Real estate fit and budgeting tool and method
A system for estimating space and budgeting requirements for real estate applications provides remote access to a user over a network so the user can receive real estate space and budgeting estimate in real time through a graphical user interface. A processor receives via a graphical user interface the user's select test fit parameters and the user's select property record of a subject property. The processor automatically generates a leasing cost estimate and a construction cost estimate based on the user's select test fit parameters and the user's select subject property record. The processor automatically generates a proposed layout of a floor plan based on the user's select test fit parameters and the user's select subject property record. The processor transmits the generated leasing cost estimate, the generated construction cost estimate, and the generated proposed layout of the floor plan for display in the graphical user interface.
Event-based distribution of cryptographically secured digital assets
A method of event-based distribution of a cryptographically secured digital asset includes receiving, from a computing device associated with a user, an indication that the computing device is located at a predetermined venue within a predetermined window of time, receiving an indication that a conditional triggering event has occurred during the predetermined window of time, receiving, from the computing device, a unique owner identification (ID) code associated with the user, and transmitting a request to record a transfer of the cryptographically secured digital asset to the user on a distributed blockchain ledger. The request comprises both a unique digital asset ID code and the unique owner ID code, and transmitting the request to record the transfer of the cryptographically secured digital asset on the distributed blockchain ledger occurs only after the indication is received that the conditional event has occurred.
Computer Search Engine Ranking For Accessory And Sub-Accessory Requests
Various embodiments improve search technologies and computer information retrieval by executing a query via ranking a set of search result candidates higher than another set search result candidates based at least in part on the query and determining that a first set of search result candidates are indicative of a sub-accessory to an accessory or an accessory itself.
Systems and methods for recommending 2D image
Methods and systems for generating 2D images based on a 3D model are disclosed. 3D three-dimensional (3D) model data associated with a product offering in an online store are sent to a first electronic device, the 3D model data being generated from a stored 3D model. Data representing a selected value for a viewing parameter of the stored 3D model are received from the first electronic device. From the received data, a desired 2D view is determined for a stored 3D model. A recommendation is generated, for a second electronic device, to include the desired 2D view in a stored listing associated with the product offering.
Method, system and computer-readable medium for generating pre-purchasing confidence recommendations for a user
A computer-implemented method for generating pre-purchasing confidence recommendations. A browser widget scans post-sale activities of a user and searches for product-specific parameters of items from the scanned purchase records. A system stores the searched product-specific parameters and the post-sale activities in a data storage. The browser widget monitors purchasing activities of the user, and in response to the monitoring, retrieving, relevant product-specific parameters and the post-sale activities matching to the monitored purchasing activities. Based on the retrieving, generating a pre-purchasing confidence recommendation to the user before completion of a purchase by the user.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VISUALIZING WALL COVERINGS IN AN IMAGE OF A SCENE
Methods and apparatus for visualizing a surface covering on at least a portion of a surface in an image of a scene. The method comprises identifying, using at least one computer processor, a surface plane from the image of the scene, determining, for each pixel of a plurality of pixels corresponding to the surface plane, whether the pixel corresponds to at least a portion of the surface in the scene, and generating an updated image of the scene by overlaying on the surface plane, a visualization of a plurality of surface covering tiles on pixels along the surface plane determined to correspond to at least a portion of the surface in the scene.
Systems and methods of image-based neural network apparel recommendation
Systems and methods are provided for receiving an image that includes a clothed person, determining a pose of the person in the image, and segmenting the image into one or more first fashion items. One or more second fashion items may be determined using a similarity search that searches at least one storage device communicatively coupled to the server based on the one or more first fashion items. At least one outfit proposal may be generated based on the one or more second fashion items. Image re-stylization of corresponding portions of the image may be performed, including the clothed person to generate recommended outfit images based on the at least one outfit proposal. The generated outfit images may be transmitted for display.
INTELLIGENT STORE SYSTEM AND INTELLIGENT STORE METHOD
An intelligent store system and an intelligent store method are provided. The method includes: sensing, by a proximity sensor, whether there is a first customer approaching the proximity sensor; sensing, by an image sensor, a movement trajectory of the first customer; and determining whether the first customer is entering or leaving a store in response to the first customer approaching the proximity sensor sensed by the proximity sensor. If the first customer is entering the store, a first virtual identity and a first virtual shopping cart corresponding to the first virtual identity are generated for the first customer, and a first product list of the first virtual shopping cart is updated according to the movement trajectory. If the first customer is leaving the store, a first operation of the first customer is received by a human machine interface, and the first product list according to the first operation is updated.
Color rendering
This document discloses a method, system, and/or software configured to provide improved color rendering of an item or scene, such as an item for sale through web sites or printed brochures (e.g., color catalogs). This improved color rendering can be provided through improved accuracy when rendering an online item, such as on a user's laptop, smartphone, or desktop computer showing a webpage. Further still, this document discloses ways in which to solve numerous problems in the field of online sales where an accurate rendering of an item, and even a customized rendering of an item to fit a buyer's intended use for the item, is desired. This document also describes ways in which to improve color renderings for a print item through use of a user's device to capture an image using the device's camera, and then display the item more accurately or congruently than it was originally displayed in print.
Method for providing information
A method for providing information in an information management system that manages taste information regarding a user including an order record at a first restaurant and that associates the taste information with identification information for identifying the user. The method includes obtaining, from a terminal apparatus, the identification information and a store identifier indicating a second restaurant in a chain different from a chain to which the first restaurant belongs, arranging, on a basis of the taste information associated with the identification information and menu information regarding the second restaurant indicated by the store identifier, menu items included in the menu information in order according to the taste information, and transmitting menu information regarding the menu items arranged in the order to the terminal apparatus to display the menu information regarding the menu items arranged in the order on a display screen of the terminal apparatus.
