ANALYZING RANDOMIZED GEO EXPERIMENTS USING TRIMMED MATCH
Systems, methods and computer-readable storage media utilized to prepare experimental datasets for experimental analysis systems. One method includes identifying, by one or more processing circuits, a dataset of a plurality of geographic pairs associated with a geo experiment. The method further includes calculating, by the one or more processing circuits, a difference in input data and a difference in response data between the first geographic region and the second geographic region of each geographic pair. The method further includes calculating, by the one or more processing circuits, a plurality of outcome estimates. The method further includes selecting, by the one or more processing circuits, a first subset of geographic pairs of the plurality of different subsets of geographic pairs based a first outcome estimate of the plurality of outcome estimates that is about a prespecified value on the outcome estimates and providing the selected subset of geographic pairs.
Gig vehicle parking
A gig parking system is provided with a mobile platform having a secure access mechanism permitting a trusted parking agent to gain control over the platform. The platform may include a location subsystem to determine the geographic location of the platform and a communications subsystem to transmit verification information including an identification code associated with the parking agent, an identification code associated with the vehicle, and geographic location. A parking software application may permit the selection the destination parking location from a plurality of potential destination parking locations, which may have weighted values with a corresponding reward, and which may be given to either, or both, the platform owner and the parking agent. The reward may be based upon additional factors, such as vehicle starting parking location, distance between starting and destination parking locations, travel time between starting and destination parking locations, time of day, and day of the week.

A mobile media projector system is provided with a chassis, configured for attachment to a mobile platform, having a screen deployment mechanism. A viewing screen is selectively deployable when the mobile platform is parked in a stationary geographic location. An imaging projector subsystem projects an image onto the deployed viewing screen. Typically, the chassis is configured for attachment to an automotive vehicle with a roof, and the viewing screen is deployed over an exterior surface of the automotive vehicle. The system may include a WLAN and/or WPAN access point. A targeting application may select the geographic location from a group of stationary geographic locations, each having a weighted value. A second mobile media projector system includes a chassis configured for attachment to a roof of an automobile having a side mirror. An image projected onto the side mirror is reflected onto a surface such as the automobile door.

A computer-vision system or engine that (a) generates from a pixel stream a digital representation of a person and (b) determines attributes or characteristics of the person from that digital representation and (c) based on those attributes or characteristics, outputs data to a cloud-based analytics system that enables that analytics system to identify and also to authenticate the person. The attributes or characteristics of the person include their pose, and the system or engine analyses that pose to extract a facial image from a video stream that is the best facial image for use by the cloud-based analytics system to identify and authenticate the person. The computer-vision system or engine outputs the facial image to the cloud-based analytics system, but does not output the full-frame real-time video to the cloud-based analytics system.
UNIQUE AUDIO IDENTIFIER SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEM
Methods and systems for dynamically providing content complementary to a content being rendered on mobile devices based on determining a context of the device based on identifying an encoded unique audio identifier. The transmission and playback of the complementary content is synchronized with the currently rendered content by dynamically taking into account the context of a user operating the mobile device. The context of a user may be built from considering a piece of currently rendered content, characteristics of a profile of a vendor, characteristics of the individual user and/or the user's individual profile, date, time of day and/or further additional information. The context may further take into account the current position and/or location of the user as acoustically triangulated based on sending and/or receiving unique audio identifiers as a high frequency audio signal.
System, method, and computer program product for event-based communication and messaging
Provided is a computer-implemented method for event-based communication and messaging that includes determining general event data associated with an event, determining user data associated with a user based on determining the event data associated with the event, determining pre-event data associated with the event, current event data associated with the event, or post-event data associated with the event based on the general event data associated with the event and the user data associated with the user, determining a current user location of the at least one user, generating at least one message based on the current user location, the at least one message including at least one of the following: pre-event data; current event data; post-event data; or any combination thereof; and communicating the at least one message to a user device of the user. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.
Digital signage and gaming services to comply with federal and state alcohol and beverage laws and regulations
Methods and systems providing digital signage and interactive gaming services in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations are described. A service fee is collected from a retailer, and a service fee may or may not be collected from a retailer (e.g., a bar). An advertising fee is collected from a first advertising provider. The first advertising provider is involved in alcohol distribution/wholesaling or manufacturing. A second advertising fee from a second advertising provider is collected. The second advertising provider is involved in a non-alcohol related industry. A portion of a subscription fee is collected based on a separate source of fees (e.g., text message or jukebox fee) received from a patron. The message may contain information indicating that the patron wishes to pay a service fee. Revenue sharing is implemented by distributing a portion of the service fee to the retailer and distributing a portion of the advertising fee from the second advertising provider to the retailer in compliance with federal and state laws.
Determining a user's event experience through user actions
There is provided systems and method for determining a user's event experience through user actions. A user may attend an event at a venue and take various actions with respect to the event. For example, the user may dance and cheer at the event, which may be captured by a biometric reading device on a user device that the user has in their possession. Additionally, the user may share media and generate social networking interactions while at, or after the event. The user may also make purchases at the event or after the event, such as purchasing media content corresponding to the event, Based on the actions taken by the user, an enjoyment level may be determined, which may be used to further determine a quality or how overall enjoyable was the event. Thus, users may be provided with sales of products or future events matching their interests.

Disclosed is a computer-implemented method for requesting and transmitting marketing images or video. The method includes receiving a communication from a remote terminal, identifying a user or a group of users that are associated with the received communication, identifying data associated with the identified user or the group of users, identifying goods or services using the identified data associated with the identified user or group of users, requesting marketing images or video from a marketing images or video supplying system that are relating to the identified goods or services, receiving the requested marketing images or video from the marketing images or video supplying system, and transmitting the received marketing images or video to the remote terminal.
