The method includes receiving, at an interactive media component, a selection of the media item and a selection of at least one recipient for the media item from a user of a client device. A purchase transaction based on the selection of the media item and the at least one recipient is processed. Delivery of the media item to the at least one recipient is triggered.
Vehicles and cloud systems for sharing e-Keys to access and use vehicles
A vehicle configured to communicate with a server of a cloud system to enable access to use the vehicle via one or more electronic keys is provided. The vehicle includes electronics and a subsystem of the vehicle for enabling unlocking of the vehicle. The subsystem is interfaced with the electronics and a subsystem of the vehicle for enabling starting of the vehicle for use of the vehicle. The vehicle further includes communications circuitry that is interfaced with electronics of the vehicle. The communications circuitry is programmable to communicate with the server of the cloud system and communicate with a mobile device. The communications circuitry of the vehicle is configured to receive a request from the mobile device for unlocking of the vehicle. The request from the mobile device includes coded data obtained by the mobile device from the server to enable sending the request to the vehicle. The coded data is associated with privileges for use of the vehicle. The privileges are defined for the coded data, and the vehicle is configured to receive information from the server to authenticate the request by the mobile device. And, if the request is authentic, the mobile device is provided with data to enable an electronic key to use the vehicle, and the electronics of the vehicle instructs the subsystem of the vehicle to enable unlocking of the vehicle and enable starting of the vehicle for use of the vehicle via the electronic key consistent with the privileges of the coded data.
Method for image product recommendation
Embodiments of the present disclosure a method for determining product relevancy including extracting metadata from an image file of a digital image collection, the metadata being indicative of at least one feature of the image file. The method includes creating an input profile corresponding to the metadata extracted from the image files of the digital image collection. The method includes comparing the input profile to a product profile, the product profile having one or more rules corresponding to a consumer product, wherein the rules are indicative of the requirements of the product. The method includes determining a match score, the match score indicative of a relevancy of the product profile to the input profile such that a high relevancy correlates to a consumer product that is suited to the input profile and a low relevancy correlates to the consumer product that is not suited to the input profile.
Systems and methods for integrated marketing
Systems, methods, and devices for integrated marketing are disclosed herein. An integrated marketing system may include an integrated marketing device receiving media content from a content provider device. The integrated marketing device attaches one or more product tags to the video content based on elements within the video content. The one or more attached product tags are provided to a consumer or to the content provider device for display on a consumer device.
Ecommerce systems and methods for purchasing gifts and parts of gifts using crowdfunding methodologies and social media platforms
A computer-implemented method of purchasing gifts includes under control of one or more configured computing systems, selecting a gift item desired by a gift recipient, maintaining a list for the gift recipient that includes the selected gift item, and assigning a sales price to the selected gift item on the list. On a visual display, a processor is used for dividing the selected gift item into two or more gift parts that are available for individual purchase by gift contributors. The selected gift item is divided into the two or more gift parts on the visual display by showing a boundary on the visual display that defines a bounded area, showing the selected gift item on the visual display, inside the bounded area and surrounded by the boundary, and generating at least one dividing line inside the bounded area that divides the bounded area into two or more individual sections that are visible on the visual display, whereby each of the gift parts is located inside a different one of the individual sections. A monetary value is assigned to each of the respective gift parts that is less than the sales price assigned to the selected gift item. Gift contributors can purchase at least one of the gift parts at the monetary value assigned thereto and leave comments that are unique to the gift part.
Augmented reality visualizer for swimming pools
An augmented reality visualizer for swimming pools is described herein. In one example, a system can receive images of a target area for a swimming pool from a camera. The system can generate an augmented reality environment by analyzing the images. The augmented reality environment can include a virtual swimming pool overlaying at least one image of the target area. The system can then output the augmented reality environment on a display for viewing by a user.
Product database systems and methods enabling the filtering of products and enhancing customer access
In some embodiments, systems manage databases for multiple event shopping, comprising: a plurality of distributed database management systems comprising: a management control circuit; a filter control circuit; customer event databases; and a plurality of product databases maintaining current product information sets, each product information set comprises: product information corresponding to one of the hundreds of thousands of retail products, and an association to at least one of a plurality of different event filter categorizations; wherein the filter control circuit is configured to filter product information sets, and identify a limited subset of products; wherein the management control circuit is configured to: maintain the plurality of customer event databases; cause a graphical user interface to limit a display of potential products to display a subset of product representations; and incorporate within a first event database a product identifier for each selected product.
System and method for populating a virtual shopping cart based on video of a customer's shopping session at a physical store
An apparatus includes a display, interface, and processor. The interface receives video from a camera located in a physical store and directed at a first physical rack. The camera captures video of the rack during a shopping session. The processor displays a first virtual rack that emulates the first physical rack and includes first and second virtual shelves. The virtual shelves include virtual items, which include graphical representations of physical items located on the physical rack. The processor displays the rack video, which depicts an event including the person interacting with the first physical rack. The processor also displays a virtual shopping cart. The processor receives information associated with the event, identifying the first virtual item. The rack video depicts that the person selected the first physical item while interacting with the first physical rack. The processor then stores the first virtual item in the virtual shopping cart.
