Synthetic user profiles and monitoring online advertisements
Disclosed are systems and methods for monitoring and policing online advertisements. Content of a website is evaluated and assigned a score. The content evaluated may be either first-party content or third-party content or both. If the score fails predetermined criteria, a report is generated. Synthetic user profiles can be generated using a browser (or other software) to visit a number of predetermined or pseudo-random sites and accumulate user-specific data as it visits each of the sites. The browser stores off the accumulated user-specific data in conjunction with a synthetic user profile.
Customized digital content generation systems and methods
The invention provides in some aspects a method, executed on a digital data processing system, of mass generation of customized digital content that includes continuously identifying current external events taken by or with respect to a plurality of respective prospective targets and, upon identification of such an event, generating a set of actions, each identifying a digital content piece and a digital delivery mechanism therefor. Each action is generated, according to the method, based on the current identified events for a particular prospective target and on a database of information about prior events taken by or with respect to him/her. The sets of actions are queued upon generation and continuously retrieved on a first-in-first-out basis. And, upon retrieval, an action for generation of digital content for the respective prospective target is selected for transmittal from the set based on quotas associated with that target and/or the delivery mechanism identified for it per the selected action.
USE OF ELICITED FACTORS TO INFORM INTERVENTION SUGGESTIONS
A method for use of elicited factors to inform intervention suggestions is described. The method includes identifying a demographic of a user according to a background of the user. The method also includes predicting factors including an associated set of barriers and/or motivators regarding a preference according to the demographic of the user. The method further includes predicting a plurality of interventions to shift the preference of the user according to the associated set of barriers and/or motivators. The method also includes presenting a selected one of the plurality of determined interventions to the user.
Linking actions associated with an anonymous user to a registered user account
First and second cookies are obtained from first and second devices, respectively. The first cookie includes a first ID corresponding to a registered user ID, which is in turn associated with first information indicating activities related to interactions of a registered user with a first website. The second cookie includes a second ID corresponding to an anonymous user ID, which is in turn associated with second information identifying activities related to interactions of an anonymous user with a second website. The first and second user IDS, and the first and second information, are stored in a database, and correlated to determine commonalities. In response to identifying at least one commonality a determination is made, based on the at least one commonality, that the registered user and the anonymous user are a single user. The database is updated to include a unified listener identifier (ULID) that links the registered user ID with the anonymous user ID.
Recommendations based on biometric feedback from wearable device
Methods and architecture for using sensor data to offer content, such as purchase or viewing suggestions, to a viewer, are disclosed. Wearable or other external sensor devices may monitor a viewer while the viewer consumes a first media element. The sensor data may then be used to determine an emotional response of the viewer to the media element or to entities found within that element, such as actors, scenes, brands, or objects. Emotional response data for a user may be stored, and may be used either immediately or at a later time to deliver content or make content or purchase suggestions to the viewer.
METHOD FOR MANAGING ADVERTISEMENT
A method for managing advertisement that is to be performed by a server includes a step of receiving a piece of advertisement type information from an enterprise device, a step of selecting pieces of candidate user information from among pieces of user information stored in the server based on the piece of advertisement type information, a step of receiving an advertisement material from the enterprise device, a step of selecting pieces of target user information that corresponds respectively to target users from among the pieces of candidate user information, and a step of performing an advertisement-pushing procedure with respect to the target users.
Systems and Methods for Providing a Merchant Advertising Platform
Systems and methods for a merchant advertising platform for generating targeted advertisements to participants in a rewards program who are able to accumulate, manage, and redeem marketing incentives using a rewards platform. Users are able to designate at least one reward sub-account, and publish corresponding information such as purchasing preferences for the sub-account. The platform enables advertisers to view the published information, generate targeted advertisements based on the user's purchase preferences, and compete with other product and service providers for the user's business. The platform, therefore, has the potential to increase the value of the user's accumulated rewards through an open and competitive marketplace.
METHOD, COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM FOR CONTROLLING HOME SCREEN OF COMMUNICATION TERMINAL
Home screen contents may be provided simultaneously while a communication terminal switches to an active mode from an inactive mode. The home screen contents correspond to an application installed in the communication terminal, and a user may set an application which desires the home screen contents to selectively receive the home screen contents.
Systems, Devices, and Methods for Autonomous Communication Generation, Distribution, and Management of Online Communications
This document describes the autonomous collection, generation, distribution, and management of online web content. The devices, systems, and methods described herein can be used to collect and generate online web content and communications in an automatic and autonomous manner. Specifically, the disclosed methods, devices, and systems may be employed to produce one or more communications and/or advertising campaigns, as well as for monitoring, managing, defining the efficiency, effectiveness, and workability of the campaign with respect to generating predicted user engagements, thereby accurately determining the cost benefits of the communication campaign. The system may track, evaluate, and provide analytic results that may then be used to better guide the system parameters for customizing autonomous communications directed one or more characteristics of a defined target audience.
Data communication using audio patterns systems and methods
Systems and methods for data communication using audio patterns are described. The methods include encoding a message into an audio pattern, mixing the audio pattern with an audio content to obtain a mixed audio content, wherein the audio pattern is inaudible in the mixed audio content, and transmitting the mixed audio content.
