Decentralized computer systems and methods for loyalty points payments using distributed ledgers

Decentralized computer systems and methods are disclosed for establishing and conducting payment processing with loyalty points using distributed ledger. One method includes: receiving a consumer identification, an issuer identification, and transaction information from a point of sale system when the loyalty card is presented for a transaction of a good or service at a merchant, identifying the network node containing distributed ledger associated with the issuer according to received issuer identification prompting, to participants of the shared ledger, to validate whether the consumer distributed ledger has required loyalty points for the transaction; if all of the participants of the shared ledger accepts the transaction, generating, a new immutable entry to the distributed ledger for the transaction with remaining loyalty points in the loyalty card after deducting the points required for the transaction; and sending a transaction approved message to the point of sale system at the merchant.

Linking community programs and merchants in a marketing program

In generating links between local merchants and community programs, a merchant may provide incentives to customers in relation to community programs. Community programs may be tracked as may online and offline customer transactions using the incentive. Participants may include customers, merchants, community organizations, intermediaries, and other groups or individuals. Participants may have participant identifiers, which may be linked to a payment source. Data may be collected about all participants, either expressly, or from offline or online transactions between participants utilizing a participant identifier, and said data may be stored in a data storage area. All data in the data storage area may be utilized by logic tool, which may provide information, such as details of consumer behaviour and analytic reporting. Matches between transactions and members and/or member activities may be identified by the system, and a level of certainty that the match is accurate may be determined.

USER INTERFACES FOR TRANSFERS

The present disclosure generally relates to viewing and modifying transfers. In some embodiments, an indication indicates whether rewards are applied. In some embodiments, a plurality of items is displayed with corresponding rewards indications.

The present invention teaches a system, method and computer program for enabling local or regional merchants to participate in an automated cause marketing (ACM) program. The ACM program that may provide benefits to several parties involved in fundraising for one or more supported organizations, including one or more supported organizations, advertising providers, merchants, and individuals. Merchants are able to access enhanced analytics regarding their transactions with members and non-members of the ACM program and can use these enhanced analytics to realize an increased number of or revenue from transactions with members. The present invention also teaches a system and method for enabling advertising providers to acquire and analyze data associated with consumers-merchant transactions. The present invention provides the above advantages optimally using a mobile device. Furthermore, the present invention, may enable a member to disseminate its charitable preferences to members of its electronic social networks.

Real-Time Processing of Transactions for Instant Rewards

Systems, methods, and apparatuses are described for providing instant reward gratification. A computing device may receive a rewards notification threshold and may receive an indication of an authorization of a transaction conducted by a user. The computing device may then process transaction data corresponding to the transaction to identify a predicted quantity of rewards. The computing device may determine, using a machine learning model, a predicted difference between the authorized amount of the transaction and a predicted posted amount of the transaction. The computing device may also determine a frequency that one or more second transactions similar to the transaction settle. The computing device may then cause output, on a mobile device associated with the user, of a notification indicating the predicted quantity of rewards. The computing device may cause a database to store an association between an account of the user and the predicted quantity of rewards.

Systems and methods for payment collection from third party source

Systems and methods for P2P transaction functionality include payment collection from a third party source. A system includes at least one processor and a storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the at least one processor to perform operations including receiving transaction information from a vendor where a card was used and analyzing the transaction information. The operations also include sending one or more requests for repayment to one or more P2P service systems, receiving repayment information, regarding one or more repayments, from the one or more P2P service systems and, based on the repayment information, applying the one or more repayments to the transaction performed on the card.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REDEEMING REWARDS FOR CASH AT AN ATM

Systems and methods for redeeming rewards for cash via an automated teller machine (ATM) are disclosed. An ATM can receive account information for a user and display a graphical user interface including multiple reward indications associated with the account and an option to redeem a user-specified amount of currency corresponding to a portion of a total reward value. The ATM can detect a selection of the option and an additional input specifying the portion to withdraw as cash, transmit a reward redemption request based on the inputs, and receive a redemption authorization. In response, the ATM can dispense, via a cash dispenser, a cash amount corresponding to the specified portion.

REWARDS LEDGER FOR REGULATORY-COMPLIANT REWARDS TRACKING

A method including obtaining reward information for a reward for a user, the reward information comprising a reward category, a credit type, and a reward value. The method also can include identifying one or more regulatory frameworks applying to the user and determining a respective limit for each of the one or more regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the method can include determining a respective amount available within the respective limit for the user for each of the one or more regulatory frameworks. Furthermore, the method can include determining whether the reward value exceeds the respective amount available for any of the one or more regulatory frameworks and, when the reward value exceeds the respective amount available for any of the one or more regulatory frameworks, preventing redemption of the reward. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Merchant loyalty platform

A method and system for leveraging an existing issuer user application, associated with a payment network, to create centralized merchant loyalty platform. The centralized merchant loyalty platform consolidates computing resources from different merchant systems to a centralized processing system. The centralized processing system creates a scalable computing platform that allows for loyalty programs associated with a plurality of different merchants to be seamlessly accessed through the existing issuer user application.

System and methods for changing operation modes in a loyalty program

A method for changing operation modes includes receiving disaster information from trending data, a newsfeed, or an alert message; upon detecting at least one redirection trigger from the disaster information, configuring a loyalty system to operate in a redirection mode; receiving or accessing data associated with a transaction between a customer and a merchant; determining, from at least one of customer information and merchant information in the data associated with the transaction, a donation amount and a location associated with the transaction; when the loyalty system is configured to operate in a redirection mode, generating signals to cause accrual of at least a portion of the donation amount to a redirection account based on the location associated with the transaction; and generating signals to cause accrual of any remaining portion of the donation amount to one or more defined donation accounts based on charity catchment area parameters.
