Comprehensive healthcare data management system
11532393 · 2022-12-20 · ·

A comprehensive health care data management system is provided. In an embodiment, a Medical Data Governance System records, secures, and provides appropriate access to all patient data. By concentrating all available relevant medical data into a single source, and providing a subset of data to each receiving subsystem with the correct source and time reference, the Medical Data Governance System becomes the True Source of Data and guarantees the data consistency through the use of block chain signatures. In another aspect of the invention, a system of servers is provided, which communicate data in real time with white boards stationed in the operating rooms of a healthcare facility. Medical personnel and healthcare facility staff members can view the formatted data on a white board and input new or revised data directly on the white board or at an input station near the white board.

Orthopedic healthcare practice system

A system to manage records in an orthopedic healthcare practice includes a server and a memory that stores patient data records and inventory equipment records. A check-in client computing device and first and second HCP client computing devices run apps that program respective devices to check-in patients for appointments, retrieve, and store patient healthcare data at the server. Display screens show approved appointments and the apps sort appointments as selected. The patient check-in app verifies that patients meet check-in requirements and locks the appointments of patients who do not. Apps retrieve patient data for the approved appointments and sort them. The server stores examination, treatment, and prescription data. Orthopedic equipment inventory delivery data and returns data are stored. The server is programmed to communicate with all apps in their form and format of data and to translate all disparate data types into that form and format.

Location-based user dataset management

The system and methods described herein provide for managing user datasets by facilitating interactions between users and their advisors following location-based notification of certain triggering events in the user dataset. The geolocation of the user is used to identify nearby advisors who can provide consultation as required by the user. Some embodiments facilitate introductions to a potential user of a set of advisors matched to the user's profile and in response to certain triggering events in the user's dataset.

Using natural language processing to enable communication across messaging platforms

A user device may detect a message received via a messaging platform of one or more messaging platforms. The user device may determine that the message is from a second user based on a match between a user identifier associated with the message and a second user identifier corresponding to the messaging platform for the second user. The user device may transmit message data that includes: message content of the message, and information that identifies the messaging platform used to transmit the message. The user device may receive task information that indicates a task type for a task determined from the message content, a task priority for the task, and information that identifies the second user, and information that identifies the messaging platform. The user device may present the task information via a user interface of the cross-platform messaging application executing on the user device.

TRACKING INTENDED AND ACTUAL PARTICIPATION IN A MEETING

This disclosure concerns systems and methods for tracking participation in meetings and managing conference rooms. A participation object may be used. The participation object may include an intended participation status and real-time participation status for each invitee to a meeting. The intended participation statuses may indicate whether each invitee intends to participate in the meeting and how each invitee intends to participate in the meeting. The intended participation statuses may be updated based on responses to meeting invitations. The real-time participation statuses may indicate whether each invitee is currently participating in the meeting and how each invitee is currently participating in the meeting. The real-time participation statuses may be updated based on check-ins. The check-ins may be received close to a start time of the meeting and during the meeting. The participation object may also include a meeting summary. The meeting summary may summarize participation in the meeting.

RETROSPECTION ASSISTANT FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS

A meeting record of a meeting attended by a user via a meeting application is received. Sentiment analysis the meeting record is performed to identify one or more key events in the meeting, and retrospective feedback for the one or more key events identified in the meeting is determined. The retrospective feedback identifies respective actions or non-actions by the user in connection with respective key events among the one or more key events, and includes respective feedback on the respective actions or non-actions to recommend modified behavior of the user in subsequent meetings. The retrospective feedback is provided for display to the user.

DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING A SEARCH ENGINE BASED ON DETECTING INTENT FROM A SEARCH STRING

A system for determining search results for a search string based on detecting an intent from the search string receives the search string. The system determines the intent of the search string by extracting a first set of features from the search string. The first set of features represent the intent. The system compares the first set of features with a second set of features labeled with an intent tag stored in a training dataset. The system determines whether the first set of features corresponds to the second set of features. In response to determining that the first set of features corresponds to the second set of features, the system determines that the first intent tag corresponds to the intent of the search string. The system produces a search result for the search string, where a first item in the search result is a text associated with the intent tag.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, ENVIRONMENT SETTING SYSTEM, AND NON-TRANSITORY RECORDING MEDIUM

An information processing apparatus, an environment setting system, and a non-transitory recording medium. The information processing apparatus acquires schedule information of a user of a user terminal, classifies a schedule included in the schedule information, determines data to be provided to the user terminal based on classification of the schedule, and transmits to the user terminal, the data determined to be provided to the user terminal.

SCHEDULING LANGUAGE AND MODEL FOR APPOINTMENT EXTRACTION

A lead management system can employ a scheduling language and model for extracting appointments from consumer interactions. By using a scheduling language and model, the lead management system can accurately determine from textual content a particular time at which a consumer agreed to be called or to otherwise participate in an appointment with a representative of a business. As a result, AI-based consumer interaction agents can be utilized much more effectively to revive dead leads.

SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR MANAGING SCHEDULES AND CALENDARS
20220398546 · 2022-12-15 ·

Calendar management devices and systems are disclosed that are configured with hardware to receive one or more of a user event or a user habit for scheduling within a digital calendar associated with a user, identify a number of settings for each of the one or more of a user event or a user habit, and automatically schedule each of the one or more of a user event or a user habit in the digital calendar by blocking time for each of the one or more of a user event or a user habit within the digital calendar based on the number of settings identified for each of the one or more of a user event or a user habit. The number of settings include a start time, a desired time, an end time, a maximum duration, and a minimum duration associated with each of the one or more of a user event or a user habit. The time for each of the one or more of a user event or a user habit is blocked without requiring the user to manually manipulate the digital calendar associated with the user.
