System and method for providing people-based audience planning
Systems and methods for targeted advertising to specific consumers are disclosed. A system may include a memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: receive, over a network, consumer data from a client device; identify a plurality of client-provided consumers from the consumer data; obtain a plurality of unique consumer identifiers corresponding to the plurality of client-provided consumers; and identify at least one first overlapping unique consumer identifier by matching at least one of the plurality of client-provided consumers with at least one publisher-provided consumer provided by a first publisher device of a plurality of publisher devices, the first publisher device having a highest priority among the plurality of publisher devices.

An online system accesses a model trained based on a topic associated with a set of content items and the content of the set of content items. The online system applies the model to predict a probability that each of multiple content items is associated with the topic based on its content and identifies (a) content item(s) associated with at least a threshold probability. The online system retrieves information describing user engagement with the identified content item(s) and determines a value of a performance metric for the topic based on this information. If the value is at least a threshold value and the online system receives content from an entity describing an item associated with the topic, the online system communicates a recommendation to the entity to create a content item describing the item and to add a tag associated with the item upon determining an opportunity to do so.
MATCHING PROMOTIONS TO TELECOM USER PREFERENCES USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Promotional offers are offered to telecom subscribers in roaming network areas by recording promotional preferences of subscribers for receiving promotional calls, forwarding subscriber information from a local network telecom service provider to a roaming network service provider, and measuring with the roaming network telecom service provider the subscribers that are present within a roaming network geography. The subscribers can then be ranked by their duration within the roaming network geography, and promotional pools can be generated for the subscribers within the roaming network based on their preferences. Promotional offers can then be matched to the subscribers in the promotional pools based using the ranking of subscribers and the promotional preferences.

A data processing system and method for delivering a personalized recommendation to an individual, using computerized, dynamic assessment and classification of communication interaction records, is described. The system and method allows for improved assessments and identification of factors affecting achievement of a goal or outcome, thereby allowing for adaptive, personalized recommendations, improving delivery of personalized support services, and improved success rates for achieving a defined outcome. The system and method may also be used to create a collection of persona analytics information that may be used to visualize and evaluate trends associated with an individual or within a given population.

A signage control system comprises: a primary estimation circuitry to use signage-side images and surveillance-side images to estimate a person feature, attributes and behavior of each person captured in these frame images; a storage device to associate and store results of estimations of the person feature, the attributes and the behavior of each specific person; an estimation result linkage circuitry to use the person feature stored in the storage device to link the results of estimations based on the frame images from multiple ones of the cameras for the same person so as to generate a group of estimation results for each person; and a content change circuitry to change a content displayed on the signage to another based on the attributes of each person expected to be in a position where such person can visually recognize the content on the signage, and based on preceding behavior of such person.
Proxy-based profile management to deliver personalized services
A method includes receiving, at a server associated with a merchant, an identification token associated with a mobile device located in a service environment associated with the merchant, and receiving an address of a profile agent associated with and distinct from the mobile device. The identification token includes an opaque token generated by a source other than the mobile device. The method includes sending to the profile agent a request for a user profile associated with the mobile device, where the request includes the identification token, and receiving an opaque user profile responsive to the request. The method includes sending a personalized offer associated with the merchant to the profile agent based on the opaque user profile. The profile agent causes application of preferences and policies associated with the mobile device to the personalized offer to determine whether to forward the personalized offer to the mobile device.

A method includes: for each of a plurality of content items in an inventory of content items: identifying an entity associated with the content item and a plurality of page types for a vertical associated with a product or service described in the content item; locating a plurality of informational pages associated with the entity; classifying each informational page based on the page types; identifying queries associated with the entity, wherein a query is used as a selection criteria for delivering one or more content items associated with the entity; for each informational page of the plurality of informational pages determining relevant queries from the identified queries; and storing in a data structure an association between the content item, data associated with the relevant queries and associated informational pages.
Multi-entity management of a node in a wireless node network
Methods and apparatus are disclosed for multi-entity management of an ID node in a wireless node network. The ID node associates with a first entity user access device, which operates as a master node and communicates directly with a server over a first communication path. The first device separately communicates with the ID node over a second communication path, but the ID node is unable to directly communicate with the server. The ID node provides the first device with access to data collected by the ID node if an initial privilege authorizes it. After associating with a shipping entity master node, the ID node provides the shipping entity master node with the data collected based on a transferred privilege from the server. And then after associating with a second entity user access device, the ID node provides access to this second device if authorized by a destination privilege from the server.
Systems and methods for remembering held items and finding lost items using wearable camera systems
Apparatuses and methods are provided for storing information related to objects associated with a hand of a user via a wearable camera system. In one implementation, a wearable apparatus for storing the information is provided comprising a wearable image sensor configured to capture a plurality of images from the environment of the user, and at least one processing device programmed to process the images. The processing device may detect the hand of the user, and an object associated with the user's hand. The processing device may proceed to store information related to the object. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, the stored information may be used for various purposes, such as warning the user of dangers, catering advertising to the user, and helping the user find objects when they are lost.
