In one implementation a method of transmitting a multimedia file over a data network is provided that involves receiving from a device in a data network a first message in a first protocol that request first data associated with the multimedia file, the first data being useable by the device to establish a streaming session that involves a transmission of the multimedia file. The first message includes identifying data of a referring site. The method also involves transmitting to the device the first data and optionally the identifying data of the referring site and then receiving from the device a second message in a second protocol for the purpose of creating a streaming session associated with the multimedia file. A streaming session is then created for transmitting the multimedia file to the device. In another implementation a method is provided that involves receiving in a computing device from a referring site an identifier of first data associated with a multimedia file and identifying data of the referring site, wherein the first data is useable for establishing a streaming session for downloading the multimedia file. The method further involves transmitting from the computing device a first message in a first protocol that requests the first data associated with the multimedia file and receiving in the computing device the first data. Upon receiving the first data the computing device transmits a second message in a second protocol for the purpose of creating the streaming session associated with the multimedia file, the second message including the first data and the identifying data of the referring site. The computing device then receives via the streaming session, all or a portion of the multimedia file. In some implementations, the first protocol and the second protocol are the same.

The present invention provides a novel system that outputs an advertisement. A system includes: a first server apparatus; and a user terminal capable of establishing communication connection with the first server apparatus, the system includes an advertisement outputter configured to output an advertisement on a part of a window of one active application displayed on the user terminal or on a part of a home screen displayed on the user terminal.

A customer uses a mobile device to verbally request an offer that includes an incentive to transact at a merchant's brick and mortar store in the customer's local community in exchange for the merchant's agreement to make an auditable donation to a charity serving the local community. There is provided a computer implemented method for the automated analysis or use of data, comprising the steps of: (a) storing in a non-transitory storage medium a structured, machine-readable representation of data that conforms to a machine-readable processable language, in which the structured, machine-readable representation of data includes reasoning passages, wherein the reasoning passages are represented in the processable language to represent semantics of reasoning steps; (b) automatically processing the structured, machine-readable representation of data, including processing at least some of the reasoning passages represented in the processable language to represent semantics of reasoning steps, to reason and to generate an explanation of the reasoning, and (c) storing a result of the reasoning and the explanation of the reasoning.

An information processing apparatus includes an unacquired information determination unit, a target agent identification unit, an inquiry unit, and a providing unit. The unacquired information determination unit determines whether unacquired information is present among pieces of information that are used to provide a service to a user. The target agent identification unit identifies, when the unacquired information determination unit determines that the unacquired information is present, an agent that is estimated to have the unacquired information as a target agent. The inquiry unit makes an inquiry to the target agent that is identified by the target agent identification unit about the unacquired information. The providing unit provides the service to the user by using information that is obtained in response to the inquiry that is made by the inquiry unit.

A system and method for generating a digital media plan. The method includes extracting advertisement features from an advertisement image; generating at least one prompt for a campaign dimension based on one or more of the extracted advertisement features; feeding the at least one prompt for each respective campaign dimension based on one or more extracted advertisement features to a target large language model; receiving responses to the prompts of the target large language models; and aggregating the answers to generate a digital media plan.
