In a remote simultaneous viewing system, zapping for a different group that views a content having the same attribute as that of a content viewed by a belonging group of a user is enabled. A content reproduction portion (22) that reproduces a content; and a group switching portion (25) that switches a belonging group of a user to a different group that views a content having the same attribute as that of the reproduced content are included.

Systems and methods of managing content and content requests are described. A data store of profiles of potential content contributors is provided. A request from a first source for content comprising content criteria is received, the content criteria comprising content contributor characteristics and content subject matter. Based on the content contributor characteristics and the profiles, at least a first potential content contributor is identified. At least a portion of the content request content criteria is transmitted to the first potential content contributor. If recorded content is received from the first content contributor, the first source is provided with access to the received recorded content. At least partly in response to acceptance by the first source of the received recorded content, the first source is enabled to publish the accepted received recorded content.

A method of generating accessible content is described. Embodiments of the method identifies a plurality of channels for a multimedia communication session, generate a master timeline for the communication session, wherein the master timeline comprises a chronological ordering of events from each of the channels, and wherein each of the events is associated with event-specific audio data, and present the multimedia communication session to a user to enable the user to transition among the channels based on the master timeline.

A method for managing access privileges is disclosed. The method includes: obtaining employee hierarchy data associated with an organization; identifying a change in access privileges associated with at least one employee for a protected resource, the identifying including: determining first permissions data indicating current access privileges associated with one or more employees for the protected resource based on the employee hierarchy data; comparing the first permissions data with stored second permissions data that indicates previously granted access privileges associated with the one or more employees for the protected resource; and identifying a difference in access privileges associated with at least one employee based on the comparing, determining that the change in access privileges associated with the at least one employee requires approval from an authorized permissions management entity; and configuring an account at the protected resource that is associated with the authorized permissions management entity to present options for approving the change in access privileges associated with the at least one employee.

Tracking data for a user indicating how the user interacted with a menu structure of a streaming media application is determined. A group from a plurality of user groups into which to group the user is selected based on the tracking data, wherein each group comprises data from a plurality of users. A plurality of content available for recommendation selection is determined. A first one of the plurality of content is selected as a content recommendation based on previous viewing patterns associated with the plurality of users of the selected group. The content recommendation is provided via the menu structure.

Contextual parameters of digital media content may be obtained. The digital media content may be associated with a content capture user and/or an end user. Editing parameters defining one or more editing attributes of an edited version of the digital media content may be received. Post-capture user profiles may be obtained. A set of post-capture users may be identified as potential matches for creating the edited version of the digital media content. The set of post-capture users may be presented to the content capture user and/or the end user for selection of one of the post-capture users to create the edited version of the digital media content. Systems and methods associated with resource provisioning are disclosed. One example method includes dividing a set of printing resources into a first partition and a second partition. The example method also includes provisioning the first partition to handle print jobs from a print queue that have a specified attribute. The first partition may be provisioned when print jobs having the specified attribute exceed a first predefined threshold.

Method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for content delivery, including receiving a plurality of content items and target criteria corresponding to a target consumer of the plurality of content items, embedding a plurality of metadata tags in the plurality of content items based at least in part on the target criteria, storing the plurality of content items in a campaign data structure, transmitting a content item in the plurality of content items to a user, selecting a content path from the one or more content paths linked to the content item within the campaign data structure based at least in part on one or more metadata tags embedded in a next content item in each of the one or more content paths and a user profile corresponding to the user, and transmitting information associated with the next content item in the selected content path to the user.
