Segment valuation in a digital medium environment
Segment valuation techniques usable in a digital medium environment are described. To do so, a segment valuation system first identifies the attributes that are significant in achievement of a desired metric (e.g., conversion) and then values segments based on those significant attributes. Attributes are selected from the trained model based on significance of those attributes towards achieving the desired metric. A valuation of a segment may then be calculated based on the valuations of these attributes. For example, inclusion of the selected attributes within a segment, and the valuations of those selected attributes, is then used by the segment valuation system to generate data describing a value of the segment towards achieving the metric.
INFLUENCER STREAM CUSTOMIZATION FOR FOLLOWER VIEWERS
Methods and systems are provided for generating a video stream for followers of an influencer during a session. The method includes capturing video images of an environment of the influencer, wherein the environment includes the influencer viewing an online content channel. The method includes detecting surface parameters in the environment and processing the surface parameters to identify three-dimensional features associated with the surface parameter. The method includes identifying a follower that is viewing the influencer. The method includes generating an overlay image for at least one of the surface parameters, the overlay image is configured for dynamic contouring to the identified three-dimensional features during the session. The overlay image is selected based on a profile of the follower so that the video stream received by the follower when viewing the influencer is customized based on the profile of the follower
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECOMMENDING PROMOTIONS TO CONSUMERS
Embodiments provide computer systems, computer-executable methods and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media for offering one or more promotions to consumers using a promotion and marketing service. User input may be received from a first consumer interface associated with a first consumer, the user input including an interest indication relating to a first promotion. An association between the first consumer and a second consumer for sharing of promotions may be programmatically retrieved or generated. Based on the association, it may be determined whether to offer the first promotion to the second consumer based on one or more characteristics associated with the second consumer. Based on a determination that the first promotion should be offered to the second consumer, an indication may be outputted, the indication configured to cause an impression of the first promotion to be generated on a second consumer interface associated with the second consumer.

Online advertisers may demand compliance with certain standards for the content of emails and other digital content with which its advertisements may be associated. Emails may contain control objects directing users to a web page showing content related to oil change coupons. However, in some systems, methods, and processes, a small variable proportion of users may instead be directed to a different sequence of pages to conduct a compliance check on the contents of the email received by the user. The compliance check sequence of pages may offer the user an incentive to forward the email to a specified email address for subsequent compliance review. Delivery of an incentive may be conditioned on successful receipt of the forwarded email.

One example embodiment includes receiving data representative of an ordered item and retrieving data representative of components of the ordered item based on the received data representative of the ordered item. This embodiment further includes assembling at least one aggregate dataset of the retrieved data representative of the components, at least one aggregate dataset being a dataset providing a representation of the ordered item when rendered. Each of the at least one aggregate datasets may then be rendered. The rendering may include rendering a label or a wrapper for the ordered item. The rendering may also or alternatively include publishing the rendered data to one or both of a customer loyalty and social media account.

A system receives, from a server, information about a first set of remotely-configured options for an unattended machine. In response to receiving the information about the first set of remotely-configured options, the system displays user interface objects that allow for selection of respective options in the first set of remotely-configured options. After detecting a selection of a first user interface object, the system receives, from the server, specifications regarding electric pulses to be provided to the unattended machine by a pulse-providing device. After sending an authorization grant and the specifications to the pulse-providing device, the system receives an indication that the electric pulses were provided to the unattended machine according to the specifications.

As one specific example, a content delivery network can be used for the creation of electronic tokens for user identity protection between demand side platforms, supply side platforms, content creators (for example, advertisers), and publishers.
Controlling content distribution
A computer-implemented method for controlling content distribution includes forwarding information associated with a user to a device operated by the user, the information being configured for use in selecting content from any of multiple content providers for a content distribution to the user. The method includes receiving, in response to the information, an edit of the information forwarded from the device. The edit identifies a first content provider and including a first modification of the content distribution regarding the first content provider. The method includes storing the edit in association with the information such that the first modification is taken into account in the content distribution. The method can be implemented using a computer program product tangibly embodied in a computer-readable storage medium.
