ON-LINE ADVERTISING SYSTEM WITH ON-NETWORK AD DELIVERY
A computerized advertising delivery system and method employs a product database that stores information that associates each of a plurality of hostnames with one or more products. An ad server retrieves ad meta-data associated with an ad stored in the ad database, where the ad meta-data specifies one or more products associated with the ad. The ad meta-data is compared to product data stored in the product database to identify one or more hostnames specifying information regarding products associated with the ad. The ad is delivered for presentation in connection with content associated with a uniform resource locator, accessible by a first hostname, stored in the ad database. The ad is further encoded with a second uniform resource locator associated with the first hostname, to cause content associated with the second uniform resource locator to be provided to the first user upon interaction with the ad.
ON-LINE ADVERTISING SYSTEM WITH UNIVERSAL PRODUCT CODE BASED AD DELIVERY
A computerized advertising system and method includes in a system embodiment, an ad database that stores a plurality of ads where each ad provides advertising content. The ad database has a Uniform Product Code (UPC) field that associates one or more of the ads in the ad database with one or more Uniform Product Codes (UPCs). The ad server accepts inputs by one or more users to associate one or more UPCs with one or more ads in the ad database. The ad server receives a first query for advertising content and processes the first query to identify a first UPC code specified in the first query. The ad server retrieves a first ad from the ad database as a function of the first UPC code and responds to the query by providing the first ad for consumption in conjunction with a web page.
Systems and methods for determining price bands and user price affinity predictions using machine learning architectures and techniques
Systems and methods including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory storage devices storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform acts of: determining price bands for an item type category; associating items included in the item type category with the price bands; analyzing, using an affinity prediction model of the machine learning architecture, price band activity data indicating interactions of a user with respective items included in each of the price bands for the item type category; and generating one or more price affinity predictions for the user based, at least in part, on the price band activity data, wherein the one or more price affinity predictions predict a preference of the user for respective items associated with one or more of the price bands. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.
CONTEXTUAL PREDICTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Disclosed herein are a content provisioning platform (150) and a system (100) that utilizes such a content provisioning platform (150). The content provisioning platform (150) includes: a selection engine (153) for selecting, in response to a request from a webpage (300) associated with an electronic transaction, inventory based on at least one of: a contextual attribute associated with the electronic transaction, a customer attribute associated with a user performing the electronic transaction, and a set of predefined rules. The inventory is selected from available inventory derived from at least one inventory provider during the electronic transaction. The webpage (300) is encoded in accordance with a content provisioning application programming interface (API) (140) associated with the content provisioning platform (150), the webpage including a contextual content display region (350) for displaying the selected inventory. The content provisioning API (140) is adapted to deliver the selected content to the contextual content display region (350).
CARD REWARDS TRIGGER AUTOMATIC ONLINE ORDER
A method for automatic redemption of available reward points is disclosed. The method may include linking a stored data profile of a customer of a merchant with at least one reward account of the customer, and receiving an update corresponding to a changed value of reward points available for redemption. The method may include updating the stored data profile of the customer with the changed value of reward points for redemption, and automatically accessing a list associated with the profile of the customer in response to the updating the stored data profile of the customer. The list may include at least one item to be purchased. The method may include identifying and purchasing at least one item from a subset of items from the list whose redemption values are equal to or less than the changed value of reward points based on a customer preference setting.
PRODUCT CARD ECOMMERCE PURCHASE WITHIN SHORT-FORM VIDEOS
Techniques for video manipulation using a product card within a short-form video environment are disclosed. Display is accomplished using a video stream interface that can be executed on an electronic device associated with a user. The video stream, such as a short-form video or livestream video, can include one or more products. The display shows product cards associated with the products within the video. The product cards originate from a repository, a third-party website, or some other source. The product information includes text, video, and/or audio content. The user is provided an option to purchase one or more of the products presented within the video by selecting the product card. The viewer selects product cards displayed in front of the video to learn more about the products and/or purchase the products.
Application purchasing
The present technology provides a purchasing interface within an application that allows users to purchase a product from another source without leaving the application. The application offers a product for purchase, and a user, desiring to purchase the product can provide an input effective to cause a purchasing interface to be displayed. While the purchasing interface, or information presented therein, comes from the product source, which is different than the application source, it is presented in such a fashion that gives the impression to the user that they are purchasing the product directly from the application.
Offers system
A computer system processes a message from a user mobile device by receiving the message from the user mobile device, wherein the message comprises a purchase request, and then determining a matching purchase offer in a database containing a plurality of purchase offers, wherein the matching purchase offer corresponds to an offer identified in the purchase request. The system then transmits a purchase request to a purchase agent at a third party provider that is associated with the matching purchase offer, and processing a purchase transaction received from the purchase agent at the third party provider.
Method and system for providing alert messages related to suspicious transactions
Systems and methods are provided for providing alerts to a user. The systems and methods may include a financial service provider including a memory device storing instructions. The financial service provider may also include at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform a plurality of operations. The operations may include receiving data relating to an activity of a user. The operations may also include identifying a merchant based at least on the received data. The operations may also include accessing historical fraud or disputes data associated with at least one of the user and the merchant. The operations may also include determining whether the received data triggers an alert. The operations may further include sending an alert message to a user device associated with the user when the processor determines that the received data triggers the alert.
