SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING LOCATION OF POP DISPLAYS WITH WIRELESS BEACONS USING KNOWN WIRELESS BEACON LOCATIONS
Systems and methods for using wireless beacons in point of purchase (POP) displays to facilitate the delivery of consumer oriented content to mobile devices is disclosed herein. Wireless beacons may be used to broadcast wireless signals from POP displays, where the wireless signals include data packets with unique identifiers for the wireless beacons. A first wireless signal from a first POP display may be received by a mobile device. The mobile device may also receive a second wireless signal from a second POP display at the same retail locatin. The mobile device may provide the first and second unique identifiers to a remote server. The remote server may know the location of one of the POP displays and assess the retail location of the other POP display based on the receiving both unique identifiers from the same retail location.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR POP DISPLAY AND WIRELESS BEACON ENGAGEMENT WITH MOBILE DEVICES
One of the wireless signals may be received by a mobile device. Upon receiving the wireless signal with the unique identifier, the mobile device may inspect its memory cache for content related to the POP displays. If needed, the mobile device may request up-to-date content from a remote server. Up-to-date content may be displayed on a display of the mobile device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR POP DISPLAY AND WIRELESS BEACON EXECUTION WITH WIRELESS NETWORK GATEWAYS
A wireless network gateway may receive a wireless signal with a unique identifier. The location of the wireless network gateway may be known to a remote server. The remote server may determine that the location of the POP display and wireless beacon is the same as the wireless network gateway
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT DETECTION AND OPERATION FOR POP DISPLAYS WITH WIRELESS BEACONS
Systems and methods for using wireless beacons in point of purchase (POP) displays to facilitate the delivery of consumer oriented content to mobile devices is disclosed herein. One or more sensors may be coupled to a POP display to assess external conditions in a selected area around the POP display. Operation of a wireless beacon on the POP display may be controlled in response to the assessed external conditions.
Image capture and identification system and process
A digital image of the object is captured and the object is recognized from plurality of objects in a database. An information address corresponding to the object is then used to access information and initiate communication pertinent to the object.
Transaction Management System
A method implemented by a Point of Sale (PoS) system. The method includes performing one or more PoS tasks in a retail environment. In addition, the method includes detecting that the transaction management system will be occupied with performing one or more PoS tasks for more than a threshold amount of time. The method further includes initiating an in-store event within the retail environment and generating a graphical notification interface and transmitting the graphical notification interface to at least one wireless device associated with a shopper in the retail environment. The graphical notification interface includes graphical elements depicting the in-store event.
DISPLAY CART IN RETAIL STORES
An assembly for display and storage, includes a main body with a top surface configured to present items, a bottom surface, and three side surfaces that define an internal cavity. The top surface may include at least one extendable platform that can transition between a stored position coplanar with the top surface and an open position extending laterally. Within the cavity, at least one height-adjustable shelf may be provided. The assembly may include a support that extends vertically from the main body, holding an adjustable signage assembly, which may be digital and remotely updatable.
SECURE MULTI-FACTOR TOKENIZATION-BASED PUSH/ RESPONSE COMMERCE PLATFORM
Example methods, apparatuses, and systems are presented that allows a user to make a secure purchase online, directly through accessing an online advertisement and without being redirected to multiple, cumbersome webpages to process different pieces of information to complete the transaction, while still leveraging existing e-commerce entities, such as existing payment platforms and existing ad/content networks. The present system includes a commerce ads engine (CA engine) that interfaces with the user through an app associated with the CA engine, a tokenization platform for authentication of the user, and a merchant providing relevant offer and check out information about a product being advertised in an online ad. The present system integrates new information embedded into online advertisements that interfaces with the CA engine and allows for the user to reliably provide authentication while purchasing the desired product, and without accessing or being redirected to multiple websites as is conventionally done.
Electronic shelf label system
An electronic shelf label system 1 includes a cluster-type network CN constructed from a plurality of electronic shelf label devices and an application device communicatively connected to the cluster-type network CN. The cluster-type network CN includes a shelf label hierarchy constructed from a plurality of electronic shelf label devices which function as shelf labels for a plurality of products and a relay hierarchy constructed from a plurality of electronic shelf label devices each of which relays a signal transmitted from the application device to one of the plurality of electronic shelf label devices 4 of the shelf label hierarchy.
