A user may provide the values for the attributes or the system may suggest values for the attributes based on information associated with each URI. Once the attributes and values are assigned, the annotated URI along with the attributes and values is stored. Another method provides for sharing of the annotated information. A user may communicate annotated information to an external storage system for sharing with other users having access to the external storage system. Another method provides for automatic updates of the annotation entries by periodically fetching the digital information associated with each URI and updating the values associated with each attribute. In addition, a system, method or process may provide a more reliable, inclusive, or otherwise effective way of collecting or identifying quality reviews for products, services, and sellers. Furthermore, a system, method or process may enable or otherwise enhance generation of actionable information for online shopping or comparative shopping. Furthermore, according to one embodiment, an interface or protocol that a computer uses to communicate with other computers is associated with a subject matter context. User-level contents or digital resources received across that interface or protocol are then associated with that subject matter context, and the computer may respond accordingly. The monetization of downloadable files associated with a custodial host site based on resolving custodianship to a referrer publisher with subsequent presentation of monetized content within a modal overlay is disclosed. A request from a client device has a resource identifier and a referrer publisher identifier. The request for the downloadable file is evaluated against one or more publisher and custodianship policy rules, which relate to a file extension of the downloadable file, a format of the resource identifier, a custodial domain on which the downloadable file is stored, and a referral domain as specified in the referrer publisher identifier. When custodianship is resolved, a modal overlay on which monetized content is incorporated is presented on the client device. The modal overlay is concurrently displayed with the transfer of the downloadable file to the client device.

Systems and methods are described for dynamically generating contextual interactives. In various aspects, the content of web page can be analyzed to determine one or more semantic rules associated with the web page. The semantic rules can include the keywords or the entities of the webpage, which can be used to define a context type for the web page. The context type for the web page can include, for example, a financial context type, an entertainment context type, a sports context type, a technical products context type, or any other context type associated with a web page or news article that appears within a web page. A contextual interactive may then be generated based on the context type for the web page. The contextual interactive may then be embedded within the web page such that the contextual interactive is operable to allow a user to interact with the contextual interactive.

A method for providing content via a computer network and computing device, which may include: storing data associated with and indicative of a plurality of presentations; receiving a request to host an audio presentation; receiving and storing data associated with the requested audio presentation; initiating and recording one or more telephone calls; and, presenting at least a portion of the stored data for selection by the computing device; wherein, selection causes the stored data indicative of the selected audio/visual or audio presentation to be provided to the computing device for playback thereby via the computer network.
