Command-based timer for wireless transactions
Embodiments for providing a timely indication that a wireless transaction has been completed, using a command-based timer solution, are provided. These embodiments include receiving a first command, associated with the wireless transaction, from a reader; initiating, using an applet, a first command-based timer when the first command is received; issuing, using the applet, an activity timeout signal when the first command-based timer expires before a second command is received from the reader; and providing an indication that the wireless transaction has been completed in response to the activity timeout signal. In some embodiments, the command-based timer solution may also include canceling, using the applet, the first command-based timer when the second command is received before the first command-based timer expires; initiating a second command-based timer when the second command is received; and issuing the activity timeout signal when that the second command-based timer expires.
DEVICE MANAGEMENT BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK
In a method, device information of a characteristic acquisition device associated with a target terminal is acquired in response to a triggering operation for establishing an association relationship between the characteristic acquisition device and a target client in the target terminal. The device information is transmitted to the blockchain network such that each of node devices in the blockchain network authenticates the characteristic acquisition device according to the device information. A respective reference authentication result generated by each of the node devices is acquired. The respective reference authentication result indicates whether the characteristic acquisition device passes authentication of the respective node device. The association relationship between the target client and the characteristic acquisition device is established in response to the characteristic acquisition device passing the authentication according to the reference authentication results.
Method and apparatus for digital identity authentication
A system and method for providing proof of a digital identification of a user which may include activating, on a mobile computing device, a bank application and a digital identification service provider application, and which may allow the bank application to have access to user accounts after the bank application receives a digital identification from the digital identification service provider application in order to provide proof of identify with speed and security.
Integrated mobile trusted service manager
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a centralized trusted service manager system in the form of a trusted service manager interconnectivity service hub, which facilitates and provides communications between entities involved I mobile contactless payment systems. One embodiment is directed to a method for processing a message related to a mobile payment application on a secure element of a mobile communication device through an interconnectivity services hub including receiving the message from a first entity in a first protocol and determining a trusted service manager associated with the secure element from among a plurality of trusted service managers using a routing table comprising routing information. Then the method continues by determining a second protocol corresponding to the trusted service manager associated with the secure element, translating the message into the second protocol, and sending the translated message to the trusted service manager which communicates with the secure element.
AUGMENTED REALITY CARD ACTIVATION EXPERIENCE
Various embodiments are generally directed to enhancing a card activation experience for an authorized card user when activating a new card by at least displaying various types of information related to the new card in augmented reality (AR) and allowing the user to perform the activation itself or experience other aspects of the activation process in AR. Information pertaining the successful activation of the card may also be provided to the user in AR.
Method for pairing devices using near field communication and electronic apparatus using same
Various embodiments of the present invention pertain to a method for pairing devices using near field communication and an electronic apparatus using the same. The electronic apparatus comprises: a first wireless communication module supporting first wireless communication; a second wireless communication module supporting second wireless communication; a memory; and a processor operatively connected to the first wireless communication module, the second wireless communication module and the memory, wherein the processor is set to: detect a tag of an external electronic apparatus via the first wireless communication module; transmit a first command for driving a designated application of the external electronic apparatus to the external electronic apparatus via the first wireless communication module; receive, via the first wireless communication module, Bluetooth address information of the external electronic apparatus corresponding to the driving of the designated application; and perform, via the second wireless communication module, pairing with the external electronic apparatus on the basis of the received Bluetooth address information, wherein the pairing is performed in a tagging manner instead of a scanning manner during the pairing of the electronic apparatus with the external electronic apparatus, to thereby intuitively select the external electronic apparatus to be paired and simply perform a pairing process. Various other embodiments are possible.
Universal fare payment and collection system
A universal fare payment and collection system configured to allow users to purchase tickets and/or passes for a plurality of public transport authorities using a single account or device. The system is configured to detect a first ticketing technology of a first nearby transportation system, configure the traveler's electronic device for authorizing at least one of a ticket and a pass via the first ticketing technology, detect a second ticketing technology of a second nearby transportation system, the second ticketing technology being different from the first ticketing technology, and configure the traveler's electronic device for authorizing at least one of a ticket and a pass via the second ticketing technology.
Establishing connectivity between user devices
A computer-implemented method, computer program product, and computer system is provided for establishing connectivity between user devices. The computer-implemented method includes: broadcasting a message to running processes on an operating system of the first user device to indicate that a requesting application is looking for a live connection channel to attempt discovery with a second user device to ascertain virtual proximity of the first user device with the second user device. The computer-implemented method further includes receiving a response from a live connection channel and attempting to verify pairing via the live connection channel to confirm a virtual proximity of the second user device with the first user device. The pairing provides information for establishing a subsequent connection between the first and second user devices via the requesting application.
Resource transfer method and apparatus and storage medium
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of network technologies, including a resource transfer method and apparatus and a storage medium. The method includes: storing a graphic code in the specified application client, the graphic code being sent by a specified server when a network is already connected, the graphic code including a user identifier used by the specified application client to log in to the specified server, and the graphic code being obtained by the specified server from a third-party server accessed by an interface of the specified server, and presenting a stored graphic code when detecting a graphic code calling operation.
DIGITAL GIFTING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A digital gifting system and method utilizing a mobile device with a gifting application is disclosed. The mobile device is configured to receive from a gift sender a gift comprising an identifier of the gift sender, a custom content, and a gift amount, wherein the gift is only spendable if a phone number of the mobile device corresponds to a predetermined phone number associated with the gift; receiving a first selection from a user of the mobile device to accept the gift amount; displaying the identifier of the gift sender and the custom content; transmitting a first notification to the gift sender that the gift has been received by the user and the custom content has been displayed to the user; and after the gift amount has been spent by the user, transmitting a second notification to the gift sender indicating how the gift amount was spent by the user.
