Payment processing conditioned on multi-party geolocation constraints
A method, system, and apparatus for facilitating a payment transaction is disclosed. A server receives an event-setup request from an event organizer to set up an event-based payment session to obtain payments for one or more attendees of a subsequent event. In response to receiving the event set-up request: the server sets up the event-based payment session in accordance with the event-setup request; and provides a payment invitation corresponding to the payment session to each of one or more invitees of the subsequent event in accordance with the event-setup request. The server then receives from at least a first invitee of the one or more invitees, a conditional acceptance to the payment invitation, the acceptance being conditioned on one or more predefined criteria.
METHODS FOR PERFORMING INTERNET PROCESSES USING GLOBAL POSITIONING AND OTHER MEANS
Methods for purchasing of goods or services over the internet. A customer has a customer account set up at a bank with associated account information. The account information includes verification information for verification parameters, such as authorized computer identification, authorized delivery addresses, authorized global positioning satellite or other secure location information, authorized user identification, authorized telephone caller identification, and/or other account information. An order is placed by a user via an ordering computer which provides order information. Such order information includes verification variables used by the bank. Verification and/or authentication using one or more variables of the customer account information is used by the bank to validate the order before assuring payment to the merchant.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AVAILABLE CREDIT NOTIFICATION BASED ON CUSTOMER LOCATION
A system for location based available credit notification includes one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to determine a customer location and a customer identity based on a response from the user device to a location access request; determine an available credit associated with the customer; access customer specific information and merchant data based on at least one of the determined available credit, the customer location, and the customer identity; wherein the customer specific information includes at least one of customer transaction data or customer mobility data; predict, by a prediction model if the customer is going to make a purchase and, if so, a monetary amount of the purchase; determine if the predicted monetary amount of the purchase exceeds the available credit; and transmit a notification to the user device upon determining that the predicted monetary amount of the transaction exceeds the available credit.
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR AUTHORIZATION OF ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS BASED ON SECURED ZONES
Electronic transaction systems and methods are operable to conduct transaction verification and authorization process for an electronic transaction. An exemplary embodiment determines location of a personal electronic device of a consumer during an electronic transaction; determines location of an electronic transaction device that the consumer is using to conduct the electronic transaction; determines a distance between the personal electronic device of the consumer and the electronic transaction device; compares the determined distance with a predefined distance; and verifies and authorizes the electronic transaction when the determined distance less than or equal to the predefined distance.
TRANSACTION-ENABLED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING AND ACQUIRING MACHINE RESOURCES ON A FORWARD RESOURCE MARKET
Transaction-enabled systems and methods for identifying and acquiring machine resources on a forward resource market are disclosed. An example system may include a controller having a resource requirement circuit to determine an amount of a resource required for a machine to service a task requirement, a forward resource market circuit to access a forward resource market, a resource market circuit to access a resource market, and a resource distribution circuit to execute a transaction of the resource on at least one of the resource market or the forward resource market in response to the determined amount of the resource required.
TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A transaction management service and method are disclosed that can streamline transaction tracking and budget management. Transactions may be pre-approved based on inheritance and/or context-based authorization. The system can integrate a payment method, transaction tracking service, and a budget allocation service, among other operations.
TRANSACTION-ENABLED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TRANSACTION EXECUTION WITH LICENSING SMART WRAPPERS
Transaction-enabled systems and methods for transaction execution with licensing smart wrappers are disclosed. An example system may include a smart contract wrapper configured to access a distributed ledger comprising a plurality of IP licensing terms for a plurality of IP assets comprising an aggregate stack of IP. The smart contract wrapper may be further configured to interpret an IP description value and an IP addition request and, in response to the request and IP description value, to add an IP asset to the aggregate stack of IP. A transaction execution circuit provides a transaction implementation command in response to at least one of a transaction geographic value or a transaction jurisdiction value.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ALLOCATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY CAPACITY FOR A FLEET OF MACHINES
Systems and methods for allocation of renewable energy capacity for a fleet of machines are disclosed. An example transaction-enabling system may include a fleet of machines each having an energy consumption task requirement, wherein at least a subset of the fleet of machines each comprises a renewable energy capacity. The system may further include a controller including a resource requirement circuit to determine an amount of energy for each of the machines to service the energy consumption task requirement for each corresponding machine, and a resource distribution circuit to allocate a delivery of energy from an aggregated renewable energy capacity of the subset of the fleet of machines in response to the determined amount of energy for each of the machines to service the energy consumption task requirement.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AGGREGATING TRANSACTIONS AND OPTIMIZATION DATA RELATED TO ENERGY CREDITS
Systems and methods for aggregating transactions and optimization data related to energy credits are disclosed. An example transaction-enabling system may include a resource requirement circuit to aggregate an energy credit requirement for a fleet of machines to perform a task, a forward resource market circuit to access a forward market for energy, and a controller. The controller may include an artificial intelligence (AI) circuit to configure a transaction on the forward market for energy in response to the aggregated energy credit requirement; a machine resource acquisition circuit to automatically solicit the configured transaction on the forward market for energy; and wherein the AI circuit is further structured to iteratively improve the configured transaction to improve a task outcome of the fleet of machines.
TRANSACTION-ENABLED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR APPORTIONING ROYALTY WITH IP LICENSING
A transaction-enabling system may include a smart contract wrapper, wherein the smart contract wrapper is configured to: access a distributed ledger comprising a plurality of intellectual property (IP) licensing terms corresponding to a plurality of IP assets; interpret an access request value for the plurality of IP licensing terms, and, in response to the access request value, provide access to at least a portion of the plurality of IP licensing terms; and commit a royalty generating entity providing the access request value to at least one of the plurality of IP licensing terms; and a royalty apportionment wrapper structured to apportion royalties from the royalty generating entity to a plurality of owning entities in the distributed ledger in response to the at least one of the plurality of IP licensing terms.
