System and method for matching and collecting user data and/or user device data

Systems and methods for match and collect user data and/or user device data within a current Internet access session of a user for use by user notification systems that generate, distribute and display informational messages over the Internet. The system includes a source data reception unit configured to receive a source IP address and a source user device port matched with the translated IP address and with the translated port of the operator or the provider from the NAT service. A data matching unit matches user data and/or user device data from all available sources, including but not limited to operator or provider databases, using the received source IP address and the received user device port. The systems and methods provide delivery of informational messages based on collected/matched user data and/or user device data provided to the maximum number of real identified users.

These systems and methods receive, from the second user, an expression of disinterest in a media asset included in the playlist for the second user, update a user profile associated with the second user based on the expression of disinterest, and determine a recommendation for another media asset based on the updated user profile associated with the second user. The systems and methods provide the recommendation to the first user. By recommending media assets that the second user is least likely to object to, these systems and methods reduce the frequency of disruptive requests for media assets from the second user.

MANAGING EVENT DATABASES USING HISTOGRAM-BASED ANALYSIS

A social media platform can enable a user to promote and organize events in an automated manner. In some cases, a user can specify one or more interest categories pertaining to, relevant to, and/or otherwise associated with the event. Further, the interest categories that are specified by the user for a particular event can be used to automatically recommend or suggest that event to one or more other users. In some cases, the social media platform can automatically suggest or recommend a particular event based on the interest categories selected by the users who indicated that they plan to attend the event.

A system and a method for controlling an electronic device embedded in a package of a consumer product are disclosed. In one aspect, the consumer product packaging includes a bottle for a beverage, a memory, a receiver and a circuit. The memory stores an action to be performed in response to an input. The receiver receives the input indicative of movement of the bottle. The circuit retrieves the action stored in memory upon receipt of the input and command an electronic communication module to perform the action at a particular time or in a particular sequence.

BLOOD GLUCOSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Methods and systems are disclosed for prompting a patient to take a blood glucose management action. A diabetes management application on a mobile device can receive diabetes-related information from the mobile device. The diabetes management application can identify a blood glucose management action prompt based on a comparison of the received diabetes-related information to one or more predetermined prompt criteria. The diabetes management application can generate a blood glucose management action prompt based on the blood glucose management action prompt condition. The diabetes management application can present the blood glucose management action prompt to the patient on a user interface of the mobile device.

Social shopping experience utilizing interactive mirror and polling of target audience members identified by a relationship with product information about an item being worn by a user

Example embodiments of the present disclosure include a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for providing an interactive and social fitting room experience. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include selecting a target audience to poll for feedback on an image of an individual wearing a garment in a fitting room. The method may further include transmitting the image to a computing device of each member of the target audience, and compiling feedback regarding the image from members of the target audience. The method may further include causing the compiled feedback to be displayed to the individual on an interactive mirror display in the fitting room.

Attention application user classification privacy

Classification of the user of an attention application is moved from the cloud, where the classification is performed by advertisers based on trackers that follow a user, to the attention application itself. A user of the attention application controls inputs to the classification model and can exclude sensitive privacy information from inclusion in the classification model. The classification model is applied locally at the attention application to a catalog of advertisements and without revealing to trackers and advertisers whether attention was paid to particular ads. An analytics provider may have increased access to attention applications and can form ad campaigns and provide performance data thereon to advertisers without infringing attention user privacy. The system directs value away from trackers and advertisers and to attention application users and publishers.

User input requesting an offer or insight may be received and an image of a photographic identification of a user may be requested. The image of the photographic identification may be captured and stored. A self-captured image of the user may be captured (e.g., via an image capture device of the computing device) and compared to an image of a user from the photographic identification. Responsive to determining that the images match, displaying an instruction to capture a vehicle identification number. The vehicle identification number may be captured. Data, including location data, may be extracted and an archive including the extracted data may be generated and the data may be transmitted to an entity computing system for processing.
