Systems and methods for content aggregation creation are disclosed herein. The system can include memory having a content database and an aggregation database. The system can include a user device having a first network interface and a first I/O subsystem. The system can include a server that can: provide content to the user device via a first electrical signal; receive a selection of a portion of the provided content from the user device via a second electrical signal; automatically extract sentences from the selected portion of the provided content via a natural language processor; automatically generate a parse tree for one of the automatically extracted sentences; identify noun phrases from the part of speech tags within the parse tree; place content associated with one of the noun phrase in a content aggregation; and output the content aggregation to the user device.
Driver Profiles Based Upon Driving Behavior With Passengers
In a computer-implemented method for detecting and acting upon driver behavior while driving with passengers, telematics data is collected by one or more electronic subsystems of a vehicle and/or mobile electronic device of a driver or passenger. The collected data is transmitted to a computer system, and analyzed to identify respective time periods during which the driver of the vehicle drove with and without passengers, and one or more driving behaviors of the driver during those time periods. The method also includes determining, based upon the driving behavior(s) of the driver during the time periods with and without passengers, how the driver modifies his or her driving when driving with or without passengers, and conveying to an entity at least a portion of a driver profile associated with the driver that has been adjusted based upon how the driver modifies his or her driving.

Systems and methods for targeted television commercials based on viewer presence. For example, a computer-implemented method may include receiving user information associated with multiple users of the set-top box; receiving a set of television commercials; detecting the presence of multiple mobile devices in the environment; identifying the presence of a first user of the multiple users and a second user of the multiple users using the detection of the presence of the multiple mobile devices in the environment; transmitting programming content to a display device associated with the set-top box in response to an input, wherein when the programming content is received, the programming content is presented on the display device; identifying, by the set-top box, an open commercial slot within the programming content; analyzing data associated with the first user, data associated with the second user, the programming content, and the open commercial slot to determine a chosen television commercial of the set of television commercials to fill the open commercial slot; and transmitting the chosen television commercial to the display device for the chosen television commercial to be displayed on the display device within the open commercial slot within the programming content.

Techniques described herein are directed to e-commerce tags in multimedia content. In an example, multimedia content is received that includes a representation of an item offered for sale by a merchant. A user profile of the viewer is determined. Identifying information including customized item details are generated based on the user profile. The identifying information is sent to a different application (on a same device or different device as the device that is playing the multimedia content), which allows for linkage of a merchant profile and user profile and enables payment for the item.
Methods and apparatus for providing digital item advertisements
This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically determining and providing item advertisements, such as for display on a website. In some examples, a computing device obtains a prioritized list of item advertisements for each of a plurality of item categories. The computing device also obtains an item category for each of a plurality of positions of a display interface. Each item category may correspond to one or more of the plurality of item categories. Further, the computing device determines, for each position of the plurality of positions of the display interface, an item advertisement based on the item category for the position and the prioritized list of item advertisements. The computing device generates display interface position data identifying the item advertisement determined for each position of the plurality of positions of the display interface. The computing device transmits the display interface position data to a web server.
