Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program capable of determining advertisements according to the intention of a person registering an article as advertisements to be displayed on a page supplied from a web site. The information processing device specifies a commodity classification of a commodity and an attribute value of an attribute of a commodity belonging to the commodity classification, based on an article described on a web page, and decides an evaluation made by a page supervisor for the attribute value based on the article. Then, the information processing device selects commodities that belong to the specified commodity classification and satisfy a selection condition according to the decided evaluation, as display target candidates. From among the selected commodities, a commodity of which an advertisement is to be displayed in an advertisement display area of the web page is determined.

Techniques and systems are described for content interest from interaction information. Keywords are extracted from digital content, and relevance values are determined based on the keywords that captures both the statistical and semantic significance of topics in the digital content through use of a network representation. Interest values for an entity are determined based on the relevance values and an interaction dataset, which capture both the statistical and semantic significance of the topics with respect to the entity. The information server includes a volume control unit configured to derive an off-line site visit projection in response to the first document being selected based at least in part on an off-line site-visit-based performance measure and having been impressed on the first mobile device, and to adjust a budget associated with the first document using the off-line site visit projection.

Disclosed herein are a method and system that utilize a programmed content predictor to dynamically select electronic publishing content. In particular, the content predictor applies a selection model to select content for one or more selected webpages presented during an electronic transaction. The selection model utilizes a set of one or more machine learning models to select content based on calculated quality scores. The nature of the quality scores determined by the quality score model depend on the particular application. The predictor generates and populates a permutation quality table based on a set of selected content items and page variant, wherein the page variant defines locations of content positions within a webpage. The predictor then consumes the selection model to select a best permutation of content item-content position combinations to be returned for display on a webpage.
