VISUAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
This technology relates to a display mounted messaging system. The display mounted messaging system may include a light emitting diode (LED) display attached to a housing of a sensor. The housing of the sensor may rotate. The display mounted messaging system may also include an LED controller which is configured to selectively activate and deactivate at least one LED in the LED display, to provide a message in the direction of an intended recipient.
Digital license plate system
A digital license plate supporting both access and analysis of vehicle relevant information is disclosed. The digital license plate includes sensors that provide status data to a processor in the digital license plate. A power path control module can initiate power state changes and adjust power depending on system state as determined by at least one the multiple sensors. In some embodiments a temperature control module is connected to a temperature sensor and configured to modify heat relevant display parameters as critical temperatures are approached.
LOCALIZED TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTION
A system and method for collecting, processing, storing, or transmitting traffic data. A localized data collection module may retrieve, receive, or intercept traffic data through or from hardware installed in a traffic control cabinet adjacent an intersection or other roadway feature of interest. Data which may have previously been confined to a closed loop traffic control system may be remotely accessible for traffic operations control or monitoring via a network connected server and/or cloud architecture.
Inspection system
A front-end image acquisition component acquires photographs and/or videos of various goods, vehicles, vessels, and/or real estate fixtures. In one aspect, an image acquisition system comprises a hub with outwardly extending arms and supports for coupling to an upper support structure. Cameras are affixed to the hub and the arms for acquiring image data of a subject substantially simultaneously.
Ride share signage and methods of using the same
The present disclosure relates to a ride share signage device and method of using the ride share signage device. In certain embodiments, ride share signage device includes: a border display element for displaying initials of ride share companies, an LED dot-matrix display element for displaying one or more advertisements and rider welcome messages in different languages. Signage controller includes a display driver to manage displays, an input module and a processing element. The input module receives information about one or more riders through a ride request and the advertisements. The processing element includes a processor and a non-volatile memory storing computer executable instructions. When executed by the processor, the computer executable instructions cause the processor to receive ride request and advertisement messages, display rider welcome message in certain distance from rider's pick-up location, and display the advertisements before displaying rider welcome message and after the riders have been dropped off.
Electronic Display Systems Connected to Vehicles and Vehicle-Based Systems
Electronic digital display systems, including roadside display devices, vehicle-based devices, personal mobile devices, intermediary servers, advertising servers, and/or additional external data sources may operate individually or in combination to identify one or more vehicle locations, driving routes, driver and passenger characteristics, and the like. Vehicle and individual characteristics may be determined based on data received from traffic cameras, vehicle-based devices, personal mobile devices, and/or other data sources. Based on the vehicle characteristics, individual characteristics, driving data and driving patterns, and the like, digital content may be determined for electronic roadside displays to be viewable by the approaching vehicles, and/or other digital display devices to be viewable by associated individuals via other display devices and at other times. Various techniques may be used to determine customized digital content, such as targeted advertisements and/or driving or vehicle safety messages, including retrieval and aggregation of certain characteristics, prioritization of characteristics, and real-time auctions for advertisements. Additionally, certain systems may be interactive to allow user responses and follow-up content via on-board vehicle devices or other user devices.
MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS FOR SHARED BICYCLES
A multimedia system may include a main control unit of a bicycle lock, a display unit, and a cloud server. The display unit may include a plurality of display screens. The main control unit may report an electric quantity of the shared bicycle to the cloud server when the bicycle lock is unlocked. The cloud server may send multimedia information to the main control unit when the shared bicycle is at a high level of electric quantity. The main control unit may refrain from turning on the display unit when the shared bicycle is at a low level of electric quantity. The multimedia system may turn on or off a display screen according to the electric quantity of the shared bicycle, and the display screen may display the multimedia information for advertising. The multimedia system may further include a navigation module to provide navigation for users and facilitate user travel.
MULTIMEDIA SYSTEM OF A SHARED BICYCLE
The present disclosure relates to a multimedia system of a shared bicycle. The multimedia system includes a lock main control unit, a cloud server, and a display unit. The display unit includes a navigation module, a multimedia module, and a mode switching module. The multimedia module includes a data switching sub-module. The mode switching module is configured to switch to a navigation mode or a multimedia mode. The data switching sub-module is configured to switch multimedia information. The display unit broadcasts the multimedia information to achieve advertising purposes. The navigation module provides navigation for a user, which is convenient for the user to travel and can avoid a dangerous behavior of the user. In addition, the data switching sub-module controls the multimedia system to broadcast different multimedia information in different time periods, different environments and different regions, thereby further improving the user experience.
TRIP PURPOSE ESTIMATION APPARATUS
A trip purpose estimation apparatus includes a trip information acquisition unit acquiring trip information per trip of a vehicle, the trip information including a departure point, an arrival point, a departure time, and an arrival time of the vehicle, a trip information storage unit storing a history of the trip information acquired by the trip information acquisition unit, a differential calculation unit calculating a time of stay of the vehicle at the arrival point of a target trip based on the history of the trip information stored in the trip information storage unit, the target trip corresponding to the trip in which a trip purpose of a passenger of the vehicle is estimated, and a trip purpose estimation unit estimating the trip purpose of the passenger of the vehicle to the arrival point of the target trip based on the calculated time of stay.
Autonomous vehicle interaction system
Windows including sunroofs of a car may be enabled to display cinematic video, still pictures, opaque content, or picturesque content such as the countryside to simulate various environments while driving. On the outside of the autonomous vehicle advertising content may be shown on digital displays to pedestrians, bystanders, and other vehicle, autonomous vehicle or semi-autonomous vehicle passengers.
