The first process data is used as an explanatory variable. The second process data or the value corresponding to the second process data is used as a response variable. Furthermore, the process data processing unit obtains a value corresponding to a reaction rate of a processing target in a predetermined period by using the process data.

The method including: receiving key experience aspects (“KEAs”); administering pre-surveys to a representative subset of the experience audience, including an importance pre-survey requesting relative importance between the KEAs; and perception pre-survey requesting how closely perceptions align with each KEAs; calculating importance weights and perception weights based on the pre-surveys; performing a general survey process that includes surveying the experience audience to provide a quality rating indicating how well each of the KEAs was delivered based on their own experience; and calculating an Experience Index score as a measure of the quality of the experience that is an aggregation of the received quality ratings weighted by at least one of the importance weights or the perception weights.

A method of generating feedback for a container load process includes: during a load process for a container at a load bay, controlling a sensor assembly disposed at the load bay to capture sensor data depicting an interior of the container; at a computing device connected to the sensor assembly, detecting, based on the sensor data, a wall of items placed in the container interior; determining, at the computing device from the sensor data: (i) a boundary attribute of the detected wall, and (ii) a composition attribute of the detected wall; comparing, at the computing device, (i) the boundary attribute to a boundary criterion, and (ii) the composition attribute to a composition criterion; and responsive to at least one of the boundary attribute not meeting the boundary criterion, or the composition attribute not meeting the composition attribute, generating an alert for transmission to a client computing device.
