The image forming device executes an image forming job of forming an image on a sheet under control of the controller.

An image forming system includes a print system and a management server. The print system includes one or plural image forming apparatuses. The management server receives a print order from a user, and upon receiving the print order, performs a print job using the print system under a print condition specified by the print order. Further, the management server generates a suggestion of a print condition in consideration of operation status of the print system and an amount of a consumable good required for the print job, differently from the print condition specified by the print order, and notifies the user of the suggestion.

A delivery determination apparatus for determining to deliver a consumable obtains information related to a remaining amount of the consumable, obtains information related to a contract of service for providing the consumable, and determines whether to deliver the consumable in a case where the remaining amount of the consumable is less than or equal to a predetermined amount. It is also determined not to deliver the consumable in a case where a number of remaining days up to an end of the contract is less than or equal to a predetermined number of days, even in a case where the contract is within a contract period.

An approach is provided for configuring printing devices using a mobile device. Systems and methods for redirecting one or more printers from a virtual computing device to a physical computing device. The method includes initiating a printing application on a virtual computing device and exporting at least one printer configuration. The at least one printer configuration corresponds to one or more printers communicatively coupled to a physical computing device. The method also includes storing the at least one printer configuration to a data file on the virtual computing device and copying the data file from the virtual computing device to the physical computing device. The method further includes invoking the data file on the physical computing device such that the at least one printer configuration is imported on the physical computing device. The method also includes generating for display on the virtual computing device at least one indication of the one or more printers communicatively coupled to the physical computing device.

An image processing device may include a controller configured to, in a case where a disabling instruction to cause a service state to shift to a disabled state is obtained under a situation where the service state is an enabled state, shift the service state from the enabled state to the disabled state, and in the case where the disabling instruction is obtained under the situation where the service state is the enabled state, send a first event deletion instruction to a server. The first event deletion instruction may be an instruction to delete, from an event which is to be notified to the image processing device, an acceptance of a job sending request by the server.
