12154565 · 2024-11-26 ·

The present invention relates to an AI-based voice ordering system and a method therefor and provides a voice ordering method and system, the voice ordering method comprising: a first step of an ordering smart terminal standing by for voice data reception; a second step of the ordering smart terminal analyzing whether an input signal has been received by an input unit corresponding to a microphone activation button; and a third step of, if the analysis result indicates that an input signal has not been received, returning to the first step and, conversely, if an input signal has been received, the ordering smart terminal receiving a voice signal from a microphone, converting the voice signal into voice data of a preset format, and then transmitting the converted voice data to a voice ordering server via a host terminal connected to a network, so that analysis of text data is performed.

Dynamic evaluation and use of global and contextual personas

Systems and methods for content selection and presentation are disclosed. Training data including indicating one or more interactions with one or more content elements and associated with one of a plurality of individual contexts is received. A selection model is trained by applying a reinforcement learning mechanism and an individual explore-exploit mechanism. A context for a user is selected by applying the selection model, which is configured to determine an expected future reward value of at least one of the plurality of individual contexts, determine an expected future reward value of a global context based on a past click-through rate, a reward value, and a future click-through rate, and, select the global context or one of the one or more individual contexts based on a comparison of the expected future reward values.

ADAPTIVE PROVISION OF GRAPHICAL COMMUNICATIONS IN DISPENSING ENVIRONMENTS
20240386457 · 2024-11-21 ·

A method for adapting and providing graphical communications in a dispensing environment is provided and can include receiving first data characterizing a vehicle in a dispensing environment and second data characterizing a vehicle operator. Vehicle attributes can be determined based on the first data and an identity of the operator can be determined based on the second data. Third data characterizing a graphical communication can be determined based on the attributes of the vehicle and the identity of the operator. The graphical communication can include graphical elements and can be determined for the operator based on fourth data characterizing a likelihood the operator will provide an input selecting a graphical element of the graphical elements included in the graphical communication. The graphical communication can displayed on a screen within the dispensing environment for viewing by the operator. Related systems and computer-readable mediums are also provided.

Method and system for delivery of a targeted advertisement by an electric vehicle charging apparatus

System, apparatus and method may control charging a battery of one or more mobile energy storage and power consumption devices, such as installed on electric vehicles (EVs), and delivering a targeted advertisement, provided over a communication network, at an EV charging apparatus selected for charging the battery of the mobile energy storage and power consumption device of an EV, or by a software application on a computing device of an EV user which may perform functions of a process for EV charging.

COORDINATED DEPLOYMENT OF ENLARGED GRAPHICAL COMMUNICATIONS IN DISPENSING ENVIRONMENTS

Systems and methods for displaying graphical communications includes receiving first data characterizing a state of one or more of a plurality of dispensers. Second data can be received characterizing a playlist of media content to be displayed on one or more of the plurality of dispensers. The playlist of media content can identify one or more media files including at least one graphical user interface depiction to be provided on a display screen of the one or more of the plurality of dispensers. A media file and period of time during which the at least one graphical user interface depiction is to be provided on the display screen of the one or more of the plurality of dispensers can be determined and the at least one graphical user interface depiction can be provided on the display screen during the period of time.

Secure multi-factor tokenization-based push/response commerce platform
12136107 · 2024-11-05 · ·

Example methods, apparatuses, and systems are presented that allows a user to make a secure purchase online, directly through accessing an online advertisement and without being redirected to multiple, cumbersome webpages to process different pieces of information to complete the transaction, while still leveraging existing e-commerce entities, such as existing payment platforms and existing ad/content networks. The present system includes a commerce ads engine (CA engine) that interfaces with the user through an app associated with the CA engine, a tokenization platform for authentication of the user, and a merchant providing relevant offer and check out information about a product being advertised in an online ad. The present system integrates new information embedded into online advertisements that interfaces with the CA engine and allows for the user to reliably provide authentication while purchasing the desired product, and without accessing or being redirected to multiple websites as is conventionally done.

RECIPE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A recipe management system is disclosed where participants can submit healthy recipes and their serving costs. If accepted, the recipes will then be posted via web, application, social media, and in-store advertising. The participants can include customers, vendors, etc. At checkout, the point of sale will make a web service call to compare ingredients being purchased with the active recipe offers. If all required ingredients are found, an appropriate discount will be applied. If most ingredients are in the cart, the customer will be notified via text, email, POS prompt, of other recipes close to completion, missing ingredients to receive the discount. The system includes an analytics system which monitors the ingredients and recipes sold, receives feedback from customers and social media to adjust the parameters of the system to improve its functioning, discounts and recipes provided.

Passive patron identification systems and methods

A method includes: in response to detection of a patron, capturing N sets of identification data for the patron using N passive patron identification systems, respectively, wherein N is an integer greater than one; calculating N partial confidence values based on N comparisons of the N sets of identification data with N sets of stored identification data, respectively, associated with a unique patron identifier; and, based on the N partial confidence values, calculating an overall confidence value indicating a level of confidence that the patron is associated with the unique patron identifier. The method further includes: based on the unique patron identifier, retrieving stored ordering data that is associated with the unique patron identifier; setting ordering information to be output to the patron based on the overall confidence value and the stored ordering data; and outputting the ordering information to the patron using an ordering terminal.

PARKING LOCATOR SYSTEM PROVIDING VARIABLY PRICED PARKING FEES

A parking locator system providing variably priced parking includes one or more parking sensors and one or more parking kiosks. The parking sensors may generate parking information identifying one or more occupied parking spaces and one or more unoccupied parking spaces within a vicinity. Promotion information including one or more discounts to parking fees may be received at the parking kiosks. The parking kiosks may display the discounted parking fees and receive payment of the same. The discounts to parking fees may expire at particular times. The size of the discounts may be set based on traffic congestion, which may be determined based on the number of occupied parking spaces within the vicinity.
