A method for processing a payment transaction is provided that is based on device locations. In response to receiving additional context including a location associated with a user device from the user device, the processor compares the context representing the first location and the additional context to determine whether to authorize the action.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO LIMIT FRAUD IN CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Various methods, apparatuses, and media for preventing fraud in card or mobile transaction are provided. A fraud prevention application module defines one or more geographical zones where a card or mobile transaction is authorized. Information related to the defined geographical zones are stored onto a memory. A processor is configured to initiate the card or mobile transaction at a point-of-sale (POS) location; determine whether the POS location corresponds to the stored information related to one or more of the defined geographical zones; and authorize the card or mobile transaction based on a determination that the POS location corresponds to the stored information related to the defined one or more geographical zones.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENABLING FIRMWARE TRANSACTIONS
A transaction-enabling system is provided. The system includes a controller configured to access a distributed ledger comprising a firmware data value and tokenize the firmware data value. The adaptive learning system is configured to adjust a facility configuration based on the detected conditions, wherein adjusting the facility configuration includes adjusting a utilization of the compute resource and at least one additional facility resource.

Systems and methods for adjusting a facility configuration based on a set of parameters from a digital twin are disclosed. An example system may include an energy and compute facility having a compute task or resource, and an energy source utilization requirement. The system may include a controller having a facility model circuit to operate a digital twin for the facility, a facility description circuit to interpret a set of parameters from the digital twin, and a facility configuration circuit to operate an adaptive learning system. The adaptive learning system is configured to adjust a facility configuration based on the set of parameters from the digital twin and perform a purchase or sale transaction on an energy credit spot market or an energy credit forward market.

An example system includes a machine having an associated regenerative energy facility, the machine having a requirement for a compute, networking, or energy consumption task. The example system includes a controller having an energy requirement circuit to determine an amount of energy for the machine to service the task in response to the requirement for the task. The controller also includes an energy distribution circuit to adaptively improve an energy delivery, of energy produced by the associated regenerative energy facility, between the tasks.
HANDS FREE INTERACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method is disclosed. The method includes receiving a broadcast signal from a beacon device, the broadcast signal encoding a first credential associated with a first entity. In response to receipt of the broadcast signal, the mobile communication device transmits the received first credential to an authentication system. The authentication system determines if the first entity associated with the broadcast signal is authentic and generates a confirmation message confirming the authenticity of the first entity. The mobile communication device then receives the confirmation message indicating that the first entity is authentic. The mobile communication thereafter receives and transmits a second credential for the mobile communication device to the beacon device, which transmits the second credential to the authentication system. The authentication system then confirms the authenticity of the mobile communication device. Then, the beacon device can initiate an interaction process with the user of the mobile communication device.

A vehicle captures an identification mark with an external camera, the identification mark being associated with content provided by a service provider; acquires the content associated with the captured identification mark; outputs the acquired content to the occupant in a cabin of the vehicle; acquires payment information based on the output content; and acquires information on the occupant in the cabin. A server identifies the occupant based on the information on the occupant, acquired by the vehicle; and transmits information on payment processing including the payment information, acquired from the vehicle, to the information processing terminal held by the identified occupant. The information processing terminal displays the information on the payment processing acquired from the server.

A transaction-enabling system including a controller is provided. The controller is configured to: access a distributed ledger comprising an aggregated data set; interpret an access request for the aggregated data set; and in response to the access request, provide a provable access to the aggregated data set. The provable access includes at least one of which parties have accessed the aggregated data set and how many parties have accessed the aggregated data set, the distributed ledger includes a block chain, and the aggregated data set includes one of a trade secret and proprietary information.
