Non-contact media control system and method
The present disclosure relates to a method for conducting a transaction while in proximity of a local retail network operated by a retail point of sale comprising: a) receiving an identification signal related to one or more media identifiers associated with a media control device and from a user mobile device, wherein the user mobile device is connected to a first network; b) transmitting data to the user mobile device to render a media control interface on the user mobile device; c) receiving one or more instruction signals from the user mobile device, wherein the one or more instruction signals are related to one or more outputs of one or more media devices in proximity to the user mobile device; d) transmitting the one or more instruction signals to a media control device, such that the media control device instructs the one or more media devices to generate the one or more outputs; e) disabling a connection between the user mobile device and the media control device based upon occurrence of a pre-determined condition.
Video/animated QR codes
Systems/techniques that can facilitate video/animated QR codes are provided. In various aspects, a processor can identify a QR code. In various instances, the processor can decompose the QR code into a static fragment and a plurality of dynamic fragments. The static fragment can be a portion of the QR code that contains sufficient information to facilitate an online transaction, whereas the plurality of dynamic fragments can be a plurality of portions of the QR code that collectively contain sufficient information to facilitate an offline transaction. In various instances, the processor can sequentially render a plurality of frames on an electronic display, where each frame depicts the static fragment and a corresponding one of the plurality of dynamic fragments. Accordingly, a point-of-sale device can facilitate an online transaction by scanning one frame rendered by the processor, and/or can facilitate an offline transaction by scanning all frames rendered by the processor.
PAYMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A payment processing system includes a user terminal, a merchant terminal, an account institution, a settlement institution and an acquiring institution. The user terminal is configured to send transaction information; the account institution is configured to generate a transaction order and send it to the settlement institution, and the settlement institution is configured to forward it to the acquiring institution; the acquiring institution is configured to process the transaction order and send the order processing result to the settlement institution, and the settlement institution is configured to forward the result to the account institution; the account institution is configured to deduct user funds according to the result and send payment result notification information to the settlement institution, and the settlement institution is configured to forward the notification to the acquiring institution; and the acquiring institution is configured to send a payment result to the merchant terminal.
IN-VEHICLE SALES SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT SERVER, IN-VEHICLE SALES METHOD, AND IN-VEHICLE SALES PROGRAM
An in-vehicle sales system for supporting sales of articles in a vehicle having a plurality of seats includes a position information providing medium that is arranged in association with each seat and provides installation position information on the seat; a user terminal configured to be capable of acquiring the installation position information from the position information providing medium and configured to be capable of transmitting the acquired installation position information and information on a commodity desired to be purchased; a management server configured to be capable of specifying the associated seat on the basis of the installation position information acquired from the user terminal and configured to be capable of transmitting information on the specified seat and the information on the commodity desired to be purchased that is acquired from the user terminal; and an attendant terminal configured to be capable of notifying of the information on the seat and the information on the commodity desired to be purchased that are acquired from the management server.
CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM AND INFORMATION TERMINAL
A technique in which with respect to cashless payment technique, suitable cashless payment can be carried out with less operation by a user who is a purchaser is provided. An information terminal is configured to: photograph, by a camera, a code of payment destination information posted by a store and a payment amount corresponding to a purchase amount of a product or service on a basis of an operation of a user; issue a payment command in a case where both payment destination information and the payment amount are recognized on a basis of a photographed image, the payment command including the payment destination information and the payment amount; and transmit the payment command to a server to cause the server to execute the cashless payment processing.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT MECHANISM PAYMENTS USING ULTRA-WIDEBAND RADIO TECHNOLOGY
Systems and methods for alternative payment mechanism payments using ultra-wideband radio technology are disclosed. A method may include a payment terminal computer program executed by a payment terminal selecting a customer electronic device that is conducting the payment transaction with the payment terminal; communicating, via a payment terminal UWB radio to the selected customer electronic device, payment transaction details for the payment transaction comprising a merchant identifier and a transaction amount; receiving, from the selected customer electronic device via the payment terminal UWB radio, an APM payment message for an APM payment provider; communicating the APM payment message to the APM payment provider, wherein the APM payment provider is configured to decision the transaction based on the APM payment message; and receiving, from the APM payment provider, a payment confirmation for the payment transaction.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECURELY GENERATING AND PRINTING A DOCUMENT
Systems and methods for securely generating and printing documents are disclosed. For example, processor(s) of a computer system may receive information for the document from a computing device through a network, verify the information for the document, and upon verification, generate document generation data using at least a portion of the information for the document. The document generation data may include document metadata that enables generation of an image of the document and/or the image of the document. Upon the processor(s) verifying first authentication information of a first code associated with a printing device received from the computing device through the network and second authentication information of a second code associated with the computing device received from the printing device through the network, the processor(s) may transmit the document generation data to the printing device through the network, and cause the printing device to print the image of the document.
Systems and methods for automatic image capture on a mobile device
Real-time evaluation and enhancement of image quality prior to capturing an image of a document on a mobile device is provided. An image capture process is initiated on a mobile device during which a user of the mobile device prepares to capture the image of the document, utilizing hardware and software on the mobile device to measure and achieve optimal parameters for image capture. Feedback may be provided to a user of the mobile device to instruct the user on how to manually optimize certain parameters relating to image quality, such as the angle, motion and distance of the mobile device from the document. When the optimal parameters for image capture of the document are achieved, at least one image of the document is automatically captured by the mobile device.
Methods and systems for a combined transaction by an assignee on behalf of one or more users
Embodiments provide methods, and server systems for performing a combined transaction for one or more scheduled transactions. The method is configured to generate one or more machine readable codes for the one or more scheduled transactions through a first transaction terminal, where each machine readable code is associated with a scheduled transaction of the one or more scheduled transactions. Further, the method includes generating a composite machine readable code based on the one or more machine readable codes. The generation of composite machine readable code further include, at least one authentication attribute of an assignee. The method, furthermore, includes receiving a second transaction request through a second transaction terminal. The second transaction request includes the composite machine readable code. The method facilitates the combined transaction based on authentication of the composite machine readable code, wherein the combined transaction is associated with the one or more scheduled transactions.
Digital cart monitoring and validation using interprocess communication
A system includes a server and merchant device. The server receives product information for a product scanned by a mobile device. The server stores the product information for the product in a digital cart. The server receives a transaction request from the mobile device, determines that the product is associated with a validation requirement, and transmits a validation request to the merchant device. The server receives, from the merchant device, an indication that the validation requirement is satisfied, processes a transaction, and transmits, to the merchant device, an indication that the transaction is complete. The merchant device receives the validation request, determines that the validation requirement is satisfied, and transmits the indication that the validation requirement is satisfied to the server. The merchant device receives, from the server, the indication that the transaction is complete and displays the indication that the transaction on the display.
