In one aspect, a method includes receive media content; automatically identify one or more elements and associated metadata in the media content using a machine learning technique; embed one or more hashtags within the media content, each of which corresponds to one of the one or more elements identified in the media content; publish the media content with the one or more hashtags; track engagements of one or more users with the media content having the one or more hashtag to yield a set of statistics; and generate a user-specific loyalty identifier for a user associated with the media content, based on the set of statistics.
Systems, devices, and methods for dynamically generating, distributing, and managing online communications
This document describes the collection, generation, distribution, and management of online web content. The devices, systems, and methods described herein can be used to collect and generate online web content and communications. Specifically, the disclosed devices and systems may be employed to produce one or more marketing and/or advertising campaigns, as well as for monitoring, managing, defining the efficiency, effectiveness, and workability of the campaign with respect to generating user engagement, thereby accurately determining the cost benefits of the campaign. The analytic results provided may then be used to guide the generation of original web content, such as for the purposes of enhancing customer or follower experience, driving business, and for driving advertising campaigns. Alternatively, web content that is in the public domain, and determined to perform well, can be reproduced, referenced, or otherwise referred to, in the context of promoting or presenting the user's web content.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DEBIASING MEDIA CREATIVE EFFICIENCY
A quantification system is configured for debiasing media creative efficiency. In some embodiments, the quantification system leverages a weighted generalized linear model (GLM) to determine the individual impacts of media creatives beyond network effects. To prepare input data for fitting the weighted GLM, the quantification system analyzes spot airing data, creates a specific data structure for storing observations (e.g., network-media creative combinations) that can be provided to the weight GLM as input, and computes additional input data points needed by the weighted GLM (e.g., network spend, media creative efficiency per network-media creative combination, etc.). The weighted GLM is then fitted to obtain coefficients representing the individual impacts of the media creatives. The quantification system utilizes the computed impacts to adjust the previously computed media creative efficiency for each media creative. In this way, relative performance of media creatives can be objectively quantified across networks without needing digital evidence.
CROSS-CHANNEL PERSONALIZED MARKETING OPTIMIZATION
A cost-focused determination of whether to deliver an electronic advertisement or notice to a particular user can be made through a cumulative consideration of the predicted return on investment over each of a plurality of electronic channels. A plurality of channel-specific budget values are calculated for the user, one for each channel, each setting an upper spending limit for advertisement to the user over that channel based on the user's information and their activity on the channel. A global budget is calculated for the user using a weighted aggregation of the channel-specific values, information about the user and their activity with the advertiser, and consideration of “overlap” effects of advertising to the same user on several channels. When managing whether to deliver an advertisement over a channel, if the channel-specific value is lower than the global budget, the advertisement is delivered, and the global budget is decreased by a complementary amount.
Automatic modeling of online learning propensity for target identification
In an embodiment, the disclosed technologies include determining a digital identifier, computing, using aggregate digital event data obtained from at least one computing device, digital feature data relating to the digital identifier, inputting the digital feature data relating to the digital identifier into a digital model that has machine-learned correlations between digital feature data and digital propensity prediction values, receiving, from the digital model, a predicted propensity value associated with the digital identifier, determining a propensity score based on the predicted propensity value, causing a digital content item to be displayed on a user interface of a network-based software application associated with the digital identifier if the propensity score satisfies a propensity criterion.

The method includes receiving a first message from a first authoring service of the plurality of authoring services, the first message comprising at least one recipient and content for at least one electronic communication, adding the first message to a message queue associated with the at least one recipient, determining one or more characteristics associated with the at least one recipient, evaluating the first message using the one or more characteristics to determine a first message state for the first message, in response to determining that the message state indicates the first message is to be transmitted, forwarding the first message to message transmission circuitry, and transmitting the first message to the recipient.

Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for optimized management of online advertising auctions are disclosed. An auction management system sends bids for one or more bidding units (e.g., keywords or product identifiers) to an advertising vendor. A bid comprises a value per click associated with one or more search results pages or web pages for one or more search terms. At least a portion of the bids represent winning bids in one or more auctions for the one or more bidding units. The system determines success metrics associated with the bids based (at least in part) on user traffic for links associated with the winning bids. The system determines an optimal bid for a particular bidding unit based (at least in part) on the success metrics. The system sends the optimal bid for the particular bidding unit to the advertising vendor for an additional auction.
