CAMERA ARRAY INCLUDING CAMERA MODULES
The disclosure includes a camera array comprising camera modules, the camera modules comprising a master camera that includes a processor, a memory, a sensor, a lens, a status indicator, and a switch, the switch configured to instruct each of the camera modules to initiate a start operation to start recording video data using the lens and the sensor in the other camera modules and the switch configured to instruct each of the camera modules to initiate a stop operation to stop recording, the status indicator configured to indicate a status of at least one of the camera modules. The camera modules of the camera array are configured to provide a 3 field of view overlap.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF TOPIC MODELING FOR LARGE SCALE WEB PAGE CLASSIFICATION
A method of classifying webpages using a data processing system includes generating a plurality of topic models from a first plurality of training documents. The method further includes performing inference using the plurality of topic models on a second plurality of training documents, to generate a first set of feature vectors and a second set of feature vectors. The method further includes performing supervised classification of a third plurality of training documents using the first set of feature vectors, to generate a plurality of candidate topic models. The method further includes evaluating the plurality of candidate topic models using the second set of feature vectors and storing, in a production model datastore, at least some of the plurality of candidate topic models as production topic models, responsive to the evaluation, wherein the first plurality of training documents comprise text obtained from an inventory of web pages.
Methods, systems, and media for identifying automatically refreshed advertisements
Methods, systems, and media for identifying automatically refreshed advertisements are provided. In some embodiments, a method for modifying advertisement spending is provided, the method comprising: receiving advertisement delivery information associated with a plurality of advertisements displayed on a web page; generating a distribution of an amount of time that the plurality of advertisements were displayed on the web page using the advertisement delivery information; identifying a deviation in the generated distribution; determining whether the deviation correlates to an automatic refresh command performed by one or more browser applications; and providing an indication corresponding to the plurality of advertisements that were displayed on the web page in response to the automatic refresh command based on the determination.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SCORING QUALITY OF TRAFFIC TO NETWORK SITES
A software and/or hardware facility for scoring the quality of traffic to a site accessible via the Internet or other network. The facility extracts data from one or more data logs that are obtained from a publisher, advertiser, or third party. A multi-factor analysis in the form of a rule set is applied by the facility to the data. The analysis of the data identifies agent actions that are desirable to a publisher, advertiser, or third party. The facility generates a relative score for each agent action. The score may be used to assess the quality of traffic received by a network site. Lower scores are indicative of traffic having little value, whereas higher scores are indicative of traffic having greater value. The score may be provided to an advertising network and used to charge a variable amount for advertisements based on the quality of traffic that the advertisements receive.
Systems and methods for pushing content
Methods and systems for presenting contextually relevant push content when a user is passively engaged with an application are described herein. The system detects that the user is engaged with an application on a device and monitors the user's level of engagement with the application. If the system determines that the user is passively engaged, the system prepares to insert push content into the current output. The system identifies a region on the current output into which to insert push content, for example a region unoccupied by content or a particular object. The system identifies a context of the current output and selects a push content item based on the context of the current output. Then, the system inserts the push content item into the empty region on the current output.
Methods and Apparatus For Serving Relevant Advertisements
The relevance of advertisements to a user's interests is improved. In one implementation, the content of a web page is analyzed to determine a list of one or more topics associated with that web page. An advertisement is considered to be relevant to that web page if it is associated with keywords belonging to the list of one or more topics. One or more of these relevant advertisements may be provided for rendering in conjunction with the web page or related web pages.
ONLINE POINT-OF-COMPLAINT SYSTEM WITH REPORTING AND RESOLUTION METHODS IN REAL TIME
An online point-of-complaint system with reporting and resolution methods in real time is disclosed. The system comprises an online software platform allowing a user to file a complaint through a mobile device or computer that notifies another participating user of said complaint using evidence. The software includes a means to allow said users to interact and facilitate a resolution and provides a rating score for each user that can be made public online as an experience score for the individual providing feedback and a resolution score for the other party. The software also provides an advertisement module to send targeted advertisements to the first party. The advertisement module sends the targeted advertisements either at the point of registering a complaint or thereafter to the first party. The advertisements may be sent at the time of registration of complaints or thereafter. An object of the invention is to provide a means of enhancing conflict resolution.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FACILITATING REPORTING OF OBJECTIONABLE ADVERTISING
Header bidding systems and methods increase a number of advertisers that can place bids for an advertising impression while maintaining low latency in loading of the webpage, while still permitting control for reporting and review of inappropriate advertising content. Even though advertising content may be received from a plurality of disparate advertising sources, information identifying the source of each advertisement is maintained such that when an advertisement is reported as inappropriate, information regarding the advertisement and the source of the advertisement is gathered and delivered to a review system, such that when advertisements are in fact deemed inappropriate, the correct advertiser can be notified and future display of the inappropriate advertisement blocked.
The camera modules of the camera array are configured to provide a 3X field of view overlap.
