There is provided a method of creating a virtual bazaar comprising: receiving at a bazaar generation engine information packages each corresponding to one of a plurality of physical shops dispersed within a given geographical area; communicating the information packages from the engine to a shop information database and storing the information packages therein; receiving at the engine a selection of a location, and in response at the engine: retrieving from the database the information packages corresponding to a selection of the physical shops located within a target area related to the location selection, the target area within the given geographical area; generating for each physical shop in the selection a respective virtual representation based on the corresponding information package; and arranging the virtual representations to generate the bazaar so that the virtual representations of the physical shops providing each given offering are grouped in a respective portion of the bazaar.
DEVICE PAIRING FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS
In one aspect, a system includes a wireless communication device; and an interactive electronic device. The wireless communication device includes a wireless communication circuitry; a memory; and a first processor configured to access identifiers associated with the wireless communication device and transmit a message including the identifiers via the wireless communication circuitry. The interactive electronic device includes a second processor configured to receive the message with the identifiers; provide the identifiers from the message to a pairing server; and receive pairing information from the pairing server, the pairing information including at least two server-provided identifiers for pairing the wireless communication device and the interactive electronic device, and wherein the interactive electronic device and the wireless communication device establish an encrypted connection based on the at least two server-provided identifiers received from the pairing server being the same as corresponding two of the identifiers.
System and Method for Identifying Digital Content Associated With Digital Components
The technology is generally directed to identifying and providing relevant digital content associated with digital components. The digital content may be identified based on a comparison of identifiers associated with the digital component to identifiers associated with the digital content. The digital component may include a content identifier, which may be used to determine one or more merchant identifiers. The merchant identifiers may be associated with brands, product types, or the like within the digital component. The merchant identifiers may be compared to content index identifiers. The content index identifiers may be used to identify the brands, product types, merchants, etc., of the digital content in the content index. When the merchant identifier matches a content index identifier, the digital content associated with the matching content index identifier may be identified as relevant digital content. The relevant digital content may be provided for output relative to the digital component.

The extracted data is used to identify one or more product records in the product catalog that are potential matches to the webpage. When multiple product records are identified, a remote server is used to access and interact with the webpage separate from the user device. Additional data is extracted from the webpage based on interactions by the remote server with the webpage. The additional data is used to determine a single product record for the webpage. The webpage is modified based on the single product record.
