have a mixed water outlet in addition to the two inlets for cold water and hot water. The inlets for hot water and for cold water and the mixed water outlet are situated one above the other in the base and in the base disk. The base is sealed off from the housing wall, and, depending on the requirements, the housing wall has an opening for a lateral mixed water outlet or no opening in the housing wall for a vertical mixed water outlet.
