Advertisement distribution system
12106331 · 2024-10-01 · ·

An advertisement distribution system for distributing an advertisement to at least one terminal apparatus installed in the store, includes: a management server configured to manage a plurality of advertisements; and a store server configured to select, based on a distribution condition set for each of the plurality of advertisements, an advertisement to be distributed and a terminal apparatus to be a distribution destination of the advertisement, and distribute the advertisement to the terminal apparatus. The terminal apparatus displays the advertisement distributed from the store server, and outputs information on a display record, which is a record of actual display on the terminal apparatus, of the advertisement. The management server manages, based on the information outputted from the terminal apparatus, the display record of each of advertisements that have been actually displayed in the store.

Image capture and identification system and process

A digital image segment of a human body part is captured and matched against a reference image segment. If the match score meets a threshold, the digital image segment is stored and the human body part is recognized as a target object. An information address corresponding to the object is then used to access information and initiate communication pertinent to the object. If the match score does not meet a threshold, a second image containing a representation of the human body part is obtained.

Systems and methods regarding point-of-recognition optimization of onsite user purchases at a physical location

Systems and methods are described for a point-of-recognition optimizer system configured to optimize onsite user purchases at a physical location. In various aspects, a purchasable-unit identifier (ID) may be received via a computer transmission, where the purchasable-unit ID, as identified by an optimizer device, is associated with a recognized purchasable-unit located onsite with the optimizer device. Based on the purchasable-unit ID, a plurality of competing purchasable-units may be identified, which may be either onsite or offsite purchasable-units. An offer is transmitted via a second computer transmission for an offered purchasable-unit to the optimizer device where the offer originates from an outbidding purchasable-unit distributor, and where the outbidding purchasable-unit distributor outbid other competing purchasable-unit distributors, each distributor corresponding to the plurality of competing purchasable-units, for an opportunity for the optimizer device to receive the offer.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING TARGETED ADVERTISEMENTS TO A CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
20180232772 · 2018-08-16 · ·

Systems and methods are described which provide targeted advertisements to a charging station for electric vehicles. A data collector records data associated with individuals near a charging station. A meter determines whether the charging station is being used to charge an electric vehicle. When the charging station is being used, a display displays advertisements targeted to the individuals. The targeted advertisements are selected from a database according to the data recorded by the data collector, and the database stores advertising content with discrete advertising segments that are electronically accessible. A processor is coupled to the data collector, the meter, and the display. The processor transmits the data recorded by the data collector, and receives the targeted advertisements.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING SHOPPERS GAZE, IMPLICIT INTEREST, IDENTITY AND SOCIAL NETWORK BASED INFORMATION DISBURSEMENT SYSTEM & COMBO DEALS

A computerized sales tool used to stimulate sales of products and related products in a retail outlet. The tool comprises an in-store computer server, a database that stores shoppers' shopping profiles, a computer based, intelligent information retrieval system, and gaze sensors and shopper identification sensors mounted on a product rack in a store. A shopper using a mobile computing device is identified by the shopper identification sensor and the gaze sensor senses the shopper's interest in a product. Using this data, coupled with the shopper's profile and social media contact data, the computer server generates a first offer relating to the product being observed and a second offer combining the product being observed with another related product. These offers are presented to the shopper at the time of check-out or while in the store.

CLOTHING STORE FITTING ROOM RETARGETING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system and method utilizing store fitting room information to develop targeted advertising and offers directed to customers whose information has been collected at least in part in the fitting room.

Vending Devices Having Ad-Watching As Consideration

Systems and methods for vending devices having ad-watching as consideration are described. In some implementations, a vending apparatus includes a dispensing portion operable to dispense a product (e.g. electricity) to a user; a communication portion operable to provide a communicable content (e.g. an advertisement) to the user; and a control system operatively coupled to the dispensing portion and the communication portion. The control system receives a signal indicative of a consent by the user to receive or review the communicable content at least partially in exchange for the product, and after receipt of the signal, causes the communication portion to provide the communicable content to the user and causes the dispensing portion to dispense the product to the user. In further implementations, the apparatus may include a monitoring system operable to determine whether the user is receiving or reviewing the communicable content.

Passive Patron Identification Systems And Methods

A method includes: receiving N sets of identification data for the patron captured by N passive data capture devices, respectively; and for each unique patron identifier: calculating N partial confidence values for that unique patron identifier based on N comparisons of the N sets of identification data with N sets of stored identification data, respectively, associated with that unique patron identifier; and based on the N partial confidence values of that unique patron identifier and N weighting values, respectively, calculating an overall confidence value for that unique patron identifier. One unique patron identifier having a highest overall confidence value is selected. When the selected overall confidence value is less than a predetermined value: a new unique patron identifier is created in a database; and the N sets of identification data captured using the N passive data capture devices, respectively, is stored in association with the new unique patron identifier.

ADAPTIVE SENSORY REINFORCEMENT GENERATION IN DISPENSING ENVIRONMENTS
20240354808 · 2024-10-24 ·

A method for adaptively determining and generating a sensory reinforcement in a dispensing environment is provided. The method can include receiving first data characterizing a state of a dispensing environment and second data characterizing a graphical communication to be provided on a display screen within the dispensing environment. The method can also include determining a sensory reinforcement to be provided in the dispensing environment based on the first data and/or the second data. The method can further include generating the sensory reinforcement and providing the sensory reinforcement and/or the graphical communication within the dispensing environment. Related systems, devices, and computer-readable mediums are also provided.
