Examples related to facilitating the training, assessment, and dispatching of technicians to a customer location for at least the purpose of servicing or repairing machines, devices, or systems present at the customer location are presented. The technician can be selected for dispatch to the customer location by review of database information, including training information for the technician, among other things. While at the customer location, the technician can be provided with training information delivered via a training module, where such training material content can comprise written materials, photos, video, virtual assistance, remote assistance, games, or the like. The technician can generate videos or other collateral while at the customer location, which can be included for use in a library of training materials for subsequent use, or for other purposes. Various systems and processes for facilitating the selection, management and deployment of training materials for technicians are also provided herein.
Generating a user interface for an employee
A device may communicate with a first server to obtain first information regarding a particular entity. The device may communicate with a second server to obtain second information regarding a plurality of entities. The device may process the first information and the second information to generate one or more recommendations for the particular entity. The one or more recommendations including a recommendation may relate to the particular entity altering an attribute of the particular entity to match an attribute of one or more of the plurality of entities. The attribute may be associated with a threshold level of performance for the one or more of the plurality of entities. The device may generate a user interface including the one or more recommendations. The device may communicate with a client device to cause the user interface to be provided for display.
Method of providing healthcare professionals to underserved communities
A method of placing a medical professional in an underserved community requiring medical professionals to provide medical care in the underserved community, by performing the steps of: collecting an application fee from a first plurality of applicants, the applicants being individuals qualified or graduate medical studies by having completed prerequisite medical training; providing profiles of applicants in the plurality to a second plurality of management professionals in communities that are underserved by medical professionals; receiving invitations from management professionals in the second plurality made to applicants in the first plurality, the invitations being invitations to train in an underserved community and make a commitment to provide medical services to the underserved community for a predetermined time period; and delivering the received invitations to intended applicants in the first plurality.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR ADAPTIVE COACHING
Methods and apparatus for an adaptive coaching system include a remotely accessible coaching module for storing and processing observational data recorded during one or more coaching sessions. Observational data may be entered via a dashboard accessed by a user device. Observational data may then be processed by the coaching module to generate individualized professional development plans and performance reports. The coaching module may also synthesize observational data over a series of coaching sessions against a set of performance metrics to help track and quantify performance improvement over time.
Identification of job skill sets and targeted advertising based on missing skill sets
Methods and systems are disclosed for determining gaps in a user's resume regarding skills or titles for a job, and recommending educational courses to the user based on those gaps. The user's resume is received and analyzed for the user's current set of skills. Various searching methods are used to identify a set of job requisitions based on a user's input query for a job. The user's skills are compared with a set of required skills associated with the set of job requisitions. Educational courses are identified for the skills that are required for the set of job requisitions but are not present in the user's set of skills. The educational courses presented to the user via the search engine. The user's resume can also be ranked relative to other resumes for the skills or titles required for a job.
MEHTODS AND SYSTEMS FOR REAL-TIME IDENTIFICATION AND MITIGATION OF AGENT RISKS RELATING TO AML
Systems and methods for identifying and mitigating non-compliances include determining an agent location of a money service business for review, obtaining a photograph and geographic coordinates of the agent location, and collecting field data at the agent location through a mobile application. Such information are sent from the mobile application to a central server of a third party vendor for a series of quality checks and stored at the central server. Such information may be used for further corrective action against the agent location reviewed.
AUTOMATIC DIGITAL BADGE UPDATE SYSTEM
A method, computer system, and computer program product for automatic digital badge updates are provided. The embodiment may include monitoring day-to-day activities of a user. The embodiment may also include deriving a current level of expertise for the user based on the day-to-day activities. The embodiment may further include crowdsourcing an expected level of expertise in a different knowledge domain. The embodiment may also include comparing the current level of expertise with the expected level of expertise. The embodiment may further include modifying a color of a digital badge associated with the user based on the comparison between the current level of expertise and the expected level of expertise.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY CREATING PERSONALIZED COURSES AND TRACKABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for generating custom courses for users. A goal of a user of a database system is ascertained and users of a database system that have reached the goal are identified. A list of content items including educational content is generated. The list can be generated using artificial intelligence or computer-generated models. In addition, dependency trees can be applied during the generation of a computer-generated list of content items. The content items can represent a variety of resources including educational learning modules or trails, as well as other actions that the user can take to reach their goal. The list can be provided via a web page for display by a client device, and the user can interact with the list. The user's achievements with respect to the list are tracked and a record of the user's achievements can be updated within the web page, as well as other web pages for access by other users.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A SINGLE, UNIFIED COMMUNITY AND LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for implementing an electronic learning (eLearrning) system. In some implementations, an indication of a user selection by a first user of electronic learning content of an electronic learning (eLearning) system is processed, where the electronic learning content includes a learning module. Responsive to processing the indication of the user selection, the learning module is initiated or resumed by providing one or more of a plurality of content items of the learning module for presentation by the client device. The progress of the first user in relation to completion of the learning module is tracked. An unanswered question that pertains to the learning module and that has been submitted by a second user is identified based, at least in part, on the progress of the first user in relation to the completion of the learning module. The unanswered question is then provided via a web page of the learning module for presentation via a client device of the first user.
