PROFIT ALLOCATION DETERMINATION APPARATUS, PROFIT ALLOCATION DETERMINATION METHOD, AND PROFIT ALLOCATION DETERMINATION PROGRAM
20230169533 · 2023-06-01 ·

A facial recognition unit and a sound recognition unit calculate a similarity between an object in a filmed image and an object registered in advance. A profit allocation unit determines a ratio of allocation of a profit gained from a use of the filmed image to a person holding a right to the object, based on a result of comparison between the similarity and a threshold value. When the similarity is equal to or higher than the threshold value, the profit allocation unit determines the ratio of allocation such that the higher the similarity, the higher the ratio of allocation, and, when the similarity is less than the threshold value, the profit allocation unit determines the ratio of allocation to the right holder to be zero.

System, method, and computer program for rating network transmissions based on user requested data

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for rating network transmissions based on user requested data. In use, a transmission of data over a network is identified, where the data includes user requested data and additional data. Additionally, a size of the user requested data is determined. Furthermore, the transmission of the user requested data is rated based on the size of the user requested data. The transmission of additional data may be charged to third parties such as advertisers.

System and Method for Invitation to Games or Sports
20170333779 · 2017-11-23 ·

In one example, we describe a method and system for invitation to games or sports. For example, when the user uses our system (PlayUs), she or he gets connected to others very easily (e.g., in the city's “Open League”). This way, the player/user is immediately presented with a feed of all recent activities and has immediate access to all active players in the area. The user can also access his/her friends through the social networks, to increase participation very rapidly. One can also make groups and find new friends using our app (mobile application), e.g., with mobile phones or devices. One can also be discovered by others, depending on the level of privacy desired or previously set. Many different variations or combinations are also shown here.

Method for determining provider parameters including a provider margin

Provided herein are system, methods and computer readable storage media in facilitating the determination of provider parameters, such as a provider margin, for a promotion of the provider's goods, services, and/or the like in an agreement between the provider, also known as a merchant, and a promotion and marketing service that is configured to illustrate or otherwise inform consumers of the availability of one or more instruments for a promotion. In providing such functionality, the system may be configured to, for example, receive provider characteristic data, determine historical provider information, receive provider promotion structure data, determine a provider profile, determine a positive return on investment threshold, and transmit a provider parameter.

A determination of the relative influences on an advertising conversion that are credited to particular ad impressions across varied channels is facilitated through Shapley value calculation and assignment. A Shapley value is arrived at through assigning binary places in a Boolean value to a plurality of advertising channels and/or platforms, the Boolean values combinable to quickly determine for a particular advertising campaign which of the plurality of advertising channels and/or platforms was influential in a consumer's decision to initiate a transaction for goods or services associated with an advertisement rendered via the plurality of advertising channels and/or platforms. In this manner, an advertiser having arranged for messages associated with an advertising campaign to be distributed via disparate advertising channels and/or platforms may realize the relative performance of the various advertising channels and/or platforms.

Neural network architecture for efficient resource allocation

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for efficiently allocating resources among participants. Methods can include receiving valuation data specifying, for each of a plurality of entities, a respective valuation for each of a plurality of resource subsets, each resource subset comprising a different combination of one or more resources of a plurality of resources. After receiving valuation data, assigning each resource in the plurality of resources to a respective entity of the plurality of entities based on the valuations and generating, for each particular entity, a respective input representation that is derived from valuations of every other entity in the plurality of entities other than the particular entity. The input representation for each particular entity is processed using a neural network to generate a rule for the particular entity and a payment based on the rule output for the entities.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer program products, may be used for sharing revenue associated with a multimedia object. A content item on a web page that includes one or more advertisements may be identified along with an owner identification and a sharing level associated with the content item. The owner identification is associated with an owner account. A web page revenue amount generated from the one or more advertisements on the web page is calculated along with a share revenue amount based on the web page revenue amount and the sharing level, and the share revenue amount is applied to the owner account.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ENHANCING SEARCH RESULTS WITH INPUT FROM BRANDS, CITIES AND GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS
20210397660 · 2021-12-23 ·

Systems and methods are provided for a brand search ecosystem for brands and branded products, locations, features, and services to enhance search results with real-time content and input on business rules, algorithms, and information from brandholders and provided over various modalities, including phones, TVs, kiosks, and speech recognition. The systems and methods include a brand name database including a plurality of brands and brandholders, bidders, and other content providers associated with respective brands. The search engine receives search requests from users, accesses the brand name database, and provides search results to the users based on a variety of factors, including the identity, search history, membership in a brand's rewards programs, aggregated feedback and ratings of others users, and direct feedback and ratings of the user conducting the search. The systems and methods also enable and process incentives to brands, bidders, content providers, and end users to encourage usage and real-time feedback, ratings, and other information on brands, branded products and services, and specific branded locations to further enhance search results.

Method, medium, and system for keyword bidding in a market cooperative

A computer-implemented method and system for keyword bidding in a market cooperative are disclosed. A particular embodiment includes receiving a keyword bid from a first party; determining a value to a host associated with the keyword bid; augmenting the keyword bid by an amount corresponding to the value to the host; and sending the augmented keyword bid to a second party.

Method, Computing Device and System for Profit Sharing

A method for profit sharing is provided. The method includes deciding a first sharing rate according to a first event information and a first category information; obtaining a first sharing amount according to the first sharing rate and a first shared profit of the first category information; deciding a second sharing rate according to a second event information and a second category information; obtaining a second sharing amount according to the second sharing rate and a second shared profit of the second category information; deciding a total sharing amount by summing up the first sharing amount and the second sharing amount; and returning the total sharing amount in response to receiving a request from a user device.
