Systems and methods for on-demand delivery
Systems and techniques are disclosed that provide device-based coordination of multi-party delivery processes. One example implementation involves receiving a payer-invite request from a requester device. The payer-invite request requests an invitation be sent to a payer to pay for a delivery order. The delivery order specifying one or more items to be purchased and delivered to a requester location associated with the requester device or inputted by the requester. The system sends the invitation to a payer device associated with the payer and receives a payment from the payer device. The system fulfills the delivery order by identifying a fulfillment center, a driver, and/or a puller and sending communications with order information and instructions to the devices of those parties to coordinate the delivery. For example, the system sends a driving instruction to a driver device instructing the driver to pick up and deliver the items.
Processing system having a machine learning engine for providing a selectable item availability output
Aspects of the disclosure relate to enhanced selectable item availability processing systems with improved content and configuration update capability and enhanced selectable item availability output determinations. A computing platform may receive a selectable item availability configuration output comprising a configuration update to the selectable item availability output and a selectable item availability content output comprising a content update to the selectable item availability output. Based on the selectable item availability configuration output and the selectable item availability content output, the computing platform may generate an updated selectable item availability output. The computing platform may receive a request to access the selectable item availability output. The computing platform may generate one or more commands to cause display of the updated selectable item availability output and may send, to a user device, the updated selectable item availability output along with the one or more commands.
Text-based secure order processing
Systems and methods for text-based secure order processing are disclosed. The system may receive an order initiation request from a user device. Based on the order initiation request, the system may retrieve a conversational order script having one or more scripted conversation prompts. The system may transmit the conversation prompts to the user device and receive one or more conversation responses from the user device. Based on the conversation responses, the system may transmit a purchase link to the user device. The purchase link may allow the user device to access a web interface to complete the purchase order.
Data structure analytics for real-time recommendations
Techniques and arrangements for analyzing previous tickets of a customer at different merchants—specifying interactions of the customer at the different merchants—to determine subsequent recommendations to send to a particular merchant in real-time when the customer is located at the particular merchant. Other techniques and arrangements facilitate annotation of merchant tickets by the merchants to enrich the data maintained by the tickets and, in some instances, to enhance the described real-time recommendations. Still other techniques and arrangements create a merchant ticket for recording interactions between a merchant and customer upon the customer creating a reservation at the merchant for a specified future time, or being added to a waitlist of the merchant. Upon the customer arriving at the merchant proximate to the specified future time, the merchant may use the created ticket to track items ordered by the merchants, track tenders used to pay for items, and the like.
Sensing and controlling states of locking mechanisms
An affixable device can include a locking mechanism, a force-limiting mechanism, and a sensing mechanism. The locking mechanism can include an engagement component configured to disable the locking mechanism. The force-limiting mechanism can be configured to limit a locking force of the locking mechanism. The sensing mechanism can be coupled to the engagement component, and can be configured to determine that the force-limiting mechanism has limited the locking force of the locking mechanism. In response to determining the force-limiting mechanism limiting the locking force, the sensing mechanism can cause the engagement component to disable the locking mechanism.
Configuring , deploying, and operating an application for structured communications for emergency response and tracking
In a method of managing emergency management information within an observation platform an emergency management and response application is provisioned at an observation platform. The provisioning is administered by a cloud services platform and includes configuration and deployment of the emergency management and response application within the observation platform. A communicative connection is established, via a gateway of the cloud services platform, between the emergency management and response application and a system external to the observation platform. In response to receipt at the observation platform of a report of an emergency, operation of the emergency management and response application is triggered within the observation platform. Emergency management information is sent, via the emergency management and response application, to a group of users of the observation platform. The emergency management information includes at least one of an alert related to the emergency and instructions related to the emergency.
Prioritizing BOPIS order fulfillment
Buy-online pickup-in-store (BOPIS) order fulfillment is optimized by prioritizing BOPIS orders according to estimated pickup times. The pickup time for a given order is based on a customer profile and order details which can include product properties for a product in the order, characteristics of the physical store, and an order velocity indicative of an urgency of the customer in placing the order. The pickup times are estimated by a cognitive system trained with input samples comprised of historical BOPIS orders associated with actual pickup delays. The customer profiles include historical information regarding previous BOPIS orders from the customer such as a percentage of previous BOPIS orders actually picked up, and an average pickup delay for the previous BOPIS orders that were picked up. If any order pickup time is less than a predefined threshold, the system notifies the store associate with a warning that it is urgent.
ALLOCATION SYSTEM, ALLOCATION DEVICE AND ALLOCATION METHOD
Aspects concern an allocation system (100), comprising a receiving unit (114) configured to receive a delivery order having a cash flow value of cash money and configured to determine cash on hand value of a plurality of delivery drivers (DD), respectively, a subset (132, 134, 136) generator unit (116), communicatively coupled with the receiving unit (114), configured to generate at least a subset (132, 134, 136) of the plurality of delivery drivers (DD) based on the cash flow value of the delivery order and the cash on hand value of each delivery driver (DD); and a transmitter unit (118) configured to transmit the delivery order only to the delivery drivers of the subset (132, 134, 136).
OPERATION DETECTION METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INTELLIGENT DEVICE
The present disclosure discloses an operation detection method and apparatus for an intelligent device. The method includes: monitoring an order state of a current order processed by the intelligent device; collecting a real-time operation picture of the intelligent device at an interval of a preset time according to the order state to obtain a plurality of real-time operation pictures at a plurality of shooting moments; acquiring position coordinates of a plurality of real-time key points of the intelligent device from the plurality of real-time operation pictures; and matching the position coordinates of the plurality of real-time key points with a pre-recorded operation trajectory range, and determining an operation state of the intelligent device according to information of real-time key points falling within the operation trajectory range.
