Methods and apparatus to generate corrected online audience measurement data
Methods and apparatus to generate corrected online audience measurement data are disclosed. An example apparatus includes programmable circuitry to at least receive, from a server of a database proprietor, a first audience count, a second audience count, and a third audience count, the first audience count indicative of a first number of impressions corresponding to first network communications, the second network communications from second computing devices, and the third audience count indicative of a third number of impressions corresponding to ones of the first network communications and ones of the second network communications attributed to the first media category and the second media category accessed by the first demographic group, the first audience count including a server-generated duplicated audience count generated by the server of the database proprietor, and calculate a deduplication factor for the first demographic group using the first, second, and third audience counts.
Systems and methods for selecting content based on linked devices
A system includes a data processing system comprising one or more processors. The processor(s) are configured to identify one or more linking factors to determine that a first computing device is linked to a second computing device, with a certain probability, where the second computing device is proximate to the first computing device. The processor(s) are further configured to link the first computing device with the second computing device based on the determining, receive a request for content from the first computing device, provide the content to the second computing device, and generate a data structure to indicate a link between the first computing device and the second computing device.
Real-time guaranteed campaign delivery optimization using broadcast schedules and historic viewing data
In one aspect, an example method includes (i) determining an estimated number of replacement advertisement segment viewings remaining before an end date of a first advertising campaign; (ii) determining a number of impressions remaining for the first advertising campaign in order to reach a guaranteed total; (iii) determining, using the estimated number of replacement advertisement segment viewings and the number of impressions remaining, a first value of serving a first replacement advertising segment corresponding to the first advertising campaign to a content-presentation device; (iv) determining a second value of serving a second replacement advertisement segment corresponding to a second advertising campaign to the content presentation device; (v) selecting the first replacement advertisement segment rather than the second replacement advertisement segment based on the first value being greater than the second value; and (vi) causing the first replacement advertisement segment to be transmitted to the content-presentation device.
Enhanced streaming video advertisement integration
Devices, systems, and methods are provided for enhanced streaming video advertisement integration. A method may include receiving, by a first device, from a second device, a request for advertisement opportunities for a streaming video title; identifying, by the first device, a first advertisement bid for a first advertisement; identifying, by the first device, a second advertisement bid for a second advertisement; sending, by the first device, in response to the request for advertisement opportunities, the first advertisement bid and the second advertisement bid to the second device; sending, by the second device, a request for advertisements to an advertisement server, including the first advertisement bid and the second advertisement bid; receiving, by the second device, a first group of advertisements for a first advertisement opportunity and a second group of advertisements for a second advertisement opportunity of the advertisement opportunities.
System and method to measure effectiveness and consumption of editorial content
A system for analyzing user consumption of content on web pages or determining user engagement with content comprising a data collection script and an content-engagement-inference engine. The data collection script determines one or more content elements to be measured from a web page and collects description data associated with the one or more content elements. The description data describes information about the one or more content elements. The content-engagement-inference engine creates an inference or analytics result based on the description data. The inference or analytics result describes how the one or more content elements have been consumed by users and then provides the inference or analytics result for users to designated entities.
Value-based online content search engine
A method of searching and recommending online consumable items based on quantified benefit value, comprising receiving one or more benefit parameters defined by one or more users with respect to one or more domains of interest, searching for a plurality of consumable items relating to the interest domain(s) which are published in one or more online resources, analyzing a benefit label associated with each consumable items which is indicative of one or more quantified benefit values of the respective consumable item expressed in one or more metricstime value, monetary value, and/or life improvement value, selecting one or more of the consumable items based on a correspondence between their quantified benefit values and the benefit parameter(s), and instructing one or more client devices used by the one or more users to present the selected consumable item(s) for consumption by the one or more users.
METHOD AND COMPUTING DEVICE FOR PERFORMING DYNAMIC DIGITAL SIGNAGE CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION
Method and computing device for performing dynamic digital signage campaign optimization. Screen data associated to screens controlled by the computing device and requirements of active campaigns are stored at the computing device. The screen data comprise characteristics of the screens and screen activity data defining the activity the screens for the active campaigns. The computing device receives requirements of a candidate campaign and generates a mathematical model based on the requirements of the candidate campaign, the requirements of the active campaigns, and at least some of the screen data. The mathematical model is transmitted to a mathematical solver and a mathematical solution generated by the mathematical solver is received. The computing devices generates configuration data for the candidate campaign based on the mathematical solution. The configuration data define a configuration for displaying a content of the candidate campaign on selected screens among the screens controlled by the computing device.
Systems and methods for web spike attribution
Systems and methods are disclosed that measure web activity bursts after ad broadcasts that may be sent to multiple persons. One system uses a cookie-less/cookie-optional, anonymous/personal-identification-not-required, method for web-based conversion tracking that will work on broadcast media systems such as television, and could also be applied to measuring spikes from email, radio, and other forms of advertising where an episodic ad event is broadcast to multiple parties, and where responses occur in a batch after the broadcast.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MAINTAINING INTEGRITY OF A USER’S LIFE STATE INFORMATION
A method for enabling a user to view information filtered to align with the user's life state includes enabling the user to register and become a member of an information delivery system. The user provides the information about the user's life state. This information may include at least demographic information, ethnic information, social information and psychological information. The user may grant partners permission to access the information about the user's life. The granting of the permissions is performed and controlled by the user and may be limited to some information about the user's life. The partners are also members of the information delivery system. The partners are evaluated using a set of criteria before they become members of the information delivery system. The partners may use the information about the user's life to filter its information according to the information about the user's life. The method also enables the partner to participate in a marketplace to procure the information about the user's life, to rate the user according to the user's behavior, and to enable search engines to filter search results according to the information about the user's life.
Look ahead strategy for trie-based beam search in generative retrieval
Systems and methods are provided for generating a keyword sequence from an input query. A first text sequence corresponding to an input query may be received and encoded into a source sequence representation using an encoder of a machine learning model. A keyword sentence may then be generated from the source sequence representation using a decoder of the machine learning model. The decoder may generate a modified generation score for a plurality of prediction tokens, wherein the modified generation score is based on the respective prediction token generation score and a maximum generation score for a suffix of each prediction token. The decoder may then select the prediction token of the plurality of prediction tokens based on the modified generation score, and add the selected prediction token to the previously decoded partial hypothesis provided by the decoder.
