A method for providing content via a computer network and computing device, which may include: storing data associated with and indicative of a plurality of presentations; receiving a request to host an audio presentation; receiving and storing data associated with the requested audio presentation; initiating and recording one or more telephone calls; and, presenting at least a portion of the stored data for selection by the computing device; wherein, selection causes the stored data indicative of the selected audio/visual or audio presentation to be provided to the computing device for playback thereby via the computer network. The method may include storing data associated with and indicative of a first plurality of presentations; storing data associated with a plurality of second presentation feeds: automatically and periodically accessing each of the feeds; and aggregating each of the presentations for delivery via the computer network.

Systems and techniques are disclosed for transmitting a message via one or more platforms, the messages being associated with media content and/or related media content. A related media content may be identified based on the media content and a platform may be selected based on a platform selection criteria. The message may correspond to the related media content and may be transmitted to the platform.

The disclosure includes a system and method for generating virtual reality content. For example, the disclosure includes a method for generating virtual reality content that includes a stream of three-dimensional video data and a stream of three-dimensional audio data with a processor-based computing device programmed to perform the generating, providing the virtual reality content to a user, detecting a location of the user's gaze at the virtual reality content, and suggesting an advertisement based on the location of the user's gaze. A social networking system generates and displays page promotion units to viewing users of the social networking system. The page promotion unit provides content to the viewing user to promote advertisement of a page that the viewing user administers or advertises for. The page promotion unit may be dynamically generated based on content of the page that the viewing user administers. The page promotion unit is added to a feed of stories for the user, and may compete against other recommended actions for the user or advertisements in an auction for placement in the feed. The page promotion unit also provides an interface for the viewing user to promote the page and direct the viewing user to an interface for initiating an advertising campaign for the page, which may be prepopulated with content from the page promotion unit.

An advertisement system and an advertisement method using web content are provided.
