The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automatically providing a lending offer for loyalty points based on a customer account analysis. One example method includes initiating an offer analysis for a customer account associated with a particular customer and storing an account balance and a point deficit balance. The offer analysis determines whether to provide an offer for a point loan, and is based on profile information of the customer, a current point balance, and a reward identified from the loyalty account. If an offer is to be provided, an offer for a loan of points equal to the difference between the current point balance of a loyalty account and the point value cost of the reward is transmitted to a client device of the customer. If accepted, the current point balance and the point deficit are both incremented by the amount of the offer.

Systems and methods of locating and selling items at attended delivery/pickup locations

A system and method for locating nearby attended delivery/pickup locations with a particular item in stock is described. The system receives a request from an individual to purchase a particular item from an on-line retailer. The system receives information associated with attended delivery/pickup locations, including location and inventory information. The system then determines which (if any) attended delivery/pickup locations (e.g., the attended delivery/pickup locations are not the on-line retailer) are near the individual and have the particular item in stock and notifies the individual. In various embodiments, the system enables the user to purchase or reserve the particular item at the particular attended delivery/pickup location.

A method for facilitating transactions is provided. Various users register their payment modes to avail a payment mode interchange service offered by a server for online purchases. During registration, the users specify corresponding offer amounts in exchange for allowing purchases of other users to be performed by using their payment modes. When an offer on a purchase is not applicable on a payment mode of a first user, the first user is recommended by the server to make the purchase by using a payment mode of a second user on which the offer is applicable. Responsive to receiving the redemption request from a user device, performing a redemption process. Redemption process includes obtaining an information payload for the first unit of the product. Information payload includes a redemption reward; and a redemption status. Redemption status is an unredeemed status or redeemed status. Redemption process includes identifying the redemption status for the information payload. Responsive to a determination that the redemption status is the unredeemed status, the redemption process includes transferring, to the user, the redemption reward.

The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automatically providing linking partner loyalty rewards accounts using authorized user and primary user information associated with an account. One example method includes authenticating a user at a partner system, and receiving from the user information associated with an account. The information associated with user's account is communicated to a financial institution system via an API where the user can then be verified as an authorized user on an account. The financial institution system then provides the partner system with information associated with the primary user of the account, and the partner system can link a loyalty account of the primary user with the loyalty account of the authenticated user.
