OFFER MANAGEMENT AND TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A transaction system has Internet-connected partner platforms which display webpages with an Offer-Now button initiating coded instructions to display an electronic input form enabling a person to configure a transaction offer, and an Internet-connected service enterprise providing the coded instructions to the partners, configured specifically to partner requirements. Upon the person activating the Offer Now button from a mobile device, a verification code is sent to the device, to be returned to verify the device, and offer input provided through the device and the electronic form is tracked to be saved as an offer for the transaction.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE BASED ACCOUNT CAPABILITIES FRAMEWORK
A method and apparatus for managing capabilities of an account of a user system at a commerce platform are described. The method may include receiving, at the commerce platform, a request from a user system that identifies an account at the commerce platform and includes a capability requested for the account, where the requested capability corresponds to a desired functionality of the account. The method may also include mapping the requested capability to a compliance plan that defines a set of account data to be collected before activation of the capability for the account by the commerce platform. Furthermore, the method may include transmitting a message, generated by the commerce platform, that comprises a listing of additional data to be provided by the user system before activation of the capability for the account, where the additional data comprises a minimal set of account data defined by the compliance plan less any data already associated with the account at the commerce platform. The method may also include, in response to receiving, by the commerce platform, at least one response from the user system that includes the additional data, activating the capability for the account.
INTELLIGENTLY DETERMINING BUYING ONLINE AND PICKING UP IN STORE BASED ON COMMUTE PATTERNS OF CONNECTIONS IN A SOCIAL NETWORK AND STORE PARAMETERS
A method for determining buying online and picking up in store. A computer receives from a shopper a request for buying online and picking up in store. The computer parses stores carrying an item purchased online and connections of the shopper in a social network. The computer provides the shopper with a list of one or more connections for picking up the item for the shopper. The computer sends to one of the one or more connections a token for picking up the item and information of a store where the item is picked up, after the shopper chooses the one of the one or more connections for picking up the item. The computer sends to the shopper a notification, after the item is picked up by the one of the one or more connections for picking up the item.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BOT-BASED AUTOMATED INVOICING AND COLLECTION
In one embodiment, in an information processing apparatus, comprising at least one computer processor, a Bot executed by the at least one computer processor may perform the following: (1) receiving invoice information for an invoice for a payor, the invoice information comprising an invoice amount and a due date; (2) electronically communicating a payment reminder comprising the invoice amount and the due date to the payor in a chat interface; and (3) providing a payment interface in the chat interface.
Visual Indicator of Frictionless Status of Retail Shelves
A method for determining whether shoppers are eligible for frictionless checkout is disclosed. The method may include obtaining image data captured using a plurality of image sensors positioned in a retail store; analyzing the image data to identify at least one shopper at one or more locations of the retail store; detecting, based on the analysis of the image data, at least one product interaction event associated with an action of the at least one shopper at the one or more locations of the retail store; based on the detected at least one product interaction event, determining whether the at least one shopper is eligible for frictionless checkout; and in response to a determination that the at least one shopper is ineligible for frictionless checkout, causing delivery of an indicator that the at least one shopper is ineligible for frictionless checkout.
Mobile device payment system and method
A mobile device payment system and method, the method for a mobile device user to purchase goods/services from merchants with financing by a mobile device manufacturer including: providing a mobile device; establishing a user account; establishing merchant accounts; transforming the merchant accounts into a universal merchant account data set; providing the universal merchant account data set to the mobile device user; storing the universal merchant account data set; requesting the mobile device manufacturer to load consumer credit; loading the credit amount; identifying goods/services for purchase; determining a total price for the identified goods/services and a merchant identifier associated with the selected merchant; actuating a purchase button; retrieving merchant bank deposit instructions; retrieving purchase credit; and routing the retrieved credit to the selected merchant in accordance with the retrieved merchant credit deposit instructions.
SOCIAL NETWORK-BASED ASSET PROVISIONING SYSTEM
Embodiments are generally directed to providing a requestor with an asset that has been guaranteed by a guarantor, and to negotiating an asset guarantee with various guarantors. In one scenario, a computer system receives an asset request to guarantee a particular asset, accesses a database to retrieve attributes associated with the requestor and prepares a requestor cost function. The computer system then accesses attributes associated with third party participants and a third party cost function associated with the asset is prepared. Next, the requestor and third party cost functions are accessed to generate a new, optimized cost function with a guarantee from the third parties. A customized user interface is then generated that includes an interactive visual arrangement of items associated with the asset. Upon receiving a guarantee and a guarantee amount, the requestor is then provided with the asset according to the optimized asset guaranteeing terms.
PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION BASED ON MACHINE LEARNING
An approach for a chatbot to lead a conversation with a customer by autonomously generating a series of questions to derive a recommended product or service is disclosed. The approach includes the chatbot parsing through the website it is deployed on to gather the information it needs to generate relevant questions and provide customers a personalized recommendation in a tree-like diagram, which enables the chatbot to autonomously contrast the products and lead the user throughout the discussion. The customer's needs will be determined by the questions generated for and answered by the potential customer. These identified needs determined by the chatbot's generated questions and responses will be mapped to the recommended solution.
USING FACIAL RECOGNITION AND FACIAL EXPRESSION DETECTION TO ANALYZE IN-STORE ACTIVITY OF A USER
One or more embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods providing providing improved customer service to visiting customers of a brick-and-mortar merchant location. For example, a customer recognition system intelligently detects and notifies a merchant when a customer is in need of assistance based on the customer's facial expression. The customer recognition system can also identify a product associated with the customer need. In some examples, the customer recognition system identifies a user profile associated with a customer shopping at a merchant location, determines a trust level for the customer based on user profile information, and based on the trust level, causes a secured product display to provide a customer access to a secured product.
Virtual reality shopping experience
A solution is provided for a method for a user to shop online in a three dimensional (3D) virtual reality (VR) setting by receiving a request at a shopping server to view a shopping location, having at least one store, and displaying the shopping location to the user's computer in a 3D interactive simulation view via a web browser to emulate a real-life shopping experience for the user. The server then obtains a request to enter into one of the stores and displays the store website to the user in the same web browser. The store website has one or more enhanced VR features. The server then receives a request to view at least one product and the product is presented in a 3D interactive simulation view to emulate a real-life viewing of the product.
