SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURE STORAGE OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES AND MAKING TRANSACTIONS IN A BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK
The claimed solution relates to a method of making transactions in the blockchain framework using a protected hardware and software complex to ensure secure storage of digital currencies (cryptocurrencies) and control the entire lifecycle of multiple wallets simultaneously to make transactions in the blockchain network. Basic features of the hardware and software complex include the effective control over the entire life cycle of cold wallets, generation of digital wallets and secure storage of their private keys in an isolated environment using the hardware security modules (HSM), as well as maintaining the multiple level authentication of blockchain transactions. It is possible to use all the features of the complex due to compatibility with the application programming interface (API), which enables to integrate the complex into the existing software solutions, for example, banking systems.
AUTHENTICATION AND AUTHORIZATION WITH PHYSICAL CARDS
Systems and methods for authentication and authorization using physical computing cards include receiving from the physical computing card an authorization request, where the request includes a card identifier and an entity location. Authorized users associated with the card identifier are determined. Identifications of users with pending transactions at the entity location are obtained. Verification is performed by determining that there is a match between an identification of a user to an identification of one of the authorized users. The user is then authorized to access resources associated with the physical computing card.
Hardware Device for entering a PIN via Tapping on a Touch Screen Display
A device and associated methods for entering a PIN via tapping are disclosed. The device can be configured to determine a number of taps provided by a PIN holder on a touch sensor in representation of a PIN digit and to store the number of taps as a digit in a sequence that represents the PIN. Indications for interaction with the device can be provided to PIN holders in the form of auditory cues. A visually impaired PIN holder may be able to complete a PIN entry process by following the indications for interaction, tapping on a touch sensor a number of times equal to the value of the digit of the PIN to be entered, and performing gestures mapped to commands for the device.
THIRD-PARTY RESOURCE AUTHORIZATION
Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system and a method for performing operations comprising: receiving, by a messaging application, a request to access a third-party resource; in response to receiving the request, obtaining a user interface data corresponding to the third-party resource; generating, for display on a client device, a graphical user interface of the third-party resource based on the markup-language document; generating for display a menu with an option to authorize the third-party resource to access user data from the messaging application; and authorizing the third-party resource to access the user data from the messaging application in response to a user interaction with the menu.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EXECUTING ECOMMERCE EXPRESS CHECKOUT TRANSACTIONS
Systems and methods are disclosed for executing an electronic transaction using a digital wallet. One method includes receiving an express checkout request and electronic transaction data from an electronic transaction browser. The digital wallet system may determine whether a user is enrolled in the digital wallet system. The digital wallet system may transmit a verification request to the electronic transaction browser upon determining the user is enrolled in the digital wallet system. The digital wallet system may receive a verification response from the electronic transaction browser. The digital wallet system may generate a graphical interface including predetermined user data. The digital wallet system may complete an electronic transaction based on the user response.
NAME VERIFICATION SERVICE
A method is provided for verifying a cardholder name associated with a payment device used in connection with a card-not-present transaction. The method includes the steps of maintaining a database including a plurality of records pertaining to historically processed transactions, receiving, at a name verification server, a cardholder name verification request including a submitted primary account number of a payment device and a submitted cardholder name, querying the database to identify one or more records that include an indication of a primary account number that matches the submitted primary account number included in the cardholder name verification request, comparing at least one cardholder name in the identified one or more records to the submitted cardholder name included in the cardholder name verification request, determining whether or not there is a sufficient match resulting from said comparing, generating a name verification response, and sending the name verification response to the merchant server.
PROCESSING BENEFIT ELIGIBILITY DATA
A provider of a service (e.g., a medical service) submits a request for authorization to bill for the service (e.g., a request for authorization to bill an insurance company of the recipient of the service). The recipient of the request (e.g., a medical services clearinghouse) informs a fraud prevention of the request. The fraud prevention communicates (e.g., by text message or email) with a computing device (e.g., a cell phone or desktop computer) associated with the recipient of the service to determine if the request is legitimate. If the request is not legitimate, the clearinghouse, the insurance company, the medical service provider or any suitable combination thereof is notified of the issue. By taking action on this notification, benefit eligibility fraud is avoided.
METHODS, DEVICES, AND SYSTEMS FOR MOBILE DEVICE OPERATIONS DURING TELEPHONE CALLS
Aspects of the disclosure relate to mobile device operations during an ongoing call. The mobile device operations may relate to payment processing operations. The mobile device may determine contact information associated with a party in an ongoing call. The mobile device may determine, based on the contact information, information associated with a payment transaction request. The mobile device may send, based on the determined information the payment transaction request. The mobile device may dynamically determine a user interface to be displayed during the call to facilitate the various mobile device operations.
Authentication method and system
Provide herein is a method and system capable of authenticating transactions involving at least one service provider and one or more users who are each in electronic communication. This electronic communication can be, for example, SMS, MMS, e-mail, or online account messaging. It is an aspect of certain embodiments where the transaction is an authentication and/or verification of an entity. Examples of such entities are products, actions and users.
Offline payment method and device
The present application provides techniques for offline payments. The method includes: receiving an offline payment request for an offline payment through a target payment application, the offline payment being made by a user registered with the target payment application; receiving an identity authentication identifier (ID) of the user; determining that the identity authentication ID of the user matches a stored identity authentication ID previously stored for the user on the computing device; in response to determining that the identity authentication ID matches the stored identity authentication ID, receiving an offline payment certificate issued by the target payment application to the user and stored on the computing device; and providing the offline payment certificate to an offline payment service party of the target payment application, the offline payment service party configured to authorize the offline payment based on the offline payment certificate.
